      Worst customer service experience ever, if I could give 0 stars I would. I order the first bed and it came wrong, 2 different colors one part dark gray and another one cream, I paid a handyman to come to my place and assembly it , the customer service representative said *** will come to pick it up and they went to an old address even when I told them I moved, however the second bed came to the right place , paid the handyman again and he couldnt assemble it because the parts were not aligned, I called a second time to report an issue the representative refused to escalate the matter and told me that to wait for *** to come for the 2 beds and it would take 7-10days to then generate a refund, here I am without a refund , a bed , with 2 handyman bills and with a surgery sleeping on the floor, incompetent business and staff.

      If I could give bed bath and beyond a zero I would. This company are crooks. I bought a ****** gift card and they never gave me my gift card. I have no gift card number and no pin ******************************, I cant use it. All I got was email confirmation that they took my money and thats it. Ive called ***************************** service several times and have gotten no where. They cant figure out how to return my money or give me a proper gift card. So upset with this company. No wonder they went out of business. CROOKS!!!!!

      I need a different rating scale, maybe fractional. I dont know if this is actually Bed ***************************** anymore or if its overstock or if its some other company but the quality has taken a fast and severe dive. Their return policy is absolutely absurd, as well as dishonest. I ordered three items and need to return the two sets of sheets. (Which by the way I couldve gotten from target for half the price ) The sheets were shipped together in one box. However, now that I want to return them, I am told I need to return them in the same one box, but that I will have to pay for two shipping return labels and those will be deducted from my refund. These are people are crooks, do not shop here!!!!! Oh, when you cannot speak to a supervisor, they will not let you they will hang up on you. They will argue with you, but you will never speak to anyone else. They should be shut down. In fact I think Im gonna see what I can do about that, word-of-mouth is a killer.

      0 stars if i could. 100% due to the quality of customer service and their return policy. I bought a replacement gazbeo cover. that was marked as 10x10 and had one picture that gave enough detail that i could see it should fit and like anywhere else should have been able to return it. it arrived as thin as single ply toilet paper - not what i'd call "canvas" and clearly if it was actually 10x10 it would have fit. they still refuse to pay for shipping and am now on hold. what a garbage company... somewhere i used to so enjoy going to. such a shame. i wish i had been smarter and researched first but they're clearly using their well known name to scam people. WHY SHOULD THE ************************* FEEL GUILTY WHEN THEYVE DONE NOTHING WRONG?!

      I will NEVER buy from this company again. I bought a ceiling fan for $160.00 in February 2024, but the electrician couldnt get here until April 2, 24. After installing the fan the electrician informed me that the fan is a manufactured defective product and doesnt work. I immediately emailed the company but got no response. I called this morning to customer service for a replacement or refund but was told that the time window for replacement or refund had passed and there is nothing that they will do because of their policy. Im out of $160.00 with a ceiling fan that doesnt work Aretha Patterson

      I recently ordered a Grand Hotel Woven Cotton Throw Blanket from Bed ***************************** Overstock. When I opened the package the blanket smelled very bad so I put it in the washing machine. Had to wash it twice! After it dried the Material began to shed anf break apart. I began to sneeze & cough so I had to dispose of this right away so I wouldnt get sick. I spent $295 for a combination of items & the blanket was a part of this order. It only cost $48 and they refused to give me a refund or issue a credit. I will never purchase anything from them again. Their ***************************** service is terrible! Bed Bath and Beyond used to have great ***************************** service, but this is no longer the case.

      If I could give 0 stars I would! Don't shop here. I ordered an industrial table, 2 chairs and 42in bench with wood top for $135, platform bed, and sideboard. I noticed, when it said it was going to be delivered, wo stated bench only. Called, confirmed by agent, he saw the same add and it was a set. I only got bench, add is gone now. They won't honor the ad they placed. They had put up the wrong information and are not honoring it. I had also ordered a platform bed, that said it would be delivered with it but didn't come. I was told they hold beds for 10 days. It was not stated on website and agent said that they tell ****************************** that information when they call. There was nothing wrong with the sideboard but I cancelled everything and returning my 2 items I received. Dont shop there! You won't get what you ordered!!!!!!!!! All I wanted was what was advertised. I was told that I could not have the set for that price, so disappointing and time consuming! They have the audacity to say they don't see the add (when they know they removed it). They listened to call and acknowledged the agent did say he saw the add description say table, 2 chairs, bench!!!!!!!!!!! But they won't honor and said mistakes happen! That is false advertising, if you post something incorrectly and someone buys it, you should honor it!!!!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER!!!

      Ordered a $400 cherry finish dresser. Paid $65 for "white glove" delivery which means delivery company will unbox the furniture, place it in the room of your choice and remove all the shipping boxes and packing materials. When the delivery company showed up at my door, I was told that they only drop the dresser at the front door. I explained that I paid for additional services, and they said they do not provide any other services. After I unboxed the dresser, the entire top corner was cracked. I immediately called Overstock and they said they would ship a replacement dresser and be sure the carrier was aware of the "white glove" services. Guess what? When the replacement shipment arrived, the carrier refused to unbox the dresser and place it in the bedroom! Additionally, the dresser had most certainly been dropped because none of the 6 drawers would close properly. After 5 emails with no responses over the course of 5 weeks, I finally got a response from Overstock stating they would credit my account for the full amount of the dresser. Now I am left 2 damaged dressers. Terrible ***************************** service!!!!!

      I am so disappointed with the company bed and bath @beyond order something canceled. It havent got a refund after a week keep getting a runaround with Paypal, my bank it showing the order still pending no refund yet i called them several times not getting any help with my money havent been refunds yet this is a terrible company??????

      Sent me a refurbished shark vacuum cleaner that wasnt refurbished at all. It was dirty and the filter in it was very dirty. One of the attachments looked like it was chewed by the previous owners dog or something. It was advertised as a 5 star vacuum. It was over all dirty and doesnt even sound good. I paid $199.00 dollars with tax I paid $213.00 for junk. Its very disgusting. First time I ever shopped with them and it will be my last. I called and talked with some guy and he said the best he could do is refund me $60 dollars. Or I would have to pay for shipping myself to send it back.
