      Great experience! Permits and application can take some time but our Represenative set the right expectations with us. Super happy with the service and communication and savings about 125$ per month.

      Everything seemed to be going smoothly. Got the panels installed they had problems with something had a guy working on it until it was almost dark. He left and came back to finish. We then had our first inspection within a few days and our inspection with the city was scheduled my husband stayed home all day they were a no show! Apparently we dont have warning stickers and wont get inspection until they are installed! A lady from customer service scheduled again I told her we still didnt have stickers she said they were going to come out before the inspector arrived to put them on! No one showed with stickers therefore no inspection! Get a text saying they wont schedule again until stickers are installed! Still have no time line from them as to when that will be!

      If I could give zero stars I would. The whole process has been an absolute nightmare. I WISH I NEVER OPENED THE DOOR FOR THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY. Sales pitch was a lie, took weeks to install, they still dont work, now I have a solar panel bill and a power bill. Now I have to figure out how I am going to keep food on the table after being bent over by this crooked organization. We had Vivint solar before with absolutely no issues. Lumio is trash and anyone involved with this business should be ashamed of themselves and I hope the worst for them. Stay away..

      So far the Lumio team is awesome. They came out and talked my wife and I into purchasing solar panels. Our rep was not pushy and explained everything very well. Where I live is full sun and it made sense to go solar. Signing up was approval was easy. The engineer came out and used a drone to survey the area. So far so good. Company is very high tech!

      We signed up with Lumio and are very disappointed. No one ever contacts us. If I could go back and remove the solar panels I would. Weve been waiting for a couple of weeks and were not even connected yet. *************** already wants their money. So if I would tell people dont do it.

      If I could give it 0 stars I would. I had the worst experience ever and if I could I would never install solar with this company that lies and doesnt come through with their word that they promises. First it took over 3 MONTHS for them to get the permit for my house and I kept asking for the status to just get the run around from them. Then they kept saying they would install and never showed up. Then they promised to reimburse me for my electricity bills from the day I signed to when my system is installed (still habe not seen or heard from them of when my check will be here) and not holding my breath for the check to arrive. Then when they install it took them 1 week to complete everything only to have very rude installers that worked past 10pm when I have smaller children that needed to go to bed since they have school. They didnt care about that neither. The kicker is when they first quoted me they had quoted for more panels then I needed so when they came out they had to changed the panel which changes my loan interest rate and it went up. I mean this has been the biggest nightmare that I still am not done with. I should of gone to a more professional and value their customer instead I am stuck to this company. Just beware and make them give you everything in writing or its your words verse theirs. I welcome anyone from this company to reach out to me. I do not recommended this to anyone!

      Signed up with AKE they had told me they where the licensed installer come to find out it was actually lumio and they were a 3rd party sales organization that's affiliated with lumio The agreement is also significantly over priced from what I agreed to I didn't realize for a couple days because it's under lumios name and not AKE The solar is not installed on my house nor will I let it be I encourage anyone to do alot of research before working with them .I think they're license should be reported to the **************************************************

      We started with Lumio about a month ago with *****************, she was not at all pushy, but exact opposite, her explanations, budgeting, explanations, etc. were all relaxed and informative. We started and ended the process in no time and a contract was signed. Welcome calls from both Lumio and the financing company. The process was started, and we were excited, after the county approved their permit, it was within days that the crew let me know that my install was coming up within days. The permit was hung, and the crew arrived ON TIME...."Duck" was the lead installer and a crew of two other gentlemen. They were at my home promptly at **** and completed, cleaned up and ready to go at ****. Duck was very knowledgeable about Solar and especially the Lumio system. He was professional, courteous, informative to both me and my brother who was there to ask questions because of his interest in solar for his own home. **** answered them all. I now look forward to my county finalizing the permit and my power company letting me off the grid. Wish me luck with that part. Thank you Lumio for professional and courtesy service, so far, so good. ******************************************* *******

      Our neighbor told us about ***** and she did tell us you were busy and it took a few weeks to come out to the house. The good thing is when we got online we talked to someone that day. He got us all set up and ready for a person to come out. After the girl came out and we gave her a check it was like maybe 2 weeks. Your people set a time to come out. They came when they were supose to. We now have the panels up and now waiting for Duke to get out here and change the meter. We are VERY happy with Lumio. Like I said it took about 3 weeks to get started but once they did it was great. The men putting it up were very nice also. Now you will get a lot of Emails from diffrent people to let you know what is going on. To us that is a good thing. It might not be the person that set you up in the first place.****************
