      Buyers beware!!I purchased a medicine cabinet that I didnt realize needed to be assembled and the return window was only 15 days! Yes, it says 30, but that is 30 days for it to arrive to them, you actually only have 15 days to ship it back. So if your elderly, disabled, or simply cannot assemble this product by yourself... Make sure that you have somebody to come over and assemble it within 15 days so if theres any reason you have to return it, you can immediately unassemble it and ship it back to them immediately. Also, If you are looking for guidance from Bed ****************************** look elsewhere. I was not sure of my return window and called them to find out when it was. I was told multiple times that somebody would get back in touch with me to let me know if I was able to return the product or not. This went back-and-forth for almost 2 months until they finally told me they would not take my product back because I did not send it back within 15 days. ( and Ps, I made the first call RIGHT outside the return window).The customer service experience was almost worse than the product itself. Make sure when you are buying from Bed ***************************** that you always read the fine print. It seems like they care more about making money than they do about their ****************************** and now I am left with a $300+ product that I would have returned had the website been more transparent and had the ***************************** service team done their job. What an absolute SCAM this company is! Dont waste your money!!!

      Picture this! A 200 lb. vanity is delivered in a snowstorm to an 80 year old woman living alone without the notification and scheduling as specified in Bed, Bath and Beyond's "large item delivery" policy! The only option was to pay a mover to bring the vanity inside. This mess lies not with the shipping company. The problem lies with BBB which needs to clarify their "large item delivery" policy to reflect what actually transpires so that this mess does not happen to anyone else. After the order was placed, the only communication from BBB were e-mails with delivery dates all over the map and yet, when the real event happened, no advance notification. ***************************** service representative was cordial, took our information etc. and indicated that a follow-up team would contact us in ***** hours. You guessed it! Never happened! If BBB/Overstock wants to compete with the big boys and survive, they would be wise to take a hard look at their policy statements, communication and ***************************** service. I, for one, will go back to Wayfair for future purchases!

      As other similar reviewers have mentioned, worse customer service I have experienced. I ordered a closetmaid organizer back in January 2024. The item I received was the wrong color and was missing parts. After several months of trying to get it corrected, they sent me a full replacement. I explained originally that part of the order was already installed and would not be able to returned until we received the new one. Since I did not address within 30 days they have now charged me for the replacement order which I have now realized is missing the tower. Two orders, $900 later, and I dont have a complete order nor a resolution. DO NOT BUY FOR THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and not resolve your issues.

      Extremely desitified with the online ordering system and ****************************** service availability and support. I have placed an order for an AC that had incorrect description for fitting requirements. I have noticed their error after placing the order and immediately tried to cancel the order but, the webpage won't allow you to cancel it and checking the bank account was already charged to my account at the time of ordering, before shipping. I have emailed ***************************** service minutes after placing the order requesting cancellation . I have also called the phone number listed just to learn that there are only few hour on the week days when they have ***************************** service representative to talk to. Monday at the first hour I have called them and talked to a reprezentative that says it will take 2 to 4 days to solve the cancellation request. Today , Tuesday I have received an email stating that the order was not cancelled, it will be shipped and they hope i will be happy with it . Such a shameful practice to take your money before processing an order and not allowing to cancel minutes after ordering . To those that do their home work before shipping at BBB , especially on line , be aware ! shop at trust worthy businesses, this one is a joke .

      Ordered a shower door and requested cancellation of order prior to shipment through customer service. Order was shipped. We did not sign for the order upon arrival and asked for it to be returned to sender via ****** Bed Bath and Beyond is unable to be reached by phone and is not willing to contact shipping company or refund the order.

      Overstock automatically gave my information to Bed Bath and Beyond. I did not agree to have a rewards membership with this company bed Bath and Beyond! Now Bed Bath and Beyond keeps charging me a membership renewal fee for $19.95.I tried to cancel this on line, but there is no way to accomplish it on line. I have to wait till the week days to call the company.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Now that BB&B is run by Overstock, ***************************** service is useless. My package was never received and they basically told me, "too bad, it says it was delivered" ... twice they told me this despite my explanation that I did not have possession of the item. Its a $30 item...you'd think they'd rule in favor of the ***************************************************** keep up a good relation since we have been loyal customers to BB&B for 30 years.

      Bought 2 sets of sheets from Bed Bath Beyond. Both 100% Egyptian Cotton. The sheet sets are very warm to sleep on. Material very heavy. Not breathable for cotton. Company would not respond to complaints sent. They refused to refund or replace. Spent over $130.

      I wish I would have checked reviews before purchasing a bed that I have not received yet. They advertise a bed will be delivered within 2-3 days to my zip code areas so I order it then they have me download an app to keep track of shipping. The tracking they have is not true I even called them and they said oh tracking hasnt been updated by shipperWell I went straight to *** site and the tracking was up to date. So I see the BBB app is just a lie. I have emailed also with no response and I see that there is no response to the complaints that all the people have here. Most companies will respond to the better business site to try to resolve the complaints so that tells me all I need to know. I suppose once I do ever receive my bed I can just hope its not damaged and its the bed I ordered. They need to shut all the doors to this lousy business.

      The worst company EVER! On March 26, 2024 I purchased a L-shaped linen Upholstered sectional sofa w/ ottoman for living room. The sofa arrived in separate dates with each packages missing an item. The first date I was missing the cushion covers, the second delivery the covers were not the size for the sofa. The last straw was one of the seats and the arm could not attached since the measurements were completely off. the item was defected. On April 8, 2024 I reached out to ******* number to complaint. A case was created and they mailed out the defected item, the arm. When it arrived the arm had the same measurement which was incorrect again. I received the same incorrect arm two times!!! I filed another complaint on April 18, 2024, and shared images of the problem someone informed me they were going to fix the problem. Today is May 17, 2024 and I have not yet receive the correct item nor a call or email with a status. I demanded to speak with a supervisor or manager, ***************************** service states they cannot transfer and someone will call me back. Which is a lie no one has contacted me. I demand my money back. This is a scam and poor ***************************** service.
