      A one month trial of Nature's Boost CBD gummies was ordered. Following, I began receiving multiple bottles of the product - in July I received 5 bottles in one delivery. My credit card was charged for subsequent deliveries which were never ordered. Furthermore I did NOT authorize subsequent charges to my credit card. I have called the company but continue to received the product. Your help would be much appreciated. Thank you, ****** ****

      I bought Boost CBD Gummies as a one time purchase in June 2023 but was charged again in July 2023. I did not sign up for a subscription.

      Despite requesting cancellation of subscription and cease sending Nature's Boost by email I continue to receive periodic shipments. I have returned them (return to sender) unopened.

      In April 2023 I ordered the trial bottle of CBD gummies from radiant supplements. I was led to believe it was 59.99. I did not order anymore and do not want anymore. They have sent me 6 bottles. I want them to stop sending these to me. I do not want them. The company misleads you and you think your going to try them not realizing you just gave the company authorization to continue charging your card. I am an elderly man and not used to and don't understand all this online stuff. I'm sure there's other elderly people that they've done this to. Please immediately stop sending and charging me for any of your merchandise.

      I cannot get the company to stop sending the gummies as it continues to charge me for them. I DO NOT want them.

      I cannot find any orders from you. Please provide any additional names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, or other information.  It's also advisable to check your billing statement to verify the company and call the number associated as well.

      I saw the ad for this product and thought it may be a help for my spouse who is having a lot of the Health Issues this product states it may help resolve.When I put in my information, I received the message there was an error code. I immediately called their contact # and asked to speak to a supervisor. When I finally spoke to the supervisor, I told him explicitly to cancel the order immediately. He was not from the US and he had a thick accent but told me he understood what I was asking of him. He told me I would receive a Cancellation Email immediately! I did not receive the cancellation email but I received a Confirmation Email several days later stating I was also also on an ongoing subscription service! I want my money back and the subscription service cancelled. I do not want to do business with any company that lies to you about what the Company will do for you then turns around and does the exact opposite! I honestly you can help me with the above situation. Ive never received an invoice, just an Email stating it was a Confirmation Email and not the Cancellation Email the supervisor stated I would receive immediately which I never received.Sincerely,*********************

      I thought I was only ordering a 3 months supply of the *** Gummies. I never signed up for a continuous shipment. I have been receiving a shipment every month since the initial order. The gummies do not work as advertised and I want the shipment stopped and my credit card adjusted accordingly. I have tried to cancel this by phone and email but have had no luck.

      I ordered 1 bottle of their Nature's Boost gummies about 2 months ago. I used my AE credit card and placed the order. The site said that my order was declined, so I exited the site. About two weeks later I received 5 bottles of gummies in the mail and they charged my AE credit card. 3 weeks later they sent another bottle and today I received another. I'm sure they are charging my credit card, but I did not order these. I want my money back.

      Several months ago I ordered a trial bottle of Nature's Boost. I had no idea it contained CBD. The bottle cost $59.99. I didn't open the bottle and thought that was the end of it. Last week I got another bottle with a charge of $59.99.Please cancel this subscription immediately.

      Attempted to order one bottle of a formula to eleviate diabetes on June 19th. USAA credit cards called me and said something looked wrong. Received five bottles of gummies with a simple sugar formula that would do nothing for type 2 diabetes. Called the telephone number on the bottle; said not a working number. Sent and email on their form without a response. the BBB website on Radiant Supplements shows hundreds of complaints. I want my money back - all $199. This is fraudulent advertising. I do not want to be a victim of repeat orders that I do not want. Please help
