      This is a scam . The go to your house promising a good installation and a complete save of your electrical bill. Which is all a lie.the estimate of amount of panels for you billing is inaccurate and they promised me to install more with no cost and when you call they just said they will take care and ghost you forever . You will end up paying full electrical bill plus the loans of the panels. My recommendation is do not install solar panels with this company.

      We are a current Lumio customer and I have an open claim for a refund of $3000 from August 2023. They stated the refund process usually takes about 3 - 6 months. We are in 10 months and have no answers. I've called multiple times (more 5 times) and have gotten the same answer. "Their internal finance team is reviewing and will be in touch." After those calls with the same answer finally we had enough and ask for higher up. We are put on hold for the supervisor, then an associate answer and say that the supervisor is on a meeting. We were told that their supervisor will call us back regarding the issue but never get a call back. We tried again calling Lumio to get a status and we received same answer again, we request to speak with the supervisor again and of course we are put on hold and advised that the supervisor is in the meeting again. They said that the request has been put to be expedited. We asked how long it will take for them to process it, they said they dont have a timeframe. After few weeks we called again and asked the status they said the check has been written and just awaiting to be approved and release for mailing. We asked how long they said they do not have a timeframe but we will see the check in the mail once it is sent out and we will receive a email. Running to 11 months now and there is still no check. This refund is a pretty substantial amount and occurred due to a company error, and I'm still waiting. I would not recommend this company to my enemy. The communication when needing a refund is a nightmare.

      Salesperson did not estmate our electricity use correctly, or even close to our projected use. We purchased more panels than he recommended, but we stil have high electric bills. So, we pay monthly for the panels and monthly to the electric provider, with no surplus as was promised. **************** is pathetic. All they offer is an audit perfomed by their employees. Of course the audit is going to show that everything is running smoothly. I have requested a visit from a technician, to check the wiring and the cleanliness of the panels, which they will not provide. I am being deceived continuously by this company.

      These employees go door-to-door misrepresenting who they work for and harassing people in their homes despite being asked several times to leave our community that clearly states no soliciting. They also entered a secure, gated community without permission, essentially breaking in to try to sell products door-to-door.

      I have wanted a solar system for over 20 years and it all came together in the last year. Lumio came to my home for a short visit and then called within a few days to sent a sales rep out. Both of those where a very pleasant experience. The waiting was the hardest part, not on lumio but the local government to ***** a building permit.The install took less than 3 hours. Then another few weeks for the last of the perming process, then inspection.Since then I have been using solar , weather permitting. I am excited to get my next power bill and compare to what the app says I have generated, and historically what I use at this time of year.All in all a good experience. And I have a solar power.

      The worst experience Ive had with any company. They dont call back. My project has been going on for 11 months. Although Im paying every month for solar I am still unable to use it. They worked on my electric panel yesterday and now I have no power. Ive been calling since yesterday and no return call. You cant talk to them their always in a meeting. They put a hole in my roof and dented my rain gutters and I cant get a claim form.
