  Horrible customer service and broken promises. *********************** promised my parents their electric bill would go down as soon as the panels were installed. Months later bills are still high and now they are stuck paying panels. They contacted him over and over with him promising to send someone out to check the panels and here we are still waiting for someone. He told them to send him the bills and they have every month and no response. When he bamboozled them into buying the panels he told them he would install a new thermostat and all new light bulbs. We are still waiting for him. He took advantage of my parents because of their age. I emailed the company and they responded a day later saying someone would contact us asap and we still haven't heard from anyone! Don't buy from these crooks!

We have made attempts to contact your parents and provide these updates, but haven't been able to reach them. Please let them know to reach out with any other questions or concerns.

  I really appreciated how they explained the whole process and left me notes from the very beginning. Everything went just like the said it would, and they have answered any questions that I have had along the way. The install went well and the panels look beautiful. I have been very happy with my experience.

  Lumio has shady, unprofessional people that work for them, making promises of 100% off set in order to make their sale. We went from spending between $100 - $300, depending on time of year. We made it clear that unless our bill for both solar and electric were going to be $300 or less, we would have to pass. We were told varios times that after the summer months, we would build a bank of power to off set the majority of the rest of our year. Now our lowest bill is $260+ (solar panel bill) for a couple months in the summer, and for the rest of the year I have to pay the solar $260+, plus electric bill between $120-$260.This is absolutely not what we signed up for or promised by the sales rep and his supervisor. We have attempted contacting this company on several occasions over several months, with getting no where with this issue. And now, they are not calling us back to help rectifythe situation. I would highly recommend getting every word they say in writing or do not go through this company for solar.

  A Lumio employee knocked on my door today claiming that they were in the neighborhood notifying everyone that our power meters were swapped out by TEP, and heavily implied they were doing this on TEP's behalf because "some of the neighbors complained and were extremely upset with TEP". I repeatedly asked them to produce any evidence they were working on behalf of TEP, and they eventually left. Looked them up online, and sure enough it's another dishonest solar company misrepresenting themselves to try and get their foot in the door. I fully intend to go solar one of theae days, but companies like this are making people afraid to switch to solar because they are constantly hounding consumers and lying to our faces.

  So far the service has been great. Ive been kept up to date on the steps of the installation process. I had my panels installed yesterday and I should have my inspection done sometime next week.

  When I signed up back in October of 2022 for solar panels I also financed a new A/C system, I got the solar panels installed in November of 2022 and turned on in December of 2022 and paying for the system since December 2022 which we are now in March of 2023 and still no A/C system, so I have been paying for something that I still dont have, I have reached out multiple times to my sales guy and the A/C guy that the solar company hired but I keep getting the runaround like when my A/C guy told me that the A/C unit was in back ordered and that it will *********** weeks before they are back in stock to when they told me that the A/C is in but it arrived broken so it would be another week or two and now the latest the A/C guy told me that Lumio told him to hold off on installing my new system until further notice so yeah I feel like Im getting the runaround and no one will tell me why, so if I could give them a zero I would because Im paying a lot of money for half of what I was told I was getting.

  Wow! this was impressive to watch **** and his team worked together to install my Solar Panels today. It was done so smoothly and professionally and they graciously answered all of my questions. I can recommend Lumio Solar from the beginning working with **** on the contract to **** and his team of installers I am very impressed and happy :))

  We elected to go solar a few years ago and really waited until we got with the right company. These guys were so professional and really made sure we got what we needed. A few months after install, we got notification that the box was not communicating properly and they sent a technician at no cost and installed a cellular device to keep the connection live. The experience has been amazing overall.

  First let me say that I have been approached multiple times over the years by other solar companies as I owned a 3-2 w/pool family home for almost 30 years.Every company either made me feel like I was being "sold" or told me we didn't have the right "physical environment" to make solar worth it.After I have moved into a townhome, a friend/colleague of mine mentioned they had just gotten their solar installed and I inquired as to the company. I made contact with Lumio and everything has just been a pleasure ever since.From the first communication to the final inspection, I have had nothing but a staff that has shown professionalism, promptness, courtesy and knowledge. I cannot say enough about their commitment to being there for the customer from start to finish.Each team has communicated their part extensively. They send text, calls, emails and location tracking to make sure you are kept in the loop every step of the way. I cannot tell you how happy that made me as we all know how busy our schedules can get. So fitting 3rd parties into our day can be tough.I would recommend Lumio, and have... to many, many colleagues and friends already and will continue to do so!
