This is a horrific company that engages in predatory business practices. I asked the brand rep if there was a cancellation fee and he straight up lied to my face. They charge an exorbitant $200 cancelation fee. I would never recommend them to anyone, and I will warn others in my neighborhood to avoid their services.Hawx Services, LLC

They have the nastiest customer service representatives. I finally got someone to message me back on their website and I have screenshots of how rude they were. They absolutely refused to cancel my service. I have spent hours trying to reach someone. The guy that originally came to our door told my husband if we werent satisfied he would waive the cancellation fee. He came inside and chatted with my husband about ******* and really seemed like a trust worthy guy. The ants in *********** were completely un phased by the solution. We couldnt contact anyone to fix the issue and get it re done. Once we realized what a joke the company was we tried to cancel and I was told no over chat and someone would reach out to me.. well that never happened. Now Im getting bills for 327 dollars and my house my sprayed once since July of 2023 and its now January ****. I told her the cancellation fee was supposed to be waived and she said they dont do that. Then why tell us it would be? Absolutely unbelievable.Hawx Services, LLC

Their contracts are obtuse, their service is inconsistent. Do you want to have to manage your pest control company? If you want to add something else to your to-do list - then by all means, the actual people who come to your home are fine. But if you want your bill to match the services received without having to look it over with a fine tooth comb, then choose another company to do business with. These people stole and robbed my information and forcing me to pay an outstanding balance of $542. I refuse the services from one time, but the guy took my phone and my card out of my hands because I was second-guessing it. He stole my information and put me in an account that I did not want in the first place because I have personal pest control experience myself so I was doing it for my house. The representative was very unprofessional and he does not work with the company anymore after he filed for my contract Ive been calling the billing services and the account management, but they refuse to do anything about this and so pent up about the payment that I owe, I do not want this payment in the first place and **** services. LLC refuses to work with anybody about their money beware and dont sign up for these people because they will put you in a financial burden.Hawx Services, LLC

This company is a SCAM. DO NOT sign up for AUTOPAY! I had requested to receive only spring and summer treatments. I used them for approximately 3 years with no issues. In 2023 I received a total of 3 treatments yet they charged my credit card 8 times. In January **** I called the local office to get this corrected and request a refund of $109.98. After being on the phone for 40 minutes, and speaking with the service manager, I decided to discontinue the service all together because he said they don't offer that type of plan (I had been on that plan previously). He tried to sell me on continuing service at a lower rate which I am not interested in. I was sent an email confirming that my service is discontinued and I was being charged an early termination fee as discussed. An early termination fee was never discussed at any point in the conversation, DISHONEST! I spoke with the billing manager who very bluntly advised me that I would not be receiving a refund. I asked to speak with his boss and was advised that his boss doesn't take calls, that's what he's for. He refused to give me any information to speak with someone to resolve my complaint. They ripped me off. Don't let this happen to you.Hawx Services, LLC

Wish there was a -5 star rating Looking at all these reviews we all may be able to file a class action lawsuit but......I am currently being billed by your company for $280 after I cancelled my account with your phone reps due to being sold under false pretenses. The field sales agent, ****, told my wife and I after we specifically asked IS THIS A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION? and he replied NO IT IS NOT, you only pay when service is rendered. I reiterated that I have a guy that does my pest control service and I don't need someone every month. He again says "No, you only pay when we come out and provide the service" However, I was surprised and highly disgusted when I received a monthly bill. I immediately contacted the office and they cancelled the account, only to add a $199 cancelation fee, plus $55 for service which they never did (We know no one ever came after the initial visit bcuz my 70 yo mother and her 86 yo husband are ALWAYS home and we have cameras all around the property that alerts us when ever someone/something enters the property's premises) PLUS $5 late fees for the last 5 months totalling $279.99 We will not be paying this fee or any fees as we were misinformed and flat out lied to so this dishonest agent, ****, could make a sale. We are also not interested in continuing service due to this dishonesty.Please cease and desist from contacting us, and remove the fees which you say we owe.Hawx Services, LLC

I was told I was not happy with service and I would like to cancel service after one visit. The company sent a man to my home to scare me! What kind of business does that? He was here that physically intimidate me! Are they a mafia? The service ***** and I am dealing with a server ***** concern and this company continues to **** Me and harrase me. I need help. I do not owe them anything. Today I was told there is a cancelation fee. Is it legal to send a man to send a man to a women s home for billing. I feel this company has treated me.Hawx Services, LLC

Horrible! I wish l was told upfront there is a cancellation fee. I was told there isnt. Such a dishonest company. I learned now to read what you sign. Dont take anyone standing at your door to tell the truth. They just want a sale and dont care at all. HorribleHawx Services, LLC

************ I would not recommend this company for any services in the ** area. Total rip of and no communication what so ever on next available appointment dates. Charges you $60 per month and comes out once a quarter. I canceled my service paid the early term fee and also charge for a month of service that I did not receive. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!Hawx Services, LLC
