      I have been waiting for reimbursement for about almost 2 years now, and always get the same response we will forward it to the accounting department and someone will contact you. They claim they got all these people added to my reimbursement and someone will help but I do not get contacted whatsoever. This started as soon as I signed the papers to get the solar panels installed by the sales rep. did not answer my calls or texts just left me out and forgot about us. I have personally contacted the loan company for the panels, the electric company to change the plan, and the *** to check on the status of approval when they were supposed to handle all of that on their part as part of the agreement but they did not do that at all.

      I worked with the winter haven office, awesome sales reps, did good work, easy to contact, had my system installed in January, everythings been good so far. I previously sat with 5 other companies before Lumio. I was tired of siting with companies but when the kid knocked my door he convinced me to sit down again. Lumio had a lot more to offer than the other companies.

      I'm very pleased the the ease of the installation. Good workers and very professional. It took 6 months from when I notified them the roof had been replaced before the solar was installed. I understand that the county permitting was some of the delay. I received a call from the loan company today and was informed we pay a set amount for 18 months then it goes up by more than $100 a month if we hadn't paid 20% of the loan. I didn't sign anything that said our payment would be increased if we didn't pay down the loan by 20%. Not happy about that. We were told it would be the same payment for the life of the loan.

      Hi ******, thank you for providing us with this feedback. A member of our customer care team has been in contact with you to review your increased loan payment. Service Finance and other loan vendors give their customers 18 months of low payments and then ask /offer them to use their savings from the Solar Tax Credit to put into their loan. This allows the customer to keep their monthly payments low. However, if a customer chooses not to apply their Solar Tax Credit to the loan, then the monthly payments will rise. This information is covered when a consumer chooses their loan package/deal/option.

      Bad customer service. 3 months behind on reimbursements due to my panels not connected yet. This April will be a year n all we hear is different stories about waiting on our utility company though they have failed couple of inspections.I kept calling them last summer about ********* said they didnt have a license electrician to do the ************** them so I had high electric bills due to the A/C running 24/7. Reason why we got them to reduce the high electric bills:( Sad thing , Im still waiting on them. Good Leap , the company who finance them seem they cant do anything. I want out but they say sorry, but you cant. You sign the contract, had 3 days to change your mind n now is a year, even though they havent delivered, you are stuck with them

      All staff very professional. I had several questions and was able to get answers to all of them. The weather delayed installation, but it was completed as soon as possible.

      This has to be the worst solar company out there. I got my system installed (not completed) in August 2022. The sales person offered me to pay for one full year of service, I havent received any credit for that. The lack of communication is just unacceptable, I have to be the one calling in for status. I would never refer any of my family members to this company, please do your research and check their reviews. Today is March 10, 2023 and my system is not yet completed, To be honest I dont even want it anymore, so please do you research and avoid yourself and your headache.

      I was informed the whole way through, they handled everything from permit to energy company coordination, and kept me updated. The install was professional, the installers were friendly and knew what they were doing. It took them only about 4 1/2 hours and they briefed me on what to expect next before they left and cleaned up all materials. Easiest install of anything I've experienced, especially these days when everything seems to take so much time and persistence. I like Lumio.

      The sales team I worked with - *************** were outstanding! No pushy sales games, they did not make me feel pressured, but they did give me answers to all of my questions! From the Electrician to the Panel Installers - the team was so kind and helpful! In just two weeks Ive produced the same kWh I get billed for during this time of year and that is with overcasted days!! I am pretty excited!
