      First time doing this. But my experience with this company has been so stressful and upsetting, that if there is any chance of helping someone else, Ill do it. I hired Lumio for solar, but they talked me into replacing the roof as well for the tax credit. With the roofing project, they did the install during a wind/rain storm. Over the following days, the shingles blew/fell off the roof on numerous occasions. I was told by the county inspector that there wasnt enough nails. Lumio came several times, but only did patch repair. The technician commented that the nails used were too short. Shortly after the last patch-repair, the solar crew came to install the panels and the conduit. The panels were/are uneven and the conduit ran across the roof and down the front, which was incredibly sloppy and a clear safety hazard. When I complained, Lumio sent Leads to my house who noted the panels were installed improperly and would have to be removed/reinstalled AND the conduit would need to be removed. The day they removed the conduit, there was a rain/snow storm. When the snow melted about a week later, we discovered they had failed to seal all the holes in the roof. I immediately contacted Lumio (leaving messages for several people) about the issues and potential water damage and they ignored me. I asked Lumio to take their panels back, repair my roof, and return my money. They refuse. More than 2 months have gone by and I am now seeing black mold on my wood ceilings. They are denying any responsibility. I feel stuck. I have no confidence in their ability to finish the job properly, I have useless panels and numerous holes on my roof, and I have mold growing in my house. AND, I have paid them 24k!

      THEY DO NOT RESPECT NO SOLICITING The representative ******* even acknowledged seeing the signs posted but said he's not selling something just seeking to find out if homeowners are interested in getting an appointment for a tech to visit and discuss options for alternative energy.

      The purchase of a solar system was a daunting experience until we meet with the Lumio crew. Everything was hassle free and effortless with them. From the initial contact, signing paperwork, and the installation of the panels. We were always kept up-to-date at every milestone. Our questions were answered quickly so there was no guesswork. Every single person representing Lumio were respectful of us, our time and our home. We are so happy that we went with Lumio!

      Had a knock at the door last night. **** pressure sales guy stating what others noted, metered swapped out by FPL, locked in rate etc. we set up an appt to go over numbers and I decided I was not interested. I tried calling CS to cancel, they couldnt help. Tonight salesman called to confirm and I said to cancel and hung up. I then get a nasty text I wasted his time. This speaks volumes about this company and their reps. **** pressure sales and rude to boot for what sounds like expensive and undelivered services. Beware.

      The door to door sales people continuously harass ** multiple times a week and won't leave and won't accept "no" for an answer. Even if I close the door, they ********** again and keep ringing the doorbell. Had to threaten to call the police for them to finally leave and they left cursing at us. Is this what they get trained to do?

      Had our first set of solar panels installed in 2022 after a lengthy process, and cost of over $70,000!!! After electric payments of $200+ each month on top of our $250 solar bill, it was determined Lumio had underestimated our usage. Another set of reps came out to assess our usage and production and deemed that we would need to add more panels... to the tune of $32,000! I was then contacted stating they had to add fees for trenching and my second solar loan payment would be higher than estimated, in which I was promised a $1,000 gift card for the inconvenience. I have yet to see the $1,000 gift card, and can rarely get in touch with anyone in customer service. Absolutely feel scammed by Lumio. My rep will not return phone calls or text messages. We absolutely regret the decision to go solar. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! STEER CLEAR OF LUMIO!!!!!

      The installation team took care of my property while here, They informed me of what they were going to do then did it. When I had questions, they were answered and then when finished all was explained to me what to expect next. It was nice to see they used safety equipment while working on the roof which shows me, they are very aware of what was going on and no short cuts.

      Solar project started *****, install completed ****. Now almost **** and system still not functioning. Many things missed by installers and electricians adding more trips back to the house to correct. Although Lumio is quick to respond. Each trouble shooting visit seems to add another! If this project wasnt so costly Itd be comical. Lumios protocol checks and balances need refining.
