      Amazing company, I was hesitant to go Solar after reading some of the reviews. Our sales rep was very informative and let us know our system would have to pass inspection before it could be turned on. Took the city a little over 2 months to get our permission to operate. Our sales rep stayed in contact with us through out that time and helped us get reimbursed for our solar payment. Surprisingly after our rep submitted for a refund it only took 3 days! I wanted to wait to post a review so I could see how first our customer service went and second to see if the panels would perform the way our rep said they would. We brought up the fact people were saying they were having second bills and we all most canceled with Lumio. Our sales rep was very helpful and we got a great vibe from him so we trusted him and went forward with installing the solar 6 months later we are very happy! Our solar system looks amazing especially to some of the other ones we have seen in the neighborhoods. We have been over producing and getting around ***** bucks extra a month. Were not going to get **** of this but really nice to get something back. We are excited to see how much over production we get during our winter months where we dont use allot of power. Me and my wife couldnt be happier about our service from our sales rep. *** unfortunate to see people posting negative reviews in here when we had such a great experience. Must be a few bad apples in the company. If I can say just trust your heart with your rep if hes good go for it. If hes sketchy cancel.

      We had our solar panels installed this past Friday. From the start of our process with solar we met with ******* to the install with ************* team. I have nothing but positive things to say. Install took roughly 6 hours and they were so kind to check in with me and let me know what was going on to when they finished. They were very polite and clean. I cant wait to for my inspection so we can start using our system.

      ****LUMIO****This company has absolutely no respect for people's wishes or privacy. I have a 'NO SOLICITING' sign at my front door, it works very well, however, LUMIO (solar company) think they are an exception to the rule and peoples wishes does not apply to them. Door bells rings at 7pm of a Friday night with a LUMIO employee on a segway rocking over and back trying to find his balance while trying to sell me solar panels - really professional!!!! On top on not even having the decency to get off the segway while speaking to me, he totally ignored my 'NO SOLICITING' sign which is extremely visible. One day later, another LUMIO employee rings the bell. I answer and I asked him to did not not see the sign while pointing to it right in front of him, he literally ignored me to start trying to sell me solar panels. I told him if he not willing to pay me for my time then we have nothing to talk about, he replies: "no, but I can save you money on solar panels"!!!!! LUMIO - YOU NEED TO STOP HARASSING PEOPLE - PEOPLE HAVE NO SOLICITING SIGNS UP FOR A REASON - RESPECT PEOPLES WISHES!!!!I had planned on getting solar panels next year - it does not take a genius to know who I won't be calling. I have registered on the NO SOLICITING address list - if any of your employes come on my property again, I will be filing criminal trespassing charges - and will be glad to so.

      I originally had Ake and lumio bought them out I guess. But they have horrible customer service Do not go with this company!!! You will pay a ton for these panels Then youll still have $300+ power bills. They wont admit fault and they will pass the blame. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ******* is the worst person to deal with also.

      I purchased the panels based on the assurance that the panels would produce sufficient energy to have no electric bill. I have had the panels since April and have had an electric bill every month.

      I got solar panels from this company and we are paying double.two bills with duke energy AKE . I have reached out to them ,they told me to send them copies of the 12 mouth bills from the time they had installed the panel's still no response and no savings .we are paying the same as if we didn't have solar. thank you ADALINE V

      The Lumio solar tech came out today to look at an issue with one of the panels not reporting. The techs arrived in their scheduled time window and had everything up and running in less than 30 minutes. Thanks for a quick and easy experience Lumio!

      I have only good things to say at this point. Once we crunched our number we decided to get the solar panels because it made sense to us and would save us money over time which is important to us. All the representatives had a great attitude, were friendly,polite,loved their job and were knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. They walked us through the process from getting qualified to the installation and the follow-up process after project completion. We asked a lot of questions and we received answers to our concerns. At this point we are in the initial phase of the project and satisfied and optimistic about the future with Lumio.
