Salesman gold lie after lie. He quoted me a price and they charged me more. Also I was told that as long as I cancelled before my second treatment that I could cancel without penalty. After arguing and losing my temper they still charged me $199 to cancel. A liar is a thief and the salesman was definitely a liar. I will never do business with **** and will try my best to warn everyone I can about their business practices.

We settled out of court 5 years ago. They had killed my trees and plants. They sprayed in the heat of the day while I was gone after I told them not to!! I was very sad about my dead trees and plants. Now they are harassing me, calling me and sent me a 5 year old bill from before the settlement. STOP HARASSING ME!!! Terrible company. Service sounded decent and decided to try with a cancel anytime policy for full refund. Turned down service after fine print advised of a $200 cancellation fee. Told him to forget it. They charged my card anyway as they left my driveway. I found him at the end of the street and he reversed the charge. I walked off and he charged me AGAIN. Now I have to cancel my card and deal with my bank. SCAM. Avoid them like the plague that they are.Hawx Services, LLC

I wish i could give 0 stars.Sales man sold me a policy with lies and false information ,the pricing also which was given to me was not honored, I was moving to new unit and I had roaches problem, so they approached me , saying it will be covering 500 pest excluding beg bugs and termites ,i told them i am gonna move in 3 days , they said don't worry the contract will be ******* i signed the contract then i saw the charges of $***** twice which was told me they gave me $39.99 , so i called to check they refund one and said it one time $***** nexT time $39.99 which they forgot to mention it would be ***** one time charges , it did not stop there , when they came in they said you need different kind of treatment which need $600 treatment i said that to expensive ,i cant afford it cancel it ,i spoke to sales guy i said he can speak to billing team we can refund you $***** (which technically they inspected that i needed $600 not this general pest control ),when i spoke to billing team she denied to cancel service and told me to talk to bank to dispute .now I disputed transaction , I see they charged me $39.99 again ,so I called they said its a contract $39.99 you have to pay monthly ,I explained her I don't need this service ,I told her exactly what happened ,she kept convincing me to keep the service for an hour ,then I told her I don't want it ,she threatened me to take legal action against me which I did not even needed it .Hawx Services, LLC

They dont call you like asked to when scheduling. The treatment to the yard DOES NOT WORK. You pay monthly for a service that is rendered quarterly then when you complain and ask to terminate the service they want to charge $200. Poor service all the way around.Hawx Services, LLC

Read my no soliciting sign and didn't care, knocked anyway, then made up some names of my "neighbors" that they supposedly were just now helping. Come on, you aren't even trying to sound legit. *** and ****? Really? Are you sure it wasn't *** and ***? or **** and *****?Called the company and got some fake sorries. After looking at the reviews, they are obviously aware of these tactics already and are condoning it. They want to tie me up on the phone while I told them I was busy. Well, they are in luck. I'm free now. I can't wait to see their truck at work so I can pull up a chair and interrupt them while they work.I searched for reviews, you should too, but here are some highlights just from a single ****** search."They missed the last 3 appointment and continued to charge my card""Hawx pest control is worse than the worst nightmare""Hawx is an absolute ripoff.""Hawx Predatory Pest Control Company""Their products do not work. NO NOT USE HAWX! I live in ****** and had the worst experience with them. A bunch of my plants in my yard died and are dying as result of their spraying. Two weeks ago I called them to have the mosquitos treatment rescheduled to the morning to avoid treatment in the heat of the day. Three times I was rescheduled and three times no one showed or called. Last week I emailed them twice to put everything in writing to request refund of my August payment because I had to hire another pest control company to spray for the mosquitos when they failed to render their service as promised. I never received any reply to my emails. When I called, they refuse to refund and charge me early termination fee. Basically, I'm being penalized for their poor service and failure to perform their contractual duty. Go with a local company that does not bind you with contract and early termination fee.Hawx Services, LLC

I would give zero stars if that was possible. This is the worst pest control, I'm pretty sure there's just water when they come and spray. We contacted them over and over to get them to come take care of the bugs. We have ants, wasps, and black widow spiders. We finally treated ourselves as we had a trail of ants all the way around the master bedroom and even a few in our bed. We canceled services and were told we would have an early termination fee of $500. Absolutely freaking not. We will not pay one more red cent as this company did not provide services agreed upon. Does not even deserve one star. This company is a scam. I was very clear on what I wanted and they said they would guarantee their service. Well, they cannot fix my slug problem that they are charging me $500 a year for! After four tries, all I got were dead plants and I still had slugs. Now they want to charge me $200 to cancel the contract for their terrible service!! They have caused so much damage I would have been better off with the slugs!!!Hawx Services, LLC

THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK!!! Keep your money, harass phone calls everyday all day. We were told you could cancel at anytime FALSE. Called to cancel and **** will not cancel unless you pay ******. We were lied to after 3 months of paying for a solution that doesnt work. The bugs got worse!!!! Several requesting to cancel and they continue to set you up for services.
