      I have special needs, lumio said that was no issue. I signed agreement 9 months ago and the job is still not done. They say they aren't sure what they are doing, I guess they are simply out for profit?

      I have had now nothing but a headache.!! 1 month ago today we had our install it was amazing and went great.! Flash forward to 11/5 we failed inspection was told someone would contact us to get the corrections made. I have contacted them everyday since and nothing has been done I keep getting told they are trying to get you on the schedule. I was also promised by my sales person that they had a promo going on it was a $600 gift card or a generator we did the gift card and still no gift card. Im now expected to pay a bill to the solar company when my system is not up and running still to this day. Im tired of the oh we will call you back to the no answers when I call. Whats even worse? What sales agent I did all of this week has blocked my email now so I cant even reach out to him for help. Im honestly beyond frustrated.

      I met with a representative from Lumio, after a gentleman knocked my door about ***** wanting home owners to switch to solar. At first, I thought it was too good to be true that ***** would pay all of our cost to go solar. We decided to see what they had to offer. I must say, my girlfriend and I were surprised! They explained the tax credit we would receive, theyre a local company in ***** so no overseas panels, they have warranties, and explained how we would receive a credit back for our system by helping take pressure off the grid. They called it the net metering program. Once we passed the credit check, it didnt take long for us to be permitted. **** was very helpful staying in contact with us every step of the way. We were installed shortly after being approved. The install team only took about 7 hours to install and were very clean! Very happy overall with the process! I dont normally write reviews but I wanted to see some of the other experiences, and what people have to say. Feel free to comment and tell me about your experience as well. Also who did you do your net metering with?

      I went Solar with a different company when I lived in ******* and I had a horrible experience with the company themselves, so I was very hesitant to go Solar when I moved to ************** but a younger kid came to my door and was very respectful about the fact that I had bad experience. I decided to give these guys a shot because they are the biggest installer in the **************. Me and ***, a solar Specialist sat down and talked about it, I went through the details of the c*** I went through in ** but he ended up earning my trust and we now have the panels installed and they have been up and running for a full month with no issues. Im happy with my experience so far with Lumio, Im glad its better than the company I dealt with in the past.

      Of note timing often is important.I have four *** damaged properties 3 require full roof replacement.Lumio Solar timing was perfect.Insurance on 1 of four missed coverage by 2 days! So doing roof replacement as part of solar I can finance 100% 3 roofs with solar production that pays loans. Then take the three insurance checks to pay for uninsured roof!Plus this is a strong large company with a great warranty, great solar tax credits and I enjoyed working with them and in one day we are in motion! **** in Port *********

      I had a sales rep come to my door that was very polite and respectful I told him that I did not have time at the moment and had him come back later he was punctual when he returned very respectful and then sit down with another gentleman who said he was the manager he was very respectful and told me that Solar is a process and would take time he found exactly what I needed and we were able to complete the process in the time that he had mentioned my panels are now turned on and operating, ive read some of the bad reviews but *** also read a lot of the good ones and I think it really comes down to the sales rep and how honest he is the company does their job and the sales rep is always ready to answer any questions

      Do not get panels from Lumio. I own half a duplex and they installed on my neighbors side as well even though they were told several times not to. Then they complained about having to remove the panels. Also, because they didn't listen I was shorted 5 panels from the original amount of panels due to available roof space. So got 25/30 panels but they didn't refund me the correct amount based on the missing panels. Not to mention its been over 4 months since the install and I still do not have panels hooked up to produce energy yet. **************** is useless. The manager on my account will not answer the phone and they will not email any information requested ony account.

      We had Lumio install our solar panels today! They did a great job. They showed up on time (using their tracking app, it made it easy to be ready for their arrival). They came ready to work - on a Monday morning! The lead installer carefully explained the process then when finished the installation, he spent time explaining to me how the system functioned, how to use the monitoring app and what the next steps for getting the system "powered up." I very much appreciate the great service and knowledgeable staff.

      Just starting out with them. The Salesperson (*******) was truly knowledgeable and walked me through all the paperwork. Then explained the process of how all the steps would be taken. Then explain what would happen with FLP and then to their webpage and let me read what will take place with the power company.I had my roof assessment done. The young lady was very professional and outstanding. I am now waiting for the permits to be submitted. I return to this review when everything is complete
