      Talk to few companies before Lumio, their price and quality of equipment was by far the best of all of them , installation took two weeks after papers were signed , my friend that signed up with ****** is still waiting after 8 months , panels were placed in service same week they were installed , this was done in ********** area by the way , overall great experience and i did refer my family members as well .

      Lunio is a horrible company. They sell you on the concept but can't even finish the job. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! They will lead you down a horrible path. This is the worst experience. Someone needs to be held accountable for their work. All the review that are bad are 100% True.

      I signed a contract for a new roof and solar panels. The next day I spoke with the company to cancel the roof part. The agent said he would send an addendum for the solar panels only. When I did not receive the paperwork that day, I canceled the entire project by fax and certified return receipt mail. The company still tried to cash my check for $36,000. They sent the addendum through which I declined to sign and the next day I received a "welcome to the family" email. I am not interested in doing business with this company.

      The process was fairly smooth at the beginning and we were impressed. However, shortly after installation we notice a leak directly below where one of the panels had been installed. It was a nightmare even trying to get anyone to come out to look at it. They didn't show up when scheduled, didn't communicate with us when they were here, and then after dozens of phone calls and emails, we're told it's not from the installation at all, but a bad vent. Asked for proof; pictures, documentation, a report from a licensed roofer and still waiting more than 2 months later. **************** is horrible! You can see they only respond to the 5 star ratings and ignore most of the 1 star ratings. Now after hurricane ***, the roof is leaking in 14 different places. Guess what's above each of the leaks! Oh, and the electric company is still charging us even though the panels were "operational" months ago.Very disappointed in their customer service and follow through. I manage vendors for a living and have never come across a worse company. I run a community with over ***** homes and will tell every one of my homeowners not to go with Lumio!

      I signed a contract with lumio on June 8, the seller assured me that in just 3-4 weeks the system is installed and fully functional. It has been almost 4 months and they only installed the panels 11 weeks ago, a couple of times they have told me that they are going to finish the work, for which I am absent from work to be at home at the time of the installation and never showed up. They didn't call me or tell me they weren't going to attend and I just lost time and the work day. The next week I will make the first payment for a service that I can't even have activated yet. The seller (***********************************, ******* **) stopped responding to my messages, I have called the Lumio customer service number and I always wait between 1-2 hours for them to answer me and just tell me that they will contact me. I am very upset because after the sale was registered they simply disappeared.

      This conpany is using shady business tactics. I just got a DocuSign email for a 40,000 loan from "goodleap" for solar with atlantic key energy. I've had tons of solar sales people come to my door and i always say im not interested in solar. I haven't spoken to a sales person in over a month or 2, I never agreed to any contracts, yet I'm still being asked to sign a loan document.

      First the nice guy came by who was going around the neighborhood introducing the company and talking about solar energy/panels. He came back to explain some things and ended up setting us with appointment with **** whose very nice and knowledgeable. She help explain how things will work and help make to me that is would good change. She came to fill out paperwork and help out with welcome call. We had to get the roof replaced and the company was good getting that replaced. The panels have been installed. So far I have good things to say about this company- to explain and get you the process.
