      I have been having issues with my combiner box for over a month now. The company first came out without a part to replace any bad components. The company has twice scheduled to fix my issues but did not show up or provide a text, phone call, or email to tell me they are not showing up. I had to make a call and figure it out, and the service center had no explanation, and all the customer service could do was schedule me again for the next two weeks. Many solar production days are lost due to the company's inefficiency and the technician's inability to prediagnosed problems and fix issues. The company needs to be inspected for lousy customer service and inability to deliver the maintenance service promised to the customers.

      Absolutely amazing company , got everything done in a timely manner and the sales rep is really where its at if you get somebody that is willing to take care of you and hold your hand all the way through the process is smooth and easy

      Stay away from Lumio, HX! They will rob you blind for panels that are identically available from other vendors in your market. Nearly twice as much and I wish I had did my homework. Now I am stuck with a bill that is going to cost my family over $60K. When I called to get clarification on the price I was told that "we can't the breakdown with you as that is proprietary information". The entire installation process took nearly 4-months. Then after they were "activated" it took another 3-weeks for them to come out and identify why they weren't working. The process has been stressful with no sincere answers to any of my questions. They split up contacts to confuse you as the customer in an effort to deter you from calling. They don't answer text messages half of the time. Even the number listed here on this very site doesn't work. It goes to a recording and then hangs up on you without providing options. Stay away! Your money is worth more than what you will be treated like here.

      Today was just our installation and we have no concerns up to this point. Everyone has been very attentive and has given us the opportunity to ask questions if and when needed. I am giving my rating based off the experience we have had thus far and are now waiting for next steps.

      *********************************** was really patient and she took the time and look on her computer how my system is working and explain me everything about my enphase app. She makes my appointment right away to install some parts on my system.       We signed up for solar back in. June and have nothing but delays . First there was a mix up with how many panels they had 16 we had a contract saying 18 so after about 2-3 weeks they get the last 2 installed.. then we wait and we wait and wait and finally get a call to schedule the electrical panel hook up . Which had to include are local electric company. Which were suppose to be here btwn 9 and 10 a.m the installers do theres part and sit here and wait they call there office and were told the electric company would be here at 11 well 12 pm rolls by my husband finally calls the office himself and was told that she had her days wrong and electric company isnt scheduled until tomorrow.. well there installers will be on another job so they cant be here , so now everything has to be rescheduled again and the new date isnt until October 10th . We also have an inspector supposedly coming out to inspect today, also lumio scheduled. Well nothing here to inspect because nothing is working We start making pymts on a system that isnt even close to be done in November. We are still paying for electric. We were also told that there would be back up power which I questioned late Because I was not here during the signing of the contract and when it was brought to my attention after panels were installed I questioned that as I know you need a battery back up system for that and I did not see/ hear about that being included in this pkg. so I guess the whole point of this is the delay every step of the way . 4 months In and we are still at square one as I see it.. will definitely not recommend to family or friends completely disappointed in this whole process. And slightly angry we choose this company when we had been so hesitant on getting solar in the first place.. maybe this is just are local lumio that is the issue , but as of rite now we are just a number to them

      I have had a very nice experience so far. I have only just started the process of getting Solar.Everyone I have spoken with has been great. I have spoken to ************** whenever I have had a question, he would call me and talk with me and explain everything. So I am very happy with Lumio so far.**************
