      ***** and the Lumio installation crew were on time, courteous, and professional. They arrived earlier than expected, notified us of their time of arrival, and went right to work. Once they completed their tasks, they cleaned up everything. No mess, ***********'s as if they weren't even here. I would recommend them!

      So far working with Lumio has been a nightmare! The personnel are polite and professional however they showed up without the correct materials to finish the electrical. We rescheduled that portion and on the scheduled date the power company shut off the power and Lumio never showed up. I am now on our third visit with Lumio, the power company has been sitting outside for an hour and the Lumio electrician is no where to be found.On top of this they caused damage to the house and every time I call to find out what the repair plan is everyone acts like its the first time they have heard about it.

      Smart Energy Today (SET) has apparently gone out of business after allegedly merging with another company. They have not updated their website, do not answer their phone, and do not respond to e-mail or phone messages. They insalled our system in 2018, and everything had been fine until July of this year, when the sytem stopped producing.We've given up trying to contact SET, as theyseemingly no longer exist.

      Very impressed with everyone from the "cold call" rep to company rep to site surveyor! All were polite, very friendly and extremely patient in answering our questions. Since our initial consult I have texted the company with several questions and also received a quick response. Excited to get our solar panels installed and hopeful that my interactions with this company will continue to be as easy as this initial stage.

      This has been a nightmare since the beginning. Panels installed almost a year ago. Up and running in January. No access to Enphase app until mid July. They convinced us we need more panels, and all they seem to care about now is installing those. My solar panel payment is $109.76 per month. This was supposed to take the place of my electric bill. My electric bill was $191 last month. Meaning in total, I paid $300 between solar and electric. Electric bill was $145 the month before, meaning electric and solar were $254. *************************** asked me for the two most recent bills. I sent them. No word on reimbursement (although *************************** said over the phone I would be reimbursed). I have spoken to countless people (******, ******, *****, and ******* are the ones whose names I wrote down).I have dealt in personwith *************************** (original salesman), and **** (current salesman). I keep leaving VM or telling the people on the phone that I DON'T WANT additional panels u til the current situation is rectified. I cannot track my energy usage prior to the Enphase app finally being set up (I don't even remember how many times I had to call about that), even though they have told me it should be possible to see lifetime protection. I called Enphase directly, and they said it wouldn't be possible because Lumio failed to "open the gateway" to allow this.At this point, I'd give anything to just have my money refunded, my panels removed, and go back to my old electric company. This has been an AWFUL experience, and I don't see it improving. My recommendation to anyone wanting solar panels is that you AVOID Lumio at all costs.

      I am beginning to regret ever signing up with this company. They don't seem to care at all about customer service. My panels have been sitting on my roof for 5 weeks now doing nothing. They never came back to finish installing the wiring and connecting them to the house or grid. I have called the sales rep numerous times and he always says we will schedule to have it done but then nothing. The loan company is going to want a payment in 3 weeks and I was told by sales rep that I had 3 months of no payments from the time the system is activated. It seems they don't care now that they have been paid. May have to seek legal counsel soon as I should not have to pay for something I did not receive.

      These Lumino sales people have been wandering our neighborhood daily for over a month now. We did hear them out the first time , but decided we were not interested. My husband and I have both told them on SEVERAL occasions that we were not interested, but they have continued to text my husband every time they sell to a new person (not sure why they think this will convince us) and have continued coming to our door multiple times a week.
