      I was looking for a solution to an issue regarding regulating my blood pressure. I found the site for Radiant Supplements on-line and after reading the claims made, ordered 3 bottles as part of a promotional package. (Order number *******, dated 12/9/2022 $149.99) I was then sent to another page in the check-out process that added 3 more bottles to my original order. (Order number *******, dated 12/9/2022, $99.99) Delivery was promised within 4-7 days. I called the company on 12/19/2022 at 10:05 am (central time zone) to inquire about the status of the order and the delivery date. I was told that the order was on "back-order" and not available as advertised on their website at the time it was ordered, and they could not give me a date for delivery at that time. I received the order on 12/28/2022 and began taking the supplements as directed. During the course of taking an entire bottle of the product I experienced no effects, positive or negative, and I decided to return the unopened and unused product for a refund. I was told that their policy prevented a refund because the order date, not the received date, was used on the 30-day window of opportunity for refund, even though the delay was caused by an inability on their end, to deliver products ordered within a reasonable period of time to make a determination whether to keep and continue using the product or not.I have received another bottle of product, called the company and received instructions on how to return it, which is to simply mark "return to sender" and drop off at the post office. I was promised a refund for this one latest bottle within 2 days, and the account was closed immediately. I hope they follow through.

      I dont remember subscribing to a recurring shipment of natures boost cbd gummies. Im not looking for compensation, I merely want to cancel this unwanted subscription immediately. My complaint to BBB is a result of the near impossible cancellation of this subscription any other way.

      I need to cancel an subscription with Natures Boost for cbd gummies that occurs monthly for $59. The number listed on their site is an internal number and requires an extension and then a pin so there is no contacting the company. I would simply like to discontinue the product. I have blocked the card so hopefully that will help but I dont trust it with companies like this. I dont need a refund or anything.

      I did make an initial purchase of Natures Boost CBD gummies. I have been charged on my credit card for another bottle and they sent another bottle. I Did Not Authorize them to use my credit card and send me more of the product. I even saw a request on my initial order to keep sending them. I did not check any box to keep getting this product that is worthless, by the way. On my cc bill I saw 2 email addresses. The first one takes you to the sales site all over again. There is NO contact info. to cancel the order that I Did Not Make. Check it out please-NaturesBoostcbd.com. The other email address is ****************** It doesnt exist-please check that one too. That info is straight off my Amex Bill.

      On November 18, 2022 I ordered one trial bottle of Nature's Boost Gummies. 3 charges were made on my account that day, $199.95, $99.99 and $9.99. They then sent me *********** instead of one trial bottle. Then on December 19, 2022 I was charged $59.99 and they sent another bottle. This was advertised as a trial not a subscription. They are charging my account for a product that I only wanted to try once. I now have 7 bottles of a useless product I don't want. I would like this to end immediately. I want to have no more charges on my account and I'd like a full refund of the $369.92 that was withdrawn without my consent.

      date- month of October November December reoccurring charges from nature boost, slim ***i, life style pro and rhino *** companies. I believe they are all based out of ************ **. Slim ***i indicated that they sent to me to collections over this - what I never subscribed or agreed to make any further purchases. I purchased their product as a one time purchase instead I am getting shipments and charges every month. I NEVER SUBSCRIBED FOR THEIR PRODUCT. these companies never list phone# to contact & cancel.

      I did a onetime order for a Nature's Boost supplement. I wanted to try it to see if it worked as advertised, this is a spam - it does not work. There was no confirmation email, no receipt with the product. When I reviewed my credit card statement, I noted I was charged five times. $129.99, $9.99, $66,66, $99.99, and $59.99. I called the number that was on my credit card statement 12/18/2022 - bogus number it says unavailable. Sent an email -12/18/2022 via their website - nothing. Found another number, called, and left a message 12/25/2022, which was returned today. I was told there will no refund for the fraudulent charges. This company had no authorization to credit my account. They refused a refund, saying I waited too long. No, I did not wait too long, the company is impossible to contact, because it is an endless dead-ends in some mazed rabbit hole.

      I reached out to the company via an invalid phone number (what came through on my credit card statement) and via an online email. With no response to the email.

      There method of operation - is to change phone numbers, not answer emails and not provide detailed invoices or contracts.

      Please do make this public. This company is a scam. I wish I had done more research to know they have scammed others and fraudulently charged me and other customers.

      Imagine my surprise when I checked my bank account and see charges totaling $210 from Natures Boost. I've never even heard of the company. Additionally there was another charge for supplements ($160) that I can only gather is associated with this company as well. I would never order such c*** and have no idea how you were able to gain access to my credit card. I have had to cancel my card and report the fraudulent charges. If you have my information in your system (I don't know how you could have it) it needs to be deleted ASAP. I don't want your c***
