I wish I too had done my research! They are one of the worst pest control companies. They force you to sign a contract, dont take care of the problem and then charge you an early termination fee!! The guy selling it rides around the neighborhood on a Segway telling everyone they are getting the family discount shhh shhh. ****. What a joke.

This pest control company has been one of the worst Ive ever encountered. They seem to spray water or something equally ineffective. Their employees are deceitful, often lying to pressure you into service upgrades. Be sure to monitor your credit card for overcharges. Their technicians corner you on-site, insisting on a 5-star rating, and if you refuse, they simply don't do their job. I've even caught this behavior on camera. To top it all off, they charge $53 per month (including tax) for this joke of a service. Beware and read reviews before using their service.Hawx Services, LLC

They deserve zero stars. This past July, one of their sales ***resentatives came to my door and persuaded me to sign up for their service, assuring me it could be canceled at any time without any fees. He seemed like an okay kid. NEVER mentioned the early cancellation fee and made it sound like if I was unhappy at any time I could end my service. A few days later, Hawx performed their first service. The service person was fine. Didn't get rid of the hornets or the spiders. I called to complain and cancel to use someone local and they really made it sound like they were going to make it right. They sent someone back for a warranty service, but it still didn't work and he was literally at my house for less than 15 minutes. He left before I got to the house (I work 7 min from house). I asked them to cancel the service, but instead, they offered another warranty service and an extra free month. I call today and the service *** says "Well, this isn't fine print it is on the front page of the contract you signed." Completely rude. However, the issues persisted, so I requested again to cancel. Now they've warned me that they will charge me $199.00 dollars to cancel. "You never made any service follow ***** is what they told me. Insinuating that if it were really "that bad" I should have called. The entire customer service experience has been quite terrible and the company is predatory.Hawx Services, LLC

RIP OFF theyve been doing our pest control but now we have a German ***** and rodent infestation they want $600 to exterminate the German roaches. I asked arent roaches included in the pest control they said no. They hardly show up for scheduled appointments. Theyre rude and unprofessional and unorganized. And they are NOT GOOD at pest control. They just want more and more money. Dont fall victim to them. Especially dont get into a contract with themHawx Services, LLC

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible company that is currently being SUED by LA County for scammy business practices. Salesman came to our door, scrolled through our contract on an iPad while explaining it was a trial run for 6 months and we could cancel for free at any time, etc. Service was awful and offered no improvement (they came when we told them we were unavailable and the first time they serviced, they didn't spray for mosquitos which was our sole reason for signing up). Then, they tried to charge us $199 for a cancellation fee and charged our credit card without our approval while we wanted to hear different options. Cannot get a hold of anyone other than low-end sales **** who are **** and unsympathizing. Awful, *****************. NEVER use.Hawx Services, LLC

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I was scammed into signing up when 2 young men came to my door. They told me it was $1 to sign up and $58 quarterly. He said they were doing a competition and he wanted to win. Everything sounded great. They have never come to service the inside of my house. And its $58 a month not quarter. I had to pay for a year before I could cancel. They never mentioned it was a year contract or that it was monthly. I canceled and they have called me daily and emailed me to pay past due balances that were never even on my account. Mod was absolutely rude to me and charged my card without consent. This company SCAMS people. I want my money back.Hawx Services, LLC

They won't let me cancel until march.i wasn't told it was a *************** if they don't come out you still have to pay. I'm not that happy with their services and told them multiple times.why can't I cancel without being charged $500.this is wrong and a scam. I have called 3 times and they tell me different dates to cancel and I had huge spiders anyways.i can't afford it as I'm having hours cut.they don't care.i want to sell house but that don't matter either.this company are scammers.who pays when no services rendered.the *** told me well you might need 1. what the heck?.i dont want to pay.Hawx Services, LLC

We signed up because the young man that came to our door sold us on the services provided. We liked what we would be getting for the money. They came out and did everything that was on the service contract. I also liked the fact that I could schedule my appointments online. 3 months roll by. I tried to schedule my next service. The site wouldn't let me. I tried calling. Office hours in ********* are until 5pm. I called at 4:20 pm. It sent me to voice mail and told me to call back during the hours of 8am and 5pm. I am like it is 4:20pm. This happened twice. Well, I call around lunch the next day and I finally get someone. I told her my frustration of not being able to schedule my own appointment online and no one answering the phone during office hours. She gets a Friday appointment set up for me between the hours of 12 and 4 pm. I wanted to be there. The day before the appointment, I get a message that the technician had to cancel and I was rescheduled for the following Wednesday between the hours of 8am and 4pm. SERIOUSLY!! I called and spoke with someone. She is like this is the only time we have unless we go into November. She narrowed it down to between 12pm and 4pm. I could not be there. He sent me pictures of what he did. He left off 2 off the most important services, and he completely missed my second garage. The technician sent a "Review Request" , so I sent a bad one back. I get a call from "Big ****". He left a nice enough message about wanting to make things right, and to call him back. I called him back after work. That is where the customer service went downhill. He asked what didn't my tech do. I told him to look through the pictures and you tell me what is missing. He said well I see 38 pictures. I told him, that his tech didn't even spray the foundation or the house and he completely missed the second garage. I then proceeded to explain about the online scheduling not being easy. Terrible service. Had them over a year for mice removal. Signed a contract, nothing came of it. Complained over and over, still nothing. Took me $200 just to end the contract with them. ******* of a company.Hawx Services, LLC

We signed up last year. We noticed they only came twice this year, but was regularly charging our account. Basically stealing. Helping themselves to our bank account without doing the work. When we called to cancel after they took another payment in Sept, They said they would be out in a couple of weeks. We told them no. They proceeded to help themselves again to our account in Oct. After telling them to cancel again and return our money, they refused. We had to cancel our card and report them to the bank. They bank managed to get ONE payment back from them after they have been stealing all year round. DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. No stars.Hawx Services, LLC
