    Buyer beware!!! I ordered a replacement motor for my husbands tile saw which is used for his business. The order was placed on May 22, 2024 and received the week after! Unfortunately it wasnt the right size. I submitted my request for return form the next day and waited for the email with my *** form which would include the *** number and return label. I checked my inbox and junk mail and received no replyI did allow a few days. I called on June 4, 2024 and was told the *** was processed on Wednesday, May 29th. I checked again while on the phone with the agent and confirmed that an email was not received. I asked the agent to resend the email again and she ***** least I was led to believe she did. Several times, I checked for the e-mail, but there was nothing. I called again today June 5, and received a recording stating that due to high volume of calls, an agent is unable to speak with me. I am worried we may have been duped and lost $126.00. It may not seem like a lot of money to eteplacement parts but it is to my husband. I am sorry we didnt check with the BBB before placing the order.

    I ordered 2 lawn mower replacement parts on a Monday (granted, it was a National holiday), but I checked for updates every day (by clicking on the link in the confirmation email I got). Every day it just says "dropship processing". When I go to login to the site, my password won't work. So I reset it. Now I login and there is no history of my order, my saved address, etc. I can still search the site for the order number I have, but the tracking information still hasn't updated.I did send an email yesterday, so I hope I get a response. Otherwise I'll be cancelling the order out and seeking the parts elsewhere. It would be VERY helpful for a business to reach out to the customer about delays, wait lists and back ordered items, rather than let customers wait and stew in anger and frustration about where their orders are. Be proactive. That's what people want to see.

    I ordered parts on 3/31/24. On 5/16/24 customer ********************** told me they are still backordered and expect to receive them in 7-10 business days. It is now 6/1/24 and eReplacementParts order status still has not changed (shows "Dropship Processing"). More than 2 months waiting on order.... not good.

    I ordered parts for my weed trimmer on 5/11/24. It is now 5/21/24 and I went online to check when parts will arrive, but the website tracking does nothing to inform me when it will ship or if it has shipped. The website does not seem to be functioning properly. I guess I need to call next.

    I ordered a brew basket for a coffee maker and it took so long to get a confirmation email that I forgot I ordered it. I remembered one day, messaged them about it and they asked me for an order number that hadn't sent yet. They refused to cancel my order because the part was backordered. How is that my fault? Anyway, two months after I gave up hope and threw my coffee maker out, the part arrives. I hope this site goes under. Terrible service.

    Placed an order for parts for my fishing reel. Was not told part of the order was on back order until I called to inquire about not receiving my order. They would not ship the parts they had in stock unless I paid additional shipping fees. Been over a month and still no parts.

    Ereplacementparts used to be very reliable. Since COVID restrictions of 2020, they can't seem to be able to just get on with the work. Extremely long wait times. They say parts are on factory order awaiting drop ship processing. I call the manufacturers and they say no, the parts are readily available, even to an end user. They list things as "in stock" on the item page, later to be changed after the submitted order and complaints about delays. Emailed correspondence usually takes two to three full days for a response. Customer ********************** often just doesn't answer the phone. The only things they have going for them is they will establish a NET 30 day credit account pretty easily, and their item search is great. Whatever they were doing in 2019, or whoever was in charge, they need to get back to that. Right now, I count them to be most unreliable, as I am in the third week waiting for parts that are readily available and have been all along. This is multiple times going through this with them. When I find a new supplier, I wish them well.

    I have been patient long enough. I informed them that if the order was not shipped that I wished to cancel it. The manufacturers made it clear that these parts have been readily available. Ereplacementparts immediately changed the status from "Dropship Processing" to "Dropshipped" removing the mechanism to cancel. I asked for a tracking number to verify shipment, because at this point there is no particular reason to believe them. I informed them by email as well as their online contact dialogue that I am cancelling this order. I will not receive it. I have asked for confirmation that the order is cancelled. So far I have received no reply. There is nothing they can do or say that would convince me to ever order from them again.

    Ordered on 4/07/24. Site said 7-12 days. Charged credit card next day. Still have not received parts! Sent request for update: automated response did not give any information. Order elsewhere!!

    Horrible service trying to get parts delivered fo ridgid shop vac WD16650 never heard back from them. Only PayPal who processed the transaction. I should have picked up on that red flag immediately. Online company that doesn't take credit cards?
