  If I could give them one star I would because it has been a complete nightmare dealing with this company! They cause damage to your roof and then claim its not their problem to have it fixed, they also like to ghost you with the response your issue is being escalated. Months go by without a word or a person to come and look at the damage. Save yourself and do not let them anywhere near your house because if you dont, you might be laying there like me listening to what I can only describe as dancing hippos on the roof as a tarp covering the damage flaps around in the high wind.

  I started the process of getting solar panels for my home. I told the sales rep that if I needed a new roof I would be unable to go through with the solar panels as I could not afford both. I pit a 10k down payment and canceled the contract on Feb 22nd as I did end up needing a new roof. Once I started the cancelation I was treated as garbage. No calls from anyone. No contact. The manager was very rude to me. Gave me numbers to call and told me that's all they could do. From the beginning I was told half truths to make it seem like a better deal. I am a single mom and don't have money to throw away. I now need the down payment in order to keep a roof over my children's heads and am receiving no help from the contacts I was given. I at no time have deserved to be treated like I am by this company. I will continue to update this review as I go through the cancelation process. Just don't put money down! Also really look into the tax incentives...they don't work and you will end up paying more monthly when it doesn't work for you!!!

  If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Should have stopped the sales pitch the first time he tried to talk us out of a battery, even though we have done extensive research on what we want. ******* became extremely aggressive when we didnt sign up on the spot. We asked if he could come back in a couple days and let us talk. He took an threatening stance and then refused to leave, after being asked at least 5 times. Had to threaten to call the police to get him to leave. Company took quick action to get in touch with us but doesn't seem like they have any intentions on repremanding their terrible saleman. Only concerned about making a sale bc they just lost an EXCELLENT customer with a huge system design.

  Were very pleased with how our solar system from Lumio works. They present you with a plan for a system that produces energy to match or slightly exceed your consumption, thereby keeping your costs down. They obtain permits promptly and install in one day. The system is monitored and a representative will come out and address any underperformance. We now pay a small connection fee and our payment on our system. This is a fixed amount for 25 years and after that, our energy is basically free! Solar is not a scam! Our home owners insurance did not change! Our system is covered under warranty! Solar panels make you LESS vulnerable to storms! If you find a reliable company like Lumio, you will not be sorry you invested in solar.

  First of all, I congratulate and thanks the whole LUMIO team. From the sale rep to the tech and service department and account managers and customer care specialist. Everyone given their best effort make LUMIO a great, strong and reliable solar company. I am please with their service. My solar system is working great. Any concern or issue, there is always a representative to talk to, and they always reach out back to you as soon as possible with a solution. I can say that: Customer satisfaction is the keystone for ********************. I recommended and will continue to recommend LUMIO to any friend and family member who need solar system for their home. Keep up the good work LUMIO team. Thank you .

  A solicitor wearing a Lumio shirt came knocking on my door. When my child answered, thinking it was his little friend who we were expecting, the strange man asked my child to go get me. I have done nothing to indicate interest in solar. I don't want to be disturbed unexpectedly in my own house by someone selling something I don't want. Leave us alone. Going door to door harassing families is unacceptable.

  These guys are absolutely unprofessional from start to finish. Yeah they say whatever they have to to get you to sign, but when it comes to connect the panels, they cant be reachedever. Yet I still have to pay an electric bill and financing bills. Not to mention when the panels were being installed, their crew was completely unprofessional and down right careless. One of the crewmen almost took out my neighbors window while drip kicking a full soda bottle into the air. Lumio Solar is the worst financial decision you can make.

  Service was amazing, I got solar for my house and the sales reps even helped me get extra panels. My power bill lowered a lot too so im excited. The sales team has been with us every step of the way. I highly recommend it.
