    absolutely horrible. said my order would ship in 3-5 days. been 8 days and saying that it will be at least a couple more days. did not have any of the product in stock, drop shipping it and still takes forever. wish i would have seen these reviews before ordering through them. what a joke.

    Placed order 11/4/23. Two months ago: nothing. When I check the status, its stuck in a never-never landcant cancel, cant get a refund. Order# ********. The amount is $29.53. Its beginning to feel like a scam.

    Absolutely horrible customer **********************. Ordered a part almost a month ago when it said it was in stock and now they says its back ordered and dont know when it will be back in stock, even though it STILL says its in stock. Working with my credit card company to get a refund because they are useless. Stay away !!!

    I placed my order on 11/16/2023 and got a "dropship" response. Have since sent 3 emails for an explanation or any response and have received no response. I am seeking to cancel this order and wanting a full refund. I have tried to cancel through the website and it claims they have no record of this oder. Order # is ******** for the amount of $90.88 parts,tax,and shipping.

    I ordered a part from the website on 11/23/23 and was informed that it was on back order and never received my items I canceled the order in December and was informed I would receive my refund I never received it and now no one is answering the customer ********************** line ************ is a scam I would advise anyone from ordering anything from this company When I placed the order I was never informed the items were on back order Im really upset about this

    I ordered parts for my Bostich framing nailer and the email I was sent said in 3-7 business the order would ship. I needed the parts to continue my framing. I inquired as to my order status and got an email that the parts were on back order. I inquired as to getting my money back and how to go about that the emails stopped can't get answer . I would recommend you don't use ************ unless you want to give money to them that you will not ever see again nor your parts or order. They false advertise. All I can do is make a Better Business Bureau complaint to see if my money is returned.

    Ordered my fishing Reel components for my fishing guide business and a month later was informed that since one of the 15+ parts that I had ordered was on back order, nothing would ship until they are all fulfilled. I asked to cancel and refund that one part and was told they were on the way. Another month goes by and I get contacted from them saying that now two more of the items I ordered were are on back order (must have went on back order when I was waiting for my original shipment) and that they will not ship anything AGAIN until everything in the second list is completely fulfilled. Now I have to wait another "3-5 business days" to get my refund and try to find them somewhere else. Very disappointed in eReplacementparts.com to say the least. I've lost out on a couple months of not so happy clients of mine due to having to use cheaper gear while waiting on eReplacementparts.com. Tips dropped low and am not expecting them to return next year. It's crazy how small of a thing can turn into such a huge embarrassment by trusting someone saying the parts were on the way multiple times, all while they were never sent in the first place. Very unfortunate for me to say the least.

    I got exactly what I ordered, but it was pretty slow....about 6 weeks or longer. When I called them to check on shipping data they were very nice to talk to, but it didn't speed anyting up. Things in general are not what they used to be, so I'd cut them a little slack.

    I ordered a replacement part for a pair of clippers at the end of July. When my order shipped, no tracking information was provided but was told to expect delivery within 3-5 business days. It has now been ten business days. I do not have my part, nor can I reach anyone at ***************** to determine the status of my order. If I am still unable to reach the company within 24 hours, I will be starting a chargeback.

    Horrible. I ordered a part from them and the order was incomplete. it was missing a main component. I have reached out to them numerous times and not able to get anyone on the phone or anyone to respond to an email. its just all auto generated responses. do not recommend this company at all.
