      I purchased what I believed was listed as a "Manual Recliners Sofa Set" on the company's website... set would imply that it is more than one item. Even in the description, it listed a sofa, recliner, and loveseat. NOTHING was ever said that each item would need to be purchased separately. The only thing I could select was the color. I chose the color brown and it had a picture of the recliner as the icon, but I assumed it was just showing me what the different colors would look like on various pieces. When it arrived, I had only received the recliner. I called them and was informed that to receive the sofa, I needed to choose the black/red color. I believe this a blatant false advertising & misleading information. I was shopping for a sofa, the **************************************** would have just been a bonus. I ended up having to go purchase a sofa from another retailer.

      Do not buy from them. Their listings are deceptive in terms of description and images. You will search for a black something and you will get a result for that something. But for what I can only assume is massive incompetence or deliberate deception, their website will select a completely different color like brown automatically while showing you the black item. Their ***************************** service is a sham. They are aware of the issue in my case and refuse to fix it, acknowledge it, or address it by blaming me for not double checking a subtle option. Their emails do not detail what color selections you choose either so you may find yourself with a large furniture item you don't want and definitely don't want to pay return shipping for! Buyer beware.

      Do not order You will regret it. Worse customer service experience ever!!I purchased a mattress cover that did not fit si returned.I initially was charged $63 for the cover. Once returned I was credited $8.63 and wad told the remainder was the cost of the label. No where was this displayed before I purchased this item.I feel like I have been taken advantage of and also stolen from.I know with word of mouth thos company will have repercussions soon.

      I made a purchase and was offered an Overstock credit card. Used it and made several purchases over the next two months. After making several monthly payments, I decided to payoff the balance in full. To my surprise, my next statement came via email showing I owed $2.00. After walking through their automated phone service and asking to speak with an agent, their response system cancelled my account. After it cancelled my account, it finally allowed me to be transferred to an agent. I explained my situation to the agent, and was told that if I didn't pay the $2.00 fee it would show as late and be reported to the credit agency. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE !

      Buyer be aware...if you find the same item, same dimensions, same tag line on this website at a lower price, expect to receive an "out of stock" notice for that item with an offer to purchase the same item at the highest price. I contacted customer service and asked them to explain the "out of stock" email and text message I received as well as why they were offering this same product to me at a much higher price. Their explanation: we have different manufacturers for these items. The manufacturer sets the price and we cannot make any price adjustments for you to receive the advertised price. I complained that if this price was featured in a traditional brick and mortar retail store the lower price would automatically be honored. I am disappointed in their unwillingness to honor the lowest advertised price and their lack of customer service. Please don't expect Overstock to own up to any pricing mistakes they make or honor any lower price advertisements.

      Frustrating experience with Overstock returns. Wrong item shipped and returned. Overstock emails that item returned has not been received. I spend considerable time on the phone with ***************************** service. They tell me that they see the item has been returned and follow up with an email stating the returned item has been received. Several weeks later the process begins again with an email from Overstock stating that the returned item has not been received. I spend another hour completing the automation prompts, get a representative on the phone to be told that yes, the returned item has been received. Another follow up email with an apology stating the returned item was received. Should be good, no? Several weeks later the process begins again....another email from Overstock that the returned item has not been received. Please Overstock....do better!

      Need to put ZERO stars for Overstock.com!!!! I ordered a bed that was to be delivered in 1-4 weeks. Here it is 6 weeks and NO bed and NO news. Forget calling them. The ***************************** service reps are pros at stalling techniques and NOT allowing you to speak with a supervisor. They give you incorrect information to track your order. Ceva Logistics is their delivery service and they are just as rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Multiple emails were generated for the bed to be delivered. After confirming a delivery time with the ***************************** service reps ***************************** times; the bed never came and no one called. When you call Ceva Logistics they tell you the bed is not in the wearhouse and was never to be delivered. I tried to cancel my order and get my money back. They assured me it would take 1-4 business days to credit my card with the money. Well here it is many days later and no credit and no bed. Just another run around. As far as I'm concerned they have stolen my money!!!! Someone read this and stop this business form ripping folks off!!!!!!!

      I purchased a patio set from Overstock.com in June, 2020 and it is falling apart. I didn't even use it this year. I've probably sat on this set 5 times since I've had it. I purchased this set for entertaining but due to COVID, I've not entertained. Mind you, it is only set out during the summer months and always covered and stored in the shed during the fall and winter. This set has been properly cared for and barely used but has totally fallen apart. The quality of this wicker patio set is very poor and Overstock and the warranty company will not do anything about it because it is past the 90 days. This set should no longer be sold because it is some c*** The reviews that are good for this set are from people who just purchased their patio sets. The bad reviews are from the people who have had their patio sets for 1-2 years (when you see the damage start to occur even with no use). Who expects to buy new patio furniture every year.

      We ordered an item from overstock.com, the item was delivered to a wrong address in a wrong city. We contacted them, they blamed ****** and refused to provide a refund. Never again. Beware!

      This Overstock company has so many things to go thru. Join their club. Return of items, goes to store credit. etc. And, you still do not get all your money back. I followed the rules and they kept $299.30 for return fees. This is unsat.
