      This company has been great so far, from the nice young woman who knocked on my door, to the technician who explained my options clearly and the tall fellow who came to photograph the roof. I amcompletely satisfied and highly recommend Lumio Solar!

      Working with this company has been very disappointing. The sales person ********************************* provided information that I would not be charged for the panels until they were up an running. Took them over 3 months, starting in March-2022, to complete the job and even after the panels were installed they were not fully operating. Its now 10/2022 and panels are still not fully functional. Additionally, they had to send contractors multiple times to complete task that were already completed. I had to meet with a contractor 3 times to complete the stucco around the electrical panel and every time contractor showed up they would take pictures because the job was complete but it would not get updated in the system as completed. I tried to communicate this with ********************************* but he just started ignoring my calls and e-mails. Not only has the job not been fully completed, I am now being charged monthly for the panels. I know have incurred a personal loss of $1,048.83 for the solar panels that are not working. This is on top of still having to pay the monthly electrical bill. When I try to reach them they inform me that they will contact me to get the matter resolved but usually I have to call back a week later in order to get a response. If you want to get a group of people to bring forth a lawsuit against Lumio please reach out to me on this platform. ***************************

      If I could give you more then 5 stars I would. Your techs were here bright and early. Explained who they were and what would be done. They went right to work. Knocked on my door when they were done. Told me what was done today and what to expect next. Told me if I have any questions or concerns just give them a call. I dont think I have ever worked with such a great company. Thank you

      ZERO STARS!! They never turned panels on after numerous phone calls now i have a payment for non working panels/solar AND my electric bill for july, august was **** near $2,000 i see nothing but complaints... Classaction Lawsuit against these shyster crooks anyone?? Im calling my lawyer!! No more, worlds crappy enough as it is.. now this nonsense?? Im done!

      The salesmen were very conceiving and made many promises. Told us that investing in solar panels would be the best investment.Wrong! I referred several people and truly feel bad that I put a financial burden on them and myself. First complaint is I was told that the solar panels would replace my electric bill or that I would get money back. That has not been true my electric bill has double now with the panels and my regular electric bill. As a single mom on a fixed budget this has put a financial burden on my family. Second complaint is that my panels were installed in March were not turn on till mid June while I was being charged for the panels. Third complaint I have had issues with my panels since they have been installed the company is fully aware but have yet to fix them!! Fourth complaint is when the installation was done the worker left a mess. I really wish I would have never gone solar and we tell people not to do it!!

      Duke Energy fraud scam after ***************************** Solar has people going door to door in my neighborhood claiming affiliation with ********** and they are there to help with power.Specifically *************************, Area manager.****** stood in front of a no trespassing sign and harassed a 90 year old resident with probing questions about who was with her, who paid the bills, how much were her bills.When confronted about the trespass he claimed that his business license and his affiliation with ********** gave him the right to ignore trespassing just like a police officer does not adhere to trespass laws.He cited that he was helping not selling and displayed his $40,000 Rolex given to him by the company for his service to people.In photos that I have he appears to be concealed carry under his shirt, right side.Seminole county ******* sheriff was notified and responded.

      NO stars for this company! Our solar panels were installed in January 2022, they began charging ** in April 2022 for services and it is now October 2022, and we have still not received any solar energy which was supposed to replace our electricity. We have been in contact with this company about the status of our solar panel system numerous times since April with no results. DECA has now changed its name to Lumio.
