      My gateway stopped communicating several days ago. I spoke to a technician and we did some trouble shooting that did not fix the problem. I called to have a tech come to my house 4 days ago and was told they would text me to let me know my appointment date. Still have not heard anything. The 1st time I called they said either today or tomorrow, 2nd time was told should be today, 3rd time I called was told their main system was down and the tech were working on it, which is a lie. My neighbor has same hook as me and his works fine. I beginning to think this was a big mistake I made. Still nothing today!

      They fail to tell the truth about the system and everything about it. You are not off the grid. If city looses power then so will you. All your doing is feeding the electrical grid for the electric companies and they Pay you pennies and tell you that you are getting a great deal. Also you still can get a larger **** than what they tell you. I have not spoken to a Yonex that is satisfied. The people that leave these 5 star reviews are clearly with the company or friends with someone in the company. Stay clear of this company. I challenge anyone e to change my view.

      My solar panels were installed June of 2022 and still do not have permission to operate. After calling my both my service provider ********** electric cooperative and Lumio, it appears like Lumio can not provide corrected drawings to comply with the service company codes. The main disconnect for the solar is already connected to the house load side. I dont know if this is correct or not or if my house is in compromised position and subject to fire or violations. I'm about to start paying for a system that Lumio cannot get permission to operate. I have called both ********** and Lumio and appear to be trapped in a loop of he said she said. I just want to be safe and operational.

      A service team changed the connection to the ** line side last Thursday. A call to Bluebonnet today (15 Aug) shows no updated drawings to them. When can we expect new drawings submitted to the service provider for approval?

      I have been in contact with ******************* Coop and they state they have not received any updated diagrams from Lumio as of 19 August. Not sure if Lumio is capable of providing diagrams at this point

      Signed in March of 2022, panels on the roof, but no service because they have not finished the panel upgrade.Now we are been billed for the loan on the panels (we are not supposed to pay until service is working) **************** says they are going to help but we have heard that a couple times a month since March.

      Hello my name is ************** I signed a contract with Lumio, to get my roof replaced and solar panels installed. The first thing that went wrong they rescheduled the replacement of my roof installation on the day they were to install. The contracted the roof installation out to a ************* and only one person spoke English. They replaced 10 plywood boards at $100 a piece plus tax without telling me or showing proof with documentation of such damage, I was home during the process except for a about 1.5 hours that a generous time frame, and I returned before they completed the job. They put the wrong color shingles on my roof (not the color I requested). I told the project manager she did nothing about. I requested pictures of the 10 supposably rotted out plywood that needed to be replaced, ****** the project manager sent me two pictures that doesn't match my roof and continued to support the lie that is the roof of my house. Again nothing has been done. Next the Solar panels area in my driveway no one rings my door **** or knocks at my door to tell the are leaving the solar panels and supplies in my driveway, but the email I received says I responsible for the solar panels and equipment. No crew showed up nor called to let me know when they will be arriving to install the panels. I called every number I had trying to reach someone, I had no luck I finally emailed the project manager over the the roof installation ******, as I was leaving my how ****** called me and told me she wasn't over that part of my project, she didn't know who was over the solar panel installation but she will reach out to someone after I letted her know I had a family emergency my sister was in the hospital on life support and they didn't think she was going to make it through the night, ****** told me to go ahead and leave, you will not be responsible for the solar panels or equipment. By the way my sister did died the next day next day at 2:06pm. My panels are installed but not working yet.

      Their sales representative went to my mother's house and ignored the no solicitors sign (she has Alzheimers) but her security camera alerted me that someone was at her door. I speak to the man through the doorbell microphone and ask him to leave and he hands my Mom her phone back to her...he had possession of her phone and wouldn't tell me why. I informed him I was calling the police and he left. When the police arrived, the man could not be found but they informed me that he did not have a permit with the city to go door to door.
