I did a new customer trial on Instagram for the cdb's, thinking I was going to get three bottles for special price of $60. Instead I was charged $199.95 and plus additional charges of $9.99 and $99.99, all on 4/8/2023. I ended up receiving up receiving five or six bottles in two separate deliveries. I figured ok, I was stupid and got scammed, that's the end of that. However, they have continued to charge my card: $59.99 on 5/7/2023 and $59.99 on 6/11/2023, and sending more bottles in the mail. I can not locate the company on Instagram, their website doesn't show a way to cancel credit card payments, and their contact by phone is an on-hold marathon. I want a full refund for all charges and cancellation of auto pay. My gullibility did play a part in this, however I believe this company runs a scam ad campaign, and I don't want them to have any more of my money.Business Response

My husband ordered their pills the advertised price he was paying was *****, and to my dismay my direct express card was charged the astronomical price of **** + ****** for a grand total of ******, we want our money back and I will return their product ( I dont think I should have to pay for it) at their expense. Ordered initial bottle of Natures Boost and was automatically set up for recurring shipments. This has been going on since January of 2022 and I just received another bottle today. Ive returned all of the bottles in the original unopened packages and the price increased to $59. Im unable to get them to cancel this subscription which I never wanted in the first place.
