I ordered parts for a B&D Chainsaw, email disappeared from inbox, received many junk emails from company after 2 months I contacted them and they said they cancelled order due to they could not get SOME parts, I said why did you not break order into parts you have, parts on back order and only cancel parts you can no longer get and update your database... duh Then I reordered the parts they have and back order, email disappeared again from inbox, more spam emails, and after a month still no order, or sorry email, or anything, They do seem to refund my money ok but I'd rather fix my Chainsaw! Think they need an employee retraining/revamp.eReplacementparts.com, LLC

Scam! Ordered two parts for my ******* line trimmer. Got a gas cap that fits and some kind of s**** on handle in place of the line guard. No response to multiple emails, no answer to telephone calls. I paid for the ***** shipment, supposed to be 2 to 4 days, but it showed up I over a week later. I did not need them anymore. I had to buy screws from somewhere else. eReplacementParts.com blames *****, that may be true, but they have been having this same problem for a while now. It is hurting to hurt their reputation. (What are you going to do about? You going to keep letting it happen?) I talked to about four people I think about getting a refund. I was hung up on. I do not think anything was done on another call. It all came together when I got *********************** on the phone. She was wonderful. She was very helpful. Please contract me more about ***********************. I recommend her for a promotion of a management position right now. She can tell you more about what she did to resolve (my problem) the situation. It takes everyone to do their part of the pie to complete whole pie from start to finish. *********************** did her part and then some to help me out. She also found a problem in another part of their business. She could have hung up on me like the clerk before her did. She could have told me anything, called it a day. Once I got ***********************, she stayed with me the whole way. Called me back when we got disconnected. She told me would call back if that happened. Thank you ***********************. I hope they do promote you to a management position to help fix their issues with full authority to crack some heads. I got a full refund. It took a lot of work on my side to get it, but I did get it. I looked up reviews on eReplacementParts.com. Some of the same things happened to me happened to so many others as well. Out of 5 stars it was 2.28 stars. If I had read the views, I would not have gone with them. I will never, ever use eReplacementParts.com ever again. I will not recommend to anyone eReplacementParts.com. If I could take them to court for my time spent dealing with this matter I would. We ordered a motor for our treadmill on June 1 2024 and have not received it ! I have called and they just tell me they are waiting to receive the part then they will send it to me. Its been 3 months it should not take that long to get this part. They sure took our money quick $306.34 . I placed an order on May 28, 2024. I have not received my order nor have I heard from the company. So, I called them at the phone number listed to check on my order for lawnmower tires. I was told that the "Wheel Asm Complete" which is the tire for my riding mower, wasn't in stock. The 2 "Wheel-gear 8 Inte" tires are for my self-propelled push mower. They put them aside. I really need the tires! So, I canceled the tire they didn't have in stock. That tire was $152.64. The 2 in stock were $19.38. The Sub-Total was $191.40. The ECONOSHIP (Rate) was $10.99 and the Sales Tax was $12.15. for a Total: $214.54. After canceling the 1 tire for $154.62, I was told I would be refunded $161.80. Ironically, after doing the math I found that they kept the ECONCOSHIP (Rate) of $10.00 AND they KEPT the Sales Tax of $12.15 the same on a much smaller amount of $38.76 for the 2 tires. The tax should have dropped, too. Here it is June 15th and I have to wait another 3-7 business days to get what should have already been here. So sad when businesses don't care enough for the consumer to at least let them know that there's a problem...but then, they have the money! Placed my order on 5/29/24, logged into the website for updates on 6/4/24 with a status of "Dropship Processing" so I sent an inquiry email for updates. Sent a follow up email the next day since there was no response. I cancelled my order since I did not receive any correspondence. Looks like I'm not the only one experiencing the same issue. Ordered parts for an echo water pump 5-7-24. It's now 6-6-24 and the only thing I have recieved from this company is an email confirming they took my money. There has been absolutely nothing about shipping my parts, only that a couple parts needed 7 to 12 business days. It's been 22 business days since I placed the order. Out of curiosity I hit the "cancel order" function and it says that it will send me an email with instructions.
