For the most part, they were here around the times they said they would be. I learned more and given more info from my local electric company on what I needed and how to get the service turned on. The salesman, and I was told was his wife were ****** on the spot when ever I called, if they didn't answer, they would call me right back. Found out the salesman was using my name around town to make some sells and when I called him about it, which during his sale speech to me was anyone I referred I would get a referral fee. It's amazing after that neither he or his wife would answer their phones. I was told now neither one work for the company. Don't guess I have anything bad to say about the company, just when you have pieces of sh** like this working for you it's hard to trust a company.Lumio

Approved financing and signed our agreement early July 2022. Still waiting for our system to be turned on. I've had to reach out to customer care & area manager (**********/Coeur d'Alene, ID) for EVERY update. No updates (progress or delays) were provided to me unless I made a call. I feel like I was lost in the shuffle. There has been excuse after excuse for the delay. ********* care advised me that they were new to our area and weren't set up yet, the install team advised that they delayed installs because they were waiting for someone to get a journeyman electrician card, there was a backlog that is getting cleared out, and now we are waiting for an electrical permit inspection, that is out of the hands of lumio to check on. Oh, and after said inspection, we still have to wait for our electric company to install a new meter.) The equipment was finally installed in late September 2022, and still sits in the OFF position. We are making payments on equipment that's just sitting here! To say we are upset is an understatement.If anyone in the ************** area considers solar......THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY TO GO WITH!Lumio

Lumio is the absolute worst company my husband and I have ever dealt with. They do not respond to phone calls or messages. They make promises that they cannot keep. They put our solar panels in the wrong place on our house from the blueprint that we agreed to. They also refused to fix the issue, they lack any communication skills, and they have been incredibly unprofessional. Do not use this company. Their solar panels are not worth it. We do not recommend them at all.Lumio

Door to door solicitor was making weird and inappropriate comments about property around my house, gave a very scoping the place out feel and then became rude when I said we weren't interested. He asked me to give a reason why and I said I don't want it to which he replied that's not a real reason and continued to argue with me about not wanting to hear his sales pitch. Super unprofessional and felt very scam like.Lumio

****, I dont even know where to start from. We had this company a friend recommended to us. Lumio guys came to lie to us about the other company and lie to us about their company. We were told the system will start working 7 days after installing. The day of installation they came at 2:30pm instead of 8 to 10am as they promised.. We got angry and cancelled the installation. That was certainly a red flag of how unreliable they are. Our neighbor recommended another company to us but I convinced my husband that since we have already started with Lumio we should continue with them. I decision I have so regret. They even promised us that we will be given a $500 bonus for showing up late for the installation session that we cancelled. The Lumio rep was calling, texting just to get us back. later we decided to allow them to come do the installation. It took 3 or 4 days to finish the installing the panels. We ask them what the next step is? No answer, so we called and texted our sales rep many times, he never texted or even returned our calls to date. They finished the installation on 10/18/22 and till date, no inspection done and the system is just sitting on our roof with no power. Such an unreliable and ineffective company and sales persons who do not know how to treat their customers. I will never never recommend this company to anyone. My friends who are also interested in going solar, I have recommend they use other companies and not Lumio. All they know best is to lie. Two weeks after the installation I called their local office and I was told the system will start working in 3 months time, can you imagine? Three months before we can start producing energy. Why the hurry to install the panels then? STAY AWAY FROM LUMIO SOLAR COMPANY.Lumio

Quick response to the Solar panels not responding. Repair team arrived in a timely manner and were very professional in their interaction with my concerns and fixing the issue with the panels! Very courteous and felt confident in their knowledge and experience regarding the solar system. Would highly recommend this organization for solar system! Very happy with our system!Lumio

I was very satisfied with my Lumio installation. The crew and their lead were on time, polite, hard working and answered all of my questions throughout the installation. They showed up on time, never stood around, worked well as a team, and left my property as clean as when they arrived.Lumio

Follow up to my post from 10/20 and Lumio's response of 10/31 Negative on Lumio's response that an account manager has been in contact with me. I arrived home from work on Friday 10/28/22 to find wires and plastic trash on my lawn and a new e-mail from Enphase showing that all panels are now operational. No one has reached out to me to acknowledge there was a problem nor to let me know someone was coming out to fix the panel.I am happy that the issue has been resolved. Too bad that it took 5 months and me having to post on this website.Lumio

This is a scam! They destroyed my roof when they installed the panels. We signed a contract for 49 panels and in return would give us enough juice to power our home. They also said our FPL bill would be very low but that is definitely not the case. We pay more now for electricity and solar than we did before we had them installed. Now they say that they made a mistake when they analyzed our roof for the project and we need to install another 29 panels to give us what we need to power our home. This sounds like a huge Breach of Contract! This company is a disaster!Lumio

Then why did you have your roofing company come out to inspect our roof to determine if a solar installation would work for our roof condition. They said we had 10+ years of roof life. Now you're saying our roof was damaged prior to installation, why would your company sign-of on this installation? These should have never been installed, if my roof was damaged prior to installation. You lied to us about our roof life, and that is unacceptable among many other issues we had, or are still experiencing.Lumio

Sorry for any confusion, but you are referring to the site surveyor who surveys the home for solar and not a roof inspector. We informed you of the missing shingles (no roof damaged detected) that you already had during the solar install. The roof was structurally sound when your solar install took place. We're sorry you experienced storm damage to your roof recently and are available to work with you to have it repaired and/or replaced as well as review your system with you.Jon G

Our roof did not have missing shingles before the install, I have pictures from a home inspection report. You make no sense. Have you read your reviews? The people complaining about your company are having the same issues as we are having. Do you think that's a coincidence? You people lie to your customers and blame the issues we are experiencing on us and that is shameful.
