      Worst company. Liars, deceivers. Salespeople tell you whatever they can to make a sale and then when you call about promises they made about issues you discussed when purchasing its the salesmans word against yours. Never use this company!!!!! Untimely, unprofessional, do nothing but s**** people over but once the panels are on your roof its too late.

      Every step was explained in great detail, no questions were left unanswered. The whole process from installation to actual activation of net metering went just as planned. The installation team did a clean job with minimal penatrations.

      They set two appointments for site survey and no call no show. I have made several arrangements to accommodate their set appointments. I finally emailed them and the sales guy with no response back. With the beginning of our business relationship like this, I couldn't imagine moving forward.

      Sales team was great. After that the entire experience has been a train wreck. Originally they were going to upgrade my breaker panel, move the new one inside, and add solar panels within 3 months. 10 months later they finally install the panels, upgrade my breaker but didnt move it inside the garage. Im also left with over 20 solar panels they abandoned in my garage that apparently were wrongly delivered to my house. They refuse to pick them up. They failed to deliver the product they promised, failed the timeline they promised, and left me to deal with the materials they left behind. As well as failing to trim and weatherproof the new breaker panel on the exterior of my home. Without a doubt causing water damage. If they knock on your door, slam it shut and lock it.

      Lumio has been very professional. The sales rep explained what was going to be installed. Site surveyor was quick and explained what he was doing and why. On installation day the installers showed up and installed the system in quick and professional way. Very nice.
