Avoid this company at all cost. I am trying to prevent this company from renewing my yearly contract. I have a window of 15 days to do it. When I called (10 times) they put me on hold and never pick-up the phone and will not call me back. I have sent them a certified letter. I was told that the request had to be reviewed and they will send me a confirmation in 7 to 10 days (they are trying to run the clock out).

I have requested a call back 6 times via email, chat and requesting a call back on hold. I have yet to receive a call back. I requested to cancel services AFTER my 12 month contract, but received a generic email response indicating the below:"We received notification that you would like to cancel your services with **. A Hawx Account Specialist will be reaching out to further assist you. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel your account and charge any applicable early termination fees."I let them know I did not authorize them do anything without speaking to me first, but have not heard anything at all from them.What a headache.Hawx Services, LLC

My father is a senior citizen that got taken advantage of by a door salesman. I really need his account suspended and no funds taken out of his fixed income. I can never get a hold to a sales rep to cancel.Hawx Services, LLC

Im having the same problems with this company.. they will not allow me to cancel my account. They told me it would be 250. If cancel or to call back on may 2023 to freely cancelNow I call them and beg them to cancel my account and they didnt want for any reason to cancel.. they told me to call after July.. I know its going to continuously go and go for years to get my account cancel.. I think ** getting a lawyer to help me with this. ONCE YOU IN YOU CANT COME OUT.Hawx Services, LLC

I would highly recommend not using Hawx pest control. Their customer service department routinely keeps customers on hold for well over 45 minutes and offers callbacks that never occur. I was trying to cancel my service and spent over 10 hours either on hold, being transferred from person to person, etc. After 3 weeks of calling and over 2 hours on hold I finally got a hold of someone and was then told I would be charged $100 because I was one month short of completing my year long contract.Hawx Services, LLC

Hawx has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and it turned out to be a costly mistake. I am writing this review because I hope it will help others avoid the same mistake I made when interacting with this company. I signed up for the initial service and explicitly asked that I could cancel if I was not happy with the initial service. The person I was talking with told me that I could cancel as long as they did not spend any money to cancel with my existing pest control service (which they did not). They also told me they would do a free follow up visit in a week to both meet my husband who wasn't there at the time and make sure the pest (ants) were taken care of. The initial service did not work, and then they did not come out for the subsequent visit. We ended up taking care of the ants ourselves and wanted to cancel the contract. I sent a written notice, and they informed me that I needed to call. I called, and was asked to use the chat. I used the chat, and was told to call. I called again, and the person who answered could not cancel my account, so I had to wait for hours to talk to someone with authorization, who still wouldn't cancel and only reported my complaint internally. I ended up having to pay 200 dollars to cancel, and have definitely learned a ******* If there is anything good that can come from this, it is that I can help others avoid interacting with such a company, and hopefully I'll be a little smarter next time when choosing companies to contract with.Hawx Services, LLC

**** is absolutely the worst extermination company. I have had them come back for respray month after month. My home is still not pest free. Im at my one year contract and have been unable to speak to an account specialist. Apparently, the account specialist is the only person capable of closing my account. They have no problem making you hold your end of the contract; however, they are not capable of holding their end. Its very frustrating to have a company be extremely dishonest and unprofessional. Please dont fall for the scam calls of great service.Hawx Services, LLC

UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, AND INEFFECTIVE. Hawx will take your money and provide ineffective treatments. When their treatments fail, they will be impossible to reach and will make false claims that are directly contradicted by their service records, all to get out of refunding you your money.You will never get a direct contact for an account rep or branch manager to escalate unresolved issues. You will wait on hold for a half hour, at which point they force you to input your phone number so they can call you back. This callback has come as late as 4 HOURS after my call. You can't schedule callbacks, and there's only ONE physical location where they interact with customers. It is in *****, **** despite servicing like 20 states.When an account rep finally contacts you, they will make up excuses for why they shouldn't be held responsible for the pests. In our case, despite our year-old home inspection saying we had no termite activity, and the ************ record stating we had no evidence of termite damage at the onset of service, our account rep claimed that our damage was 3-5 years old. Our house had literally been torn down and rebuilt more recently than that, and all reports claimed there was no evidence of termite damage.When customers are dissatisfied and leave bad reviews, the company posts a generic apology and gives a number to resolve the situation. This is the same number that calls the main customer service center. There is no other line or avenue for customers to resolve issues. Everyone gets told to call the customer service center, your calls are handled by people who have no authority to do anything but forward your complaint to a manager, and then you'll be lucky if one actually returns your call.I will be making absolutely sure that everyone in our neighborhood, and all those surrounding, knows that Hawx is not a company you want to trust with your money, your home, or your time.Hawx Services, LLC

Last year I did use your service and I must say it was appropriate during the time. This year I did not authorize anyone to charge my credit card nor has anyone come out to my house for any services. Ive tried multiple times to call several phone numbers that are listed. Each time I tried to call the phone went directly to voicemail. As hard as we work for our money, it should not be taken advantage of just to charge peoples credit cards without authorization. I have contacted my credit card company and made them aware of the situation as I tried to rectify it with you guys.Hawx Services, LLC
