      The representative, *********************, that came to my house was exceptional! Professional, knowledgeable, sincere & caring. Lumino has kept me informed with each step. The installation crew was quick & cleaned up all the debris. I had some reservations about going solar but this company has BACKED what they have said! This is THE solar company to go with, no doubts!

      Lumio has always been transparent and clear with us since the beginning. Panels look amazing and perform just like they said they would. Easy to navigate app to figure out how much power I'm producing and quick customer service for any app issues.

      Ive been fighting with them for a year my solar panels were installed July of 2021 and Ive been paying for them but they wont switch it over to them so I can receive the benefits from having dolor panels. I was told by a couple people that I would be reimbursed for the electric bills them the last time I got someone on the phone I was told it would have to be approved by my salesman. After calling my salesman Nate he let me know they fired him and his boss and a lot of his old customers are having the same issue with this so call great company. Im completely fed up with this company I am now in the process of obtaining a lawyer to take legal action against them for not upholding their side of the contract they can fix my system and pay for all of my past electric bills from time of install or they can pay to put a whole new roof plywood and all for destroying my brand new houses roof with all the holes they put in it installing them. Expect problems with this company if I could give them a negative rating number it would be that lowest I can go they are worthless and dont care about any sort of customer service or satisfaction!!!

      I had 2 previous demonstrations before I started my experience with LUMIO , today Im glad I did not purchase a system from any other company. I am extremely satisfied with LUMIO as a company , the systems and the response we have received from this excellent team of employees. Thank you for all you guys great work as a whole.

      If there was a 0, I would chose that!My husband and I are exhausted by this company. We got our panels installed in December. They didn't follow protocol and have my electric company involved before the panels were placed. We signed the contract because the salesman made it sound so amazing (and told us several things that just aren't true). They placed the panels literally a few days after we signed. Then it took several months to even have the service started. **************** is just plain out rude. Now our panels haven't been working for a month. We've had 2 different appointments where the technician didn't show up and we're running off the grid, so we have 2 payments right now. When we call we just keep getting the same response "we don't know why they haven't came" and "we don't control what the technicians do". All I know is we are so done with this company. All they care about is getting those panels on your house and getting their money. I've already reached out to our financing company because who would want to do business with a shady company. #wearelumio - No, you're a joke and a waste of money! I wouldn't recommend your company to my worst enemy ??

      I signed my contract in March. And I still dont have solar. I call weekly and never get any response back. I wouldnt recommend this company. Their sales people are nice and answered all our questions. But I feel they were just pulling the wool over our eyes. Im paying for electricity and solar but dont have solar. Buyer beware.

      A salesperson came to our house around January of this year. His explanation of using solar panels made sense to us so we decided to move forward. In February 18 panels were installed. The system was set up ******** would power during the day, grid at night. And it seemed to lower our electricity ****. A month or 2 later a transfer switch was installed allowing to switch to a gen if the grid goes offline. Since then we had nothing but problems. Our kitchen island cb kept tripping causing our dishwasher to break. The company sent techs out and said everything is ok. Doubtful since we didnt have any problems until that switch was installed. Whats more, we were told that wed pay no more than $40(give or take) to our power company and our monthly payment for the panels, supposedly not more than our average electricity ****. Our electricity **** has been consistently HIGHER than the 40. $186 for the last billing cycle. We were told we produced 400kWh more than we used but the benefit cant be noticed at all.I do NOT recommend this companyAT ALL!!!!!

      Very deceptive. Too much to list. Definitely not worth the hassle. Panels haven't worked consistently since they were activated. A refund for monthly payment has been issued for the past 6 months. This is extremely disappointing.

      Pretty unprofessional sales rep just showed up at my house unannounced. No business card present and didnt even say what company they were with just saw their clothing. Told them my kids were inside and I needed to go watch them. Told them repeatedly I was not interested in solar panels on my property and they refused to leave and just kept coming up with reasons to keep talking. Finally told me I was stubborn when I said it was never going to happen and they needed to leave my property. Even if I wanted solar power I wouldnt use them

      I have worked for this company, and I can tell you they are very unorganized!The only positive is that they do have the best equipment out there. But as far as operations go, it's a headache!The company will do a switch and bait on its workers. Telling us that we will make more than we actually do. They're not honest about the structure or how things work. They throw us out into the neighborhoods with no training. Also setting us up for failure by putting us in neighborhoods with no soliciting signs. I've asked many times to be put in a new neighborhood, and I was ignored. I just uberd over to the next neighborhood, So I didn't bother the neighborhood that clearly was posted no soliciting.Also as a private contractor, this company should not be dictating where I knock on doors.My pay did not come in as they said it would either. I had to complain many times just to get paid.Many of the workers complained, all of that complaints were denied by ******* and ******. This is definitely one of the worst experiences I've had working.
