Didn't receive 1099's for my sister's account in **** ** (I have her POA as she is ill). I live 600 miles away so a week ago I sent my nephew to go in and get copies but couldn't give them to him because he wasn't on the account. That's understandable, but they said the only way we could get them is if I came in to their office and showed them a photo ID. Keep in mind I'm 600 miles away so that's extremely inconvenient. Apparently they won't mail them to the address of record which I can't understand. I already filed a formal complaint with NCUA and will be reporting them to the *** tomorrow.America First Credit Union

Got a loan for an ** and they added CPI insurance for an extra $300 per month to insure the ** that has yet to be used. I set up autopay but it obviously didn't pay for the extra insurance they set up. They reported a late on my credit and I am buying a home. I hope the late reporting will not cost me the opportunity to buy the home. Do not do business with this Credit UnionAmerica First Credit Union

Id give them a zero if i could..Dont return calls, dont call when they say they will, doesnt answer the phone when i call.. horrible on every account..there automated phone system must be from **** ...never ever!!America First Credit Union

I'm a customer ..I have a auto loan that almost pay in Full. I stoped at the branch on Friday and applied for another auto loan and they told me that was too late to get an approval but Saturday they are going to send me and email..is Monday and I'm still waitingAmerica First Credit Union

I sold my car and went to the Durango and *************************** to cash my cashier's check from their credit union. They would only give me $5000.00 instead of the full amount of $11,500. In conclusion the manager ***** was rude and decided after collecting my 2 forms of ID, social security number and fingerprint she gave me the checkback with no funds!! Contacting State banking!! that not legal!! Do NOT use this branch or deal with ******!America First Credit Union

Day 05/01/2023 America First Credit Union ********************************************************************** Objective: Consult about additional charge on car loan. *************** attended me (He did not bring his identification) He verified through a call that the extra amount that they intended to charge me was an error by the Bank that had not verified the document that included it in the insurance policy, which determined that the bank's insurer assumed the payment , incorrectly increasing the amount of my debt. *************** informs me that the error has been corrected but that I have to pay $57. I did not agree to pay money due to a mistake by the Bank itself and ************** consulted with the **************** (Mr. **** did not bring his ID either) He told me in an authoritative and unpleasant tone of voice that I was obliged to pay those $57 if you wanted to fix a problem that the Bank itself had created. Again I expressed my disagreement and both responded aggressively and arrogantly that it was my problem to call the *************************** because they couldn't do anything about it. I asked them to take steps with the ********************* taking into account that I was at the Bank's headquarters and again they told me that it was my business to call because that was no longer their problem.Finally I contacted the insurance department of the bank and Mrs. ********************** attended me, I explained the details of the case and unlike ***** and ***** she did attend me very kindly and told me that my case was already registered in the system and that I should not pay any additional amount.I make public my complaint to the Bank executives for the mistreatment I received in said office by *************** and Mr. ***** who were aggressive and disrespectful and I think that their presence in that banking institution constitutes a bad example that affects the image and reputation of the Bank Thank you very much for your attention and I look forward to a satisfactory response from youAmerica First Credit Union

If I could give them zero stars I would. I am constantly charged late fees for payments made on time that they "processed" 5 days later. They charge me for insurance even though we carry insurance then take 5 "processing" days to resolve it. They never send my monthly statements even though I never enrolled in paperless, I'm sure it's in hopes I don't see all their fees. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.America First Credit Union

************************* at the ********* Branch was awesome to work with! Will continue doing business with ****** in the future. He was knowledgeable, clear on options and great to work with. Very personable, patient and great! Would highly recommend working with ****** in getting a loan. FYI..loan was approved and closing was quick. I am extremely frustrated with America First and would like to express my utter disappointment in their customer service. I procured a vehicle loan in the summer for 2019 for a 2018 ****** Tundra. At the time of my loan, I provided all necessary insurance documents. For some reason, 3 years later, I received a notice that I needed to provide my insurance information again. After calling America First customer service and waiting for 50 minutes on hold without speaking to a representative, I sent an email to customer service asking if they could explain why I was being asked again for this information. My auto insurance had been the same since I purchased the vehicle. I received no response from customer service. After receiving repeated mailed requests for the insurance information, I uploaded the information again to America Firsts website as instructions indicated. I then received another notice stating that my insurance needed to have a lower deductible for my comprehensive. There has been no deductible for my comprehensive on my policy since I first gave America First the insurance information when I purchased the vehicle and it has been that way since. The information that I uploaded shows AGAIN that there is no comprehensive deductible. At that point I went to my insurance company and asked them to send the information to America First to show that there is no deductible for my comprehensive, which they did.Today I received a notice that America First purchased an insurance plan for me that I must pay for and consequently my monthly payments will increase by $200 a month to pay for it. America First somehow lost my insurance information. When asked for it again I complied. When told erroneously by America First that my comprehensive deductible was too high and needed to be changed I had my insurance company send the information again. Horrible customer service and communication. Very disappointing.America First Credit Union

Worst bank or credit union I have EVER dealt with. America First filed a 30 day late payment with credit bureaus when payment was in fact NOT 30 days late and I could even provide documentation.America First Credit Union
