1 starBuyer beware!! This company falsely advertises services they cant provide (rodent abatement) and the tech that came out had no idea how to deal with the issue. They take advantage of the elderly by making promises they cant deliver on and then layers on services you never agreed to (pest control) and then bills you monthly for services they do not provide (quite the scam)! If you contact them, to talk to a Sr. ****** in the company, the phone operators refuse saying they are the owners and you cant get past the robot team that basically tells you they have you on the hook and refuses to talk to you. I strongly recommend you not give this company business - they will take you to the cleaners.Review fromNatalie T

1 starIf they knock on your door, DO NOT accept anything they offer. IT'S A SCAM! Know that you will be roped into a year contract or a cancelation charge. None of which is explained by the representative at your door. From some of these other reviews, it's obvious this is their regular practice. A salesman came to my door to sign me up for the services on 7/4 offered a free 1st service for signing up a new contract I received a **** on 8/12 of $39.Noone has ever been to my house to service it. I was told it was monthly.Now I'm told it's quarterly. I tried to cancel and they said there was an early termination fee of $250 That I wasn't informed of. Have received an email from this company apologizing for any issue. Also stating that if I wanted to cancel that I would have to call them. (Which I have already done, and is why this whole got started)So I called them again as they asked, asked to cancel, was passed off to Someone else, who then told me in order to cancel it would cost me $250. I asked to talk to a supervisor again. And again I was told that one was not available and I would be put on the list for one to call me back.I have also been told 3 different things about when they service the home. #1 - every month, that was from the guy that came to the door to sign me up. #2 - every 3 months. That was from the lady on the first call in. #3 - every 2 months. That was from the guy on the phone today 8/16/2022. He also informed me that in order for them to service the house I had to let them know I wanted the inside of the house done. (I thought that was what pest control was for...the house). In my opinion, the salesman misrepresented what services would be provided during my initial service. I was told attic & garage would be included and they were not. I was also told that mosquito service would be provided; it was not. I have video cameras on the front of my house & in my backyard. There is no record of technician spraying the porch or the backyard. There is no record of technician treating my front yard for fire ants, and only video of him treating a small portion of my backyard. When I questioned him about interior service, he only treated one small area for ants and said other areas were not included unless there was a specific problem. When asked about the mosquito service, he said it was not on his work order (I showed him my contract which included the service). He stated someone would be back out on Saturday. He was at my home for 26 minutes only and my account was charged prior to him leaving my address. I do not feel that I received the service that was discussed with the sales rep. I have reached out to the Company & am awaiting their response. I will also be cancelling the contract effective immediately.Hawx Services, LLC

On june 11, 2022, a persistent guy came to my door to offer Hawx Pest Control. He was able to convince me to do a quarterly service, thinking that it would be $49.99 each service but turned out i would be charged $49.99 plus tax each month for the duration of 12mos. I dont know what came to me to agree to a business sold late at night approximately 9pm. The ****************** is his name, came to a point that he texted my personal phone using his personal number to try convincing me his legitimacy, which unfortunately worked with me. He got my name wrong, put ******** instead of ******** which he corrected when i texted him on that number he used.. i really thought this is a good deal, but unfortunately i got scammed.. Today 8/11, i was notified by my credit card that i was charged again by this scam Hawx Pest Control, but i am not willing to proceed with their services. I have exhausted all efforts to contact the numbers they provide in their website but to no avail. I need help cancelling this subscription/service.. and i have no plans of paying the cancellation fee because i felt like i was deceived and got convinced because of pressureHawx Services, LLC

I already did, and after passing me around 3-4 times, i gave up since your people are determined to have me pay the cancellation fee. Your guy who sold me your service took advantage of **************. Please stop giving permission to these people of yours to give misleading information just to get a business. 1 starFilling out their web form was one of the WORST things I have done. A salesperson called almost immediately and gave me his pitch, found out they only will do a subscription based plan. We discussed and decided we were not interested in such a plan, they texted me the next day to follow up and I responded that I was not interested. Now is when the hellish experience starts. They will proceed to call you CONSTANTLY, multiple times a day from phone numbers across the country. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy. 1 starThis is a horrible HORRIBLE company! They lie constantly, their sales men are scammers who lie about the services and pricing, and the customer service is a joke who thinks they can treat customers like c*** when they know they are stealing people's money. We were told we can end service at ANY TIME for free, now we are told it's a $400+ fee!? We were told they had mole treatment for $200, then they tell us on the phone that they DONT HAVE mole services?!?! Demanded the $200 back, they suddenly say they actually DID do a mole service, not realizing we were actually watching them work on our yard and all they did was spray with a leaf blower machine and a weed pump sprayer....they didn't touch a single mole ************ is false advertising by the sales people and stealing when they do NOT perform services but charge for them!!! 1 starThe first year of my contract with Hawx, they abided by the terms of the contract. I was billed quarterly as agreed. After the contract ended, they auto-billed me for an Grub treatment amount without my consent or knowledge. They started auto-billing and deducted from my credit card the quarterly for Grub control, That I NEVER signed. When I called them, their supposed billing manager was rude, unprofessional, arrogant, and would not be reasonable at all. I would NOT recommend them.We don't even live at this residence as of July 8th. The company will NOT refund the 59. 00 that they owe me.Review fromWilliam D.

1 starHawx Pest Control was scheduled to come out to my property for a follow up treatment because the first treatment did not work. It was scheduled for Aug. 3, 2022, I wait all morning but by 2 p.m. I called their office to see when they would show. The receptionist kept saying they were on their way and I informed her that I have to leave for work. I told her that I needed to be present when the technician was to do the treatment so I can show him the problem areas. The technician finally called and he was agitated since I informed him that I waited all morning and half the afternoon for him. He began to yell and berate me for not scheduling the appointment properly. I told him it was their miscommunication not mine. At which point, he hung up on me. I called the branch office to complain to a supervisor and explained to him what transpired. He was apologized for the incident. I told him I no longer wish to do business with their company at which point he agreed to cancel the remainder of the contract and issue a full refund. I have called there office and the main office to resolve this matter, but all I get is the run around and excuses. To this date, I have not gotten a refund 8/9/2022. They make promises and string you along without resolving the issue. If the system allowed, I would leave them 0 stars.
