      The REAL lumio company is the best solar company around and saved me ALOT of money, idk what these guys are talking about but the company We signed up with is 100% legitimate and answer every phone call.

      We started this in march and its oct 24th and we still arent up and running. We were told we would be up and running by middle of June.we have been lied to from the start and we are paying for the panels and electric which we were told no payment until we were done. Another lie. If you are thinking about solar do not use Lumio go with someone locally. We cant even get a answer on when we are going to be up and running. And dont answer my review with a We are working on it because thats a lie too. STAY AWAY from Lumio.We paid ****** to get treated like a dumpster fire. Im considering legal action.

      We we very fortunate to work with Lumio to change our power source for our home to solar. As an environmental professional it has been a priority for us when we moved into our new home in *************. The sales staff lead by ** did a highly professional presentation of all the facts and benefits in a clear and clear, understandable manner! The value of the approach to going solar made such economic and environmental sense we moved forward right away. The company has already come out and done the inspections and we are looking forward to installation. One thing of particular note, there communication is top notch..you know exactly when they are coming. Not like the cable folks ??

      Avoid doing business with this company. Their customer service is horrible. I have been waiting since June 19th to have the issue with my solar panels resolved. 27 panels were installed March of this year. After numerous phone calls ********************************************************* August a service man came out to fix the last panel that was not working. He didn't complete the job because he stated he didn't have a ladder tall enough to reach the panel. It was suggested my wife go to the nearest home center and rent one for him to use. She didn't rent the ladder and the service man said he would resubmit the work order to expedite it. Nearly 2 months later and the panel is still not fixed. The customer service people pretend they can't find my account when we call to have this matter resolved. Avoid Lumio , do some research and find a company that really does care about its customers. 0 stars!!!

      They took over Titan and since my system was supposedly activated I have this down $3000 worth of electric bills so far no one calls us back we have sent multiple emails spoken to a lady four times he says that she doesnt remember speaking to us this was the worst thing Ive ever done

      A rep guy for Lumio came directly to my door claiming to be working with my energy provider Dominion Energy. I told him repeatedly to leave and pointed at the large no trespassing and no soliciting sign right by the ring doorbell. He continued to argue saying he wasn't selling anything (not true) while I repeatedly told him to leave and that the sign applied to him. This company is using some very shady and misleading sales tactics to prey on unsuspecting home owners.

      After Hurricane *** we were concerned about our solar arrays due to tree damage on our house. Lumio responded promptly by sending a Tech to inspect our system. As it turns out our solar panels weathered the storm perfectly with minor scratches which did not affect the performance. He even cleaned off the Hurricane debris to increase the performance. We Thank You so much for easing our minds and ensuring our system was top ******************

      Should be a negative star They promise everything to get you to buy their very expensive panels. They were installed on my roof after 6 months. Then another 4 months still not on. They told me the loan would be assumed by the new owner if I were to sell. They told me I wouldnt have any payments until they were up and runninglies if already made 3payments and still not running. I am under contract to sell my house and that loan is not assumed. Im out $60,000 for absolutely nothing. They should be ashamed of themselves. I would never recommend them even to my worst enemy. A very unhappy customer

      *********************, a local ********** ** rep, came to my house twice in one day claiming that hes not soliciting any information and that he just wants to set up a demonstration. He did all this despite the large sign by my doorbell saying no soliciting of any kind. I told him we werent interested and he came back a second time hours later. Best practices when youre a door to door salesman is to at least take note of the houses that refused you once and not reapproach. I dont know what is so hard about respecting homeowners wishes. It doesnt matter if your company is great. If they are, Ill hear about it on my own and seek you out. I do not want to be harassed at home by the multiple solar panel solicitors that I have this summer. Its ridiculous and unprofessional.
