************ I would not recommend this company for any services in the ** area. Total rip of and no communication what so ever on next available appointment dates. Charges you $60 per month and comes out once a quarter. I canceled my service paid the early term fee and also charge for a month of service that I did not receive. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!

I would give this company "ZERO" STARS!!! I was approached by a young man asking me to allow him to do a one-time service at my residence. I was compelled to assist him, and what I thought was a one-time service was actually a CONTRACT for a YEAR or MORE!!! I looked at what the company says it stands for.... H - Honesty A - **************** Ethic and I'm NOT Sure what the * stands for? I can tell you that I have found HAW* to be a Company that is NOT HONEST!!! I can say I would NOT RECOMMEND this COMPANY to My WORST ENEMY!!! I will be reporting this company to the ************************* and it appears they have already been reported to the Better Business Bureau. Their tactics are unscrupulous, and I would definitely NOT Encourage Anyone to do business with them.Hawx Services, LLC

Hawx is a scam. I could write a book on the lies. Never entered our home to spray first go round and tech reported he did. I was home to make sure the home was open for initial service like we were told by ****. Tech never came inside. We reported tech never came inside and someone was supposed to call us. Never did. That weekend, I found at least two huge wasps nests and was stung by a wasp. I called the company to cancel and the person I talked with argued with me and said I never gave them a chance to set things right. Well, Hawx lied about the contract, initial service report, left huge wasps nests, told us they would set up mouse/ rat traps (we have a sugarcane field behind our home), and never called us back after we reported the poor initial service. That speaks volumes that the company lies, cheats and takes money from hard working Americans. I am going to make it my goal to make sure their company is investigated here in *********. Now, they want over $200 from us.Hawx Services, LLC

If I could give negative stars I would. This is SCAM. When you move to another home they charge you for cancelling your service. When you call in to get the problem fixed they send you to 4-5 different people and nothing gets resolved. Now I have a $250 bill because I moved and couldn't use their services anymore. Hawx is a fraudulent company, they want me to pay $318.00 cancelation fee that was never discussed with us when signing up. We are told there service is not on contract, beware of this company and run for your sanity.Hawx Services, LLC

Be aware! Hawx should be charged for fraud. A summer sales person came to my door One-time offering mosquito spray visit in Aug. 2023 for $1.00, to spray my whole yard followed by spray tech. Within min.To my knowledge, I did not sign a contract for further service. Several weeks later, a Hawx spray Tech returned and attempted to service my yard again. I cancelled the service, once by sending that 1st returning tech away, and the next spray tech away, plus three times by calling the ************ and cancelling any further service. Ever since, that hound me by Txt messages and phone calls indicating I own them hundreds of dollars! In Aug, 2023 after the first door to door sales visit, I discovered that my current Sage Pest Control, with whom I have had service for years offers mosquito spray service. I have told Hawx reps. this fact, as the reason for cancelling any further service from Hawx. However, Hawx insists that I signed a service contract, that I did not!Hawx Services, LLC

We hired this company for exterminating rats, and every time a service technician had me address something new to fix something in the home to keep them out, I complained to supervisors, and they came out to my home. Nothing was done differently. $2 glue traps, when I am spending money on home than the company trying to get ****** of them. Depot home for the jaw traps. I see rats on my camera system almost every night and complain again if nothing is done. I'm canceling service, and they charged $238.00 to my debit card for the cancellation charge. Poor customer service means you will be on hold for hours to talk to someone and to charge me. We had four different ************ from your company come out, and they put down the same thing that didn't work at all. And we still have rats ??.Hawx Services, LLC

Fraudulent and unscrupulous business that will NOT inform the customer they are under a contract, thereby taking YOUR money without your knowledge. Did not take notes or records of ending services after numerous attempts. Continues to harass you over late fees, THE *** AFTER LOSING A FAMILY MEMBER TO CANCER. They are more vile and disgusting than the insects they are paid to take care of.Hawx Services, LLC

5 starsThis is the worst company they came out one time and changed me ***** a month I tried to cancel and they charged me ****** I called and they said they didnt care and told me if I disputed the charges they would charge me another fee.
