      A Lumio rep showed up at my door last evening,. I let him talk then agreed to have someone come back today. I've since changed my mind and called the rep, sent 2 texts and an email with no response. They only care until they think they have you hooked into a deal. Completely unprofessional and absolutely will NOT work with this company in the future.

      I cant say enough great things about this company. After using BBB as my main source of reviews and complaints against various solar companies I felt confident in my decision to go with Lumio. I found them using a ****** search as I make it a point to ignore people who knock on my door. My sales people are a very nice and knowledgeable couple who represent this company very well. The entire process has been simple even when I decided I wanted upgraded breakers. They worked with me to get that done and included in my install. I would recommend this company to anyone!

      I would give them zero stars. It has been nothing but a headache trying to work with them. They never call back, didn't have the roof inspection like they should have so didn't get the panels installed. I have been trying for weeks to cancel and they won't answer the phone. The local sales rep told me he would take care of it in a day, but that was two weeks ago. No trust in this company!

      A lumio representative knocked on my door, he was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They handled everything through the process professionally and quick. Everything is working just like they said. Im creating ************ and getting negative bills from the power company. Definitely recommend working with lumio.

      Early in the process, but I have been super pleased with the service I have received from Lumio! Rob and ***** were very professional, informative, and were nice enough to answer all my questions. They also got us a great quote! ***** came for the survey today and was also very professional. He took the time to explain the rest of the installation process and what to expect next. I appreciate these guys and have experienced excellent customer service so far. Cant wait to get our solar panels!

      Lumio ignored my no soliciting signs and tried to pitch their sales even after I asked them to leave immediately. Said they are not selling anything but trying to warn me of upcoming government legislation.

      I'd like to give 0 stars for this extremely unprofessional Lumio representative's behavior, but it made me pick 1 as the lowest option.Good evening,I had a very negative and unprofessional encounter with one of your representatives going through my neighborhood.When I answered the door, I made it clear from the beginning that I wasn't interested. He continued to not end the conversation even though when I said/conveyed clearly 3 times that I wasn't interested in answering his questions because I wanted to get back to what I was doing.He began to get annoyed with the fact that I was declining to agree to answer his questions so I knew I had to be blunt because he was refusing to leave me alone. I told him that he was wasting my time and that I wanted to get back to what I was doing.Then as I was closing the door, he said something to the effect of "You know what?! You're a f****** asshole!!!" Now... I have just a little bit of experience in customer service after serving in the active duty U.S. Army for 23+ years. How he is representing Lumio is not what I would consider "stellar" customer service... obviously.At that point, I closed the door, went back inside, retrieved my phone, and tried to get his name because if I had someone representing my interests in that way when I was in the Army (giving me a horrible reputation), I would want to know. My intent was to contact Lumio as soon as possible and give them his name/location for this incredibly unprofessional behavior.When I caught up with him, he refused to give me his name, so I took his picture. When I was trying again to talk to him about how what he did was not "okay", he continued to be upset and unprofessional. Even the coworkers that were with him appeared to be extremely uncomfortable with the way he was acting.I have a photo that I can't, unfortunately, attach and have contacted Lumio to let them know. Hopefully, they take care of this. What a poor representation of any business.
