      Never work with them.******** mismanagement of my account and solar project, multiple scheduled work days where the crew didn't show up at all, and with no notification (4 separate times!!!). A lack of communication and clear indication of who is supposed to be managing this process on their end, resulting in me needing to take the reigns and coordinate things myself which should not happen as I am the customer and that is **********************'s job to do. 6 plus months from original sign date and the system is still not fully installed. Just atrocious customer service. Everyone I talk to seems to have no idea what is going on. Multiple phone calls/emails per week trying to get them to figure things out, lots of broken promises on their end. If this is not installed by the end of the year and I miss out on the tax credit I am going to take legal action to recoup the difference and compensation for time spent from them.

      I was troubled by a recent experience of Lumio door to door salespeople descending on our neighborhood today. Our community ************** was filled with people share about high pressure soliciting when our neighborhood has very clear no solicitation signs at the only entrance. When he knocked on our door, we were trying to eat dinner together. The salesman said he was talking to my neighbor **** and none of the neighbors on my street are named ****. I tried to graciously explain that our neighborhood is a no soliciting neighborhood, upon which he claimed to be simply providing a service to the neighborhood, and then continued his pitch, asking me about my energy bill. If we ever do consider solar, Lumio will not be who we reach out to.

      Each employee I encounter has been very professional. They took the time to answer my many questions. They took care of contacting our POA for approval for the solar panels, got the necessary permits, and began the process with our electric company. The quality of service I have received in Northwest ******** has been truly appreciated. Our panels were installed in one day! Now all we have to do is wait for the final approval from our city inspector and electric company. Then we will let the sun generate power for our home.

      Trust has been broken by nearly everyone I have talked to at Smart Energy Today/Lumio. It has been over EIGHT months now since my first signing with your sales representative, *********************. Summer has come and gone, and we STILL have no working solar panels with zero communication from anyone in your organization on when this will be completed. They promised me a gift card to pay for the first three months of payments, and that was given for a lower amount. Still have not received any communication from anyone on when the next steps will take place. Responded to a survey they sent to me that asked if I wanted someone to contact me about my experience, and I said yes. Three months since that survey, and no one has reached out to me.

      I am disgusted with this company, their sales team and account managers. 1- I had the system installed in June 2022, it took them 3 attempts to get PTO and city code inspectors to approve the work on the system. Meanwhile, this system was on producing power that went to the grid... 2- it took for multiple calls to my account manager to get someone out to inspect the system because my microinverters were not reporting production.3- prior to me purchasing the system, I spoke to the Sales team about the procedure of removal and re- nstallation of panels on my roof in case of roof repair due to any wind, hail damage. He Stated that in the even of insurance claim and or damage to my roof either due to installation of panels or due to hail, wind and water damage, this will not be charge to me, the costumer as long as I have a insurance claim.4- It takes 4-5 days for them to respond to an email...and will not answer a phone call.I also asked for company policy and or any documents that can prove such information... I am still waiting. And since my roof now needs to be replaced because of a storm... They are now sending me a invoice for $5****** to remove and install the panels. But still waiting on anything in my contract that states that I would be charged for such amount in case of removal or reinstallation for causes beyond my control. Understand, you are buying the system from them... They only guarantee the work upon installation...? And or when they perform the work they charge outrageous prices...at ****** each panel to be removed and installed.

      I have, and have not received any support, as well as when I call the **************** number, the phone call gets put on hold, and shortly after the call drops. Seems to me that your Company does not want to resolve the issue or provide me with the proper support. I am requesting a proper Quote for the work that will be performed. See complaint case number ******** as i have made several attempts to resolve this issue. I do understand that you may had the intention to provide the services of **** repair in the event of insurance claims, but this was not clearly stated or communicated to me prior to or at the time of the purchase or any other time thereafter.

      I would like to recommend Lumio and especially my sales rep *********************** for all their great service to install my solar system.Did it go perfect? No. There were a few bumps along the way. But throughout it all ****** was with me all the way.She showed up on time for my first meeting. I was so impressed I bought my system the first day she was here. (I had already had previous meetings with other solar companies and was not impressed) Within weeks the permit had been issued. All the equipment arrived soon thereafter and was installed completely the next day. This is when my main "bump" occurred. When the installer showed up, he noticed that the design had four panels going on the front of my house. He told me that there was room for them on the back and asked if I would prefer that. I said yes because it was a much better plan. I was very pleased with it. The only big hold up was that meant after the installation the plan had to be resubmitted to the county for approval and an updated permit issued. For whatever reason this took quite a while. It was worth the wait because after the new permit was issued it was a very short wait until the system was turned on and I couldn't be happier! I even referred a neighbor to ******, and after he purchased a system from Lumio I got $500. Really cool.All the other minor bumps (like a cat 4 hurricane) and such were handled swiftly and professionally by ******. I definitely give her 5 stars! I should also mention that my system had been installed when hurricane *** hit and I had *********** to my system.

      ********* and ******* were AWESOME. They came by and got us set up with solar. We got installed in less than a month and our system was up and running 2 weeks after that. They set expectations and executed. Reading these reviews, it seems like the representatives didnt set proper expectations. Other than that, big fan of Lumio!
