    I had some difficulties a few months ago and hep cloud took care of them and offered me a good price for the work. I was extremely happy with a job well done. Well long story short that laptop crashed. So, I called to cancel my membership, low and behold they informed me they could recover all my stuff from my old laptop and put it on my new one. Once again I'm a happy camper.

    "HelpCloud,LLC" They seemed so convincing and helpful. I was having trouble with scams and they were obviously a scam as well. I am 79 years old and needed computer help and all they did wasfraudulently try(I hope the $728.64 doesn't go through!!) to get my money.I am ashamed, embarrassed, and angry!!! Getting old sucks!!
