Greetings. On Saturday, March 25, 2023, I placed an online order for an advertised product sold by Natures Boost. The advertised price for the product cost $39.99, plus $9.99 for shipping.I never received an order confirmation email from Natures Boost, no confirmation whatsoever. On Monday, March 25, 2023, my bank account received a debit from Natures Boost in the amount of $169.99, plus $9.99. I contacted my bank in a vain attempt to receive a refund, but apparently the bank couldn't help with a refund. I've sent several emails to Natures Boost in order to receive a full refund, but I've received no responses from Natures Boost. I'm writing to BBB in order to find assistance for other steps that I may take to receive a full refund. In 2021, I found a CBD product I was interested in trying called, "Nature's Boost." I purchased a large start-up package and it automatically signed me up for the subscription. I allowed the first couple of months of the subscription and ended up with A LOT of the product. I cancelled via email the first time. I continued to receive the product, promptly returned and cancelled the subscription on their website. I tried calling the customer service number and it would not go through. I continued to receive product, sent it back, cancelled subscription for the THIRD time. They continued to send product, I returned it. I had to contact my credit card to dispute the charge and block the merchant after 6 months of returning the product. The following month, they sent product, I returned it. I reviewed my credit card and found they changed the name of the merchant to get the charge to go through. I had to dispute the charge and block the merchant AGAIN!! I am considering a small claim for the product that was returned and not refunded.Business Response

I ordered one bottle of CBD Gummies for $69.00. My credit card was charged $129.99 and I received two bottles. I did not sign up for a subscription for this but Im concerned based on other reviews Ive seen that this company will continue to send bottles and charge my credit card. I do not know how to get in touch with them. I would like a credit for $60.99 and I do not want any more bottles.
