      If you are reading this and thinking of going Solar DO NOT do business with LUMIO, ZEINTH or DECA, they are under the same Crappy Umbrella. I wish I would have done better research, I wish I would have NEVER opened my door to these Scammers. It has been 8 going on 9 month and my system still isn't operational I am Paying the electric company and GOODLEAP the loan company, There are giant nails coming through my Patio roof, Holes in my wall because the first installers put the 3 boxes on the wrong side of the house, 25 feet away from where it should have been installed. They have failed 2 City inspections and one from the ************************************* is the F#Ing WORST no one will answer your calls and if you are lucky enough to get in contact with someone your issue will not get resolved I am thing of getting a lawyer this is just horrible, I have soo many regrets about Solar Panel, Its just not worth it....For the record I am a real customer.

      I got solar from them dealt with ********************* he promise the world including insurance for my house now when i call the office they said he will call he never did .I try to set up a meeting with him he would not respond he put your phone number on forward to message.He is a scam please becareful with his dealings.

      Great company. Dont understand what all the bad reviews are from, Im guessing competition. Helped me get the right system size and system was installed in 2 weeks no issues

      Hello, I was contacted by Lumio that I could get solar for no cost, I new there had to be a cost. I did set up appointment. (2) young gentlemen came by and performed a very good presentation. I had to sign documents to move on with presentation, I really did not have time to read them thoroughly but I signed. When I went back to work, I bragged about what I was going to do, go solar. My quote was kind of high...45k for 19 panels. My co-worker was interested too, he received a quote from Lumio via zoom. His quote was 20 panels for 33k. Big difference from mine. 12k is a lot of money. He contacted the guy he spoke to at Lumio again to verify quote, and he told the guy what mine was. He said mine was wrong and there would be no additional cost. I contacted my salesman, ****, he said that guy did something wrong and this is why they do not do zoom meetings. He said she said, but in the long run I am getting screwed. I texted *** and cancelled, he has not even responded to me. If they show up, they won't like what will happen. I also emailed Lumio, no response. I would not go with them, they are not a honest business. After reading some of these reviews, I will definitely read reviews on companies going forward.

      Worst company EVER. From the very start of someone knocking on my door and me telling them no thank you to now 3 months after having the solar panels installed they still don't work and now I am paying TWICE for my electric. If you can go with ANY OTHER company, do NOT use Lumio.

      ************************ and ****** have all provided a great experience so far!! Me and my mother **** **** both love the professionalism shown by these men. They have taken care of us by getting a roof solar and it has lowered my homeowners insurance exponentially! Im so happy that ***** came and talked to me on my doorstep! Glad to finally be a part of the lumio family here in st Augustine!

      We have tried numerous times by calling customer service and our sales rep to get our panels working properly. We are currently paying an electric bill on top of our solar panels. This is not what we signed up for.

      Although we have a no soliciting sign displayed the sales rep ignored this and rang the doorbell. THEN, when I politely said we were not interested he proceeded to argue with me about it. We will NEVER give this company our business.
