      All of our friends, co-workers and neighbors started the process after us with other companies and have there solar up and running and no electric bills. We had to take several days off of work due to installers not having the needed supplies. Our process started in June, payments begin this month, September and still no solar and still paying for our electric bill. Avoid this company, formerly known as AKE, or whatever name they change to next.

      Paul Rhoton and his team at Lumio were knowledgeable professional and efficient from the time they knocked on my door through the install, inspection and final steps of my solar power system. Great team. Highly recommend!

      I got solar panels from this company expecting to not having to pay the electric company. We got ripped off also by the folks. They talked a good story about how much I will save. Well they calculated incorrectly the amount of solar panels by half. Now going to another company to get the correct amount of solar panels. I'm not the only person they did this to in my area.

      Since I got the knock on my door and started talking with ***** about Solar panels I was excited. Then I talked with ************************* who explained to me almost everything about the solar panels, and how they worked, and what I would be expecting when they were installed. Then I got approval for my solar panels with no problem. Next step was to have a survey of my home, attics structure, electrical box, and then the roof. A wonderful young lady named ***** completed this assignment and she was absolutely as professional as anyone could be. I am so happy with this move I am making with Lumio. When they said they were going to be at my house for an appointment they were here. Thanks again guys.

      The entire experience was easy and comfortable. From the initial contact (with ******), contract signing with (*******************), Engineering and planning, Permitting, and Installation (with *****), each step of the way was easy and smooth. All of the representatives were courteous, helpful (answering my questions) and displayed knowledge of the product (again explaining the process and what comes next). I am very pleased with all of my interactions with the employees of Lumio, and look forward to having Solar technology a part of my home and family experience.-**************

      Lumio in ********** has been a huge disappointment. They are based out of ******** near ******* and I am in ******************* about 30 min North of *******. My location was not an issue when it came to getting my business but now that Im a customer I cant get any help in a timely manner because of how far I live. I was told if my equipment failed they would know before I would, because it would alert their monitoring center. Well I havent been producing electricity since early July and its now Sept 1st. (Peak energy producing time) I noticed it, called it in, they agreed it isnt working and would be a week till a technician could look at it. That *****. A week goes by and the technician calls and says he cant be out till next week. I lost my best 2 months of production because their alerting system failed and there is no urgency to get it fixed.

      That appointment was cancelled. Lack of parts to fix my system. New installations are still happening, but fixing a current customer does not seem to be a priority. I do want to compliment your call center and area manager from *******. While the local manager has not reached out, contacted me or done anything. The call center has been very polite, understanding and professional and when only a ******* manager was available passed my call on to her. The fact the ******* manager understood my frustration and assured me that my area manager would get a hold of me and make the situation right was reassuring. Wish it had happened. The only call I have received is to cancel my appointment

      Lumio is a outstanding company from the first rep who knocked my door I knew I could trust them because he seemed as if he was genuinely trying to help us out with our outrageous power bill. Didnt come off as a salesman and wasnt pushy so I set up an appointment. The expectations that were set by the first guy became the reality when the 2nd rep came in. Great experience.

      A sales person after being denied a sale becomes aggressive. I asked him to remove himself from my property and he kept asking me what my problem was using hand gestures as he kept talking. I asked him again to remove himself from my property. He kept talking as he walked away. I stated to him you are gangster and to never step foot on my property again. I will call the police if I see this person on my property again!

      We have been hustled. Its been 4 months since our solar panels have been installed and we still havent gotten any power from them. Weve paid for 4 months of the panels. We were told wed get a refund for those payments but have received nothing. Lumio keeps scheduling appointments with us but they havent shown up to any in the last 3 months. Im not sure if I should just file a police report or a law suit against the company at this point because Id like to get my roof fixed, my solar panels working, and a refund for the months of double payments I had to make for a solar system that doesnt work. All I want is the leak in my roof fixed and the solar panels to start working. Please please please make this right Lumio.
