      Worst ***************** Do not uphold signed contracts, will transfer you around to 10 different people when looking for answers to questions. Had the service and agreed price contract. Decided to change their business practice with no notice and charged my credit card illegally. DO NOT Recommend this service for anyone.

      The sales representative uses deceptiveness to get you to agree to service. They give you no paper work, everything was done by email. They told us it was 39 for the year. When you realize the charge is per month ( and the service is quarterly) because you got another charge on your credit card it is too late to cancel according to their contract. They charged me $210.00 to cancel. So I spent $288 for one application.

      DO NOT buy this, it's cheap $39 for the 1st service, but it is a yearly contract, with hefty cancellation fee, $210 , exact.The sales young man stated it's quarterly service and I can cancel it anytime, but never mentioned the penalty to cancel it.It's pity thought the young man working so hard in the steamy summer day to make sales, but end up paid this unheard penalty fee.The worse is the pest control didn't work, ant and spider came back in a month.

      I have to give them a 1 star to post the comment but they don't even deserve that! A salesman ***** came to the door and offered pest control services. I explained that we did not need any pest control and then he stated that they could help with the wasp nests around our house by using some compound that gives off a pheromone that would keep the wasp from coming back for up to 3 months. He stated that their service would be every 3 months and I could cancel at any time. A week later the wasp were back building their nests. I called to cancel since their services did not work and was told by **** in customer service that there was a cancellation fee to close my account. This is not what the ***** explained when we signed up for this service which was not even a service at all! Complete FALSE advertising as they tell you one thing but their service doesn't work and then when you try to cancel they hit you with a cancellation fee even though they can't provide what they promised you. This is a scam of a company!

      ***We did not accept any offers for service. This is a complaint about sales tactics. A minimum one star rating is required to post this review, and does not reflect any satisfaction with this company at all.Sales agents have come to our door twice offering services, and claiming that our neighbors had already signed up. Each time the agent was told immediately that we were happy with our current service and not interested in any changes. The first time I had to say goodbye and shut the door to get the sales agent to leave. The second time, a sales agent removed our dog gate to get to our front door at 6:30 pm, and would not leave after being told that we had no interest in the service, and that dinner time was an inconvenient time. The agent became rude and would not leave our front porch, in spite of being ordered to leave the property by my husband. He finally left the front porch, but called my husband a racist, and would not leave the property. We had to threaten to call the police to get him to leave.

      I thought I was the only one whom they deceived through the offer and contract but after seeing other peoples reviews on here its for sure that this company has no policy for honesty and says whatever they can to get you to sign the contract with a false offer. The guy who came to our house, ******* Addiot, for the ****** area, clearly told ** that it was going to be an 80 dollars one time charge and urged us to sign the contract quickly because they were only offering the promotion for a limited time. We repeated asked him to clarify if it was going to be a one time charge and he assured us that it was but every single month, we were charged the same amount and when we called them, they deferred and said that its 80 every single month. The worst part is that the cancellation fee is 418 dollars. It was our fault for falling for it but STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR DECEPTIVE POLICIES

      I was sold on this company based on what the representative told me which was they provide great service in pest control, a guaranteed result and no gimmicks. However just for mosquito services outside of my home monthly payment will be $80.00 and I have the option to cancel anytime. For just mosquito issues that price was ridiculous but based on his convincing attitude I went with it. The pest control guy came and did his thing. He was pretty professional and thorough. Due to Hawx exorbitant prices for 1 service, I ultimately decided to cancel. When I called there offices to cancel I was taken by surprise when I was told that I was in a 12 month contract and there is going to be a $161.00 penalty for cancelling. The sales person who sold me this DID NOT disclose this vital info to me. I personally do not like being shackled to contracts for services like this. So of course I had to pay the cancellation fee as it is cheaper to cancel than maintain that ridiculous $80.00 per month for another 10 months. Hawx need to train there sales guys to be completely honest with terms and conditions up front so the future customers will not feel scammed. ************* do not offer services with contracts. This is a ****** learnt and I will not recommend this company to anyone. Truly an abject disappointment.

      Haven't been a customer for 2 years they change billing and I get charged 44 dollars. I call and they said that they would not credit me and that there was no need to talk to a supervisor because they would not do any either, they did offer to do a service that I did not have them do for the last 2 years.

      I have had this service for roughly 3 or 4 months and have had nothing but trouble since. I have been lied to many times by salesman all the way up to supervisors. If I'm paying 80 dollars a month I should receive proper service and I have not...I can't hardly get them to come service my house...I've spent many hours on the phone with no results. Today I called to cancel and was informed of a over 100 dollar cancelation fee which if its not payed in 2 months it will go to collections...which wouldn't have been a big deal if I was informed this by the salesman...but the salesman ****** told me "I will pay your cancelation fee of 20 dollars if you are unsatisfied with your service" so that was how he sold me....this debt of over 100dollars needs to be absorbed by Hawx...no alternative or I will take this to court
