      Thus far Ive received excellent service and communications from Lumio. They have explained the process and replied in a timely fashion to all of my questions and concerns. They explained the process both in-person and online. Im impressed with the transparency and open, free flowing communication. They have made the process of receiving solar panels on my home relatively easy and interesting.

      I am a elderly woman who lives on social security , I believed Altantic Key that I would be saving money on my electric bill , It took months for them to get the panels up and runnng . Now i am stuck paying 60% light bill and paying for the solar panels , I believe this company is selling inferior panels , I consulted my neighbor about her solar panels that she has had for 7 years , same amonut of panels same size home , she pays the electric company nothing except for the use of the meter. I have read these reviews and wondering WHY these people are allowed to keep in business . All I want is for them to make this right or come and remove these panels from my home. Because it will break my budget trying to pay for both. I sincerely hope this can be taken care of. I live in Beverly Hills Florida , My name is Mary ******* , Or I need for someone to inform me if there is a advocate for the state of Florida that handles scammers . thank you

      Awesome. No more fluctuating *************** or worrying about the "expensive" months...easy low fixed payment...I own ************ and get a small check from the co op for the extra I over produce. I LOVE getting a check from them instead of a ****! God bless Lumio

      everything is going great so far. Lumio has kept me informed through the whole process. the installation team showed up yesterday morning and completed the installation by early afternoon. Initial test showed more electricity than being used! Patiently waiting for the Electrical inspection and completion by Duke so we can start producing electric.

      Had a very annoying experience with a door to door representative who would not leave despite our repeated attempts to tell him to leave us alone because of our lack of interest in the product. The encounter lasted a good 10 minutes during which the person hung around, speaking and asking more question although we had already expressed 10 times not wanting anything to do with the product he was selling.

      Excellent pricing... service...communication.....explanation of new technology....installation....cleanliness......respect for property and most of all the crew lead was a ******** for perfection. I want that on MY side!! Can't wait to see how this thing works...waiting for code inspection sign off and Duke Energy to flip into action..

      Couldnt be happier with the way Lumio has handled getting me set up with a solar system. They are very prompt and good at contacting me to set up a time to install and do the survey. I am still waiting for the panels to get approved to be working, and understand that it can take up to 3 months to get them approved. i am looking forward to the day when I can make ************ and not have to pay more and more each month to the utility company.

      Solars were installed 1 month ago. They messed up on something and still havent done final inspection. Now I have solars that are not working They keep saying theyll send someone but nobody calls back or show up. Do not recommend this company for solar. Worst company
