      DO NOT FALL FOR LIES OF THIS COMPANY. They have deducted $290 from my checking account for one spraying that didnt get rid of one bug or spider. Was told by person spraying that they couldnt go inside; could only spray outside. Bugs were on the inside, including ***** recluse spiders. Every word from salesperson and tech was a lie, and neither of them were in agreement of the lies. Tech would not get back with me so I could request another spraying. All these guys were interested in was a good review. So, now you know why they have those good reviews. They requested a good review before they left my home and before you realize their spraying does nothing.

      So I had a door to door sales woman that was pitching the product. I asked her if they would take care of the white flies that I have on my fruit trees, and she said yes! I have had the service for two months and noticed nothing has changed and in the notes I specifically asked for them to take care of them. I get a voice mail now that it outside of the cancellation period that they dont do fruit trees. Not that I try to cancel they are going to charge me 500$. So I am stuck with a 12 month contract that isnt fixing the problem due to an uninformed sales person and now have to be locked in to it. Thats so frustrating and they have no one on the phones that even care of willing to talk to the salespeople to fix it. Never would recommend a company full of sales people that are just out to make a buck and wont actually fix the issues or address it. After a half hour on the phone with ******* nothing was resolved. She downgraded my program so I am paying less and going to ride it out because paying for the service is cheaper to than cancelling it.

      Cant get anybody to resolve my issues. Reached out to a ************************* ( ATL ******* mngr)& he still hasnt responded. Contract very confusing & I believe they signed me up for 1 year. Cant get answers. I have more insects in my yard than I did prior to treatment. They charge me 2 fees monthly, but only provide 1 service monthly & the other service every 3 mos.( mosquitos) I live in GA so mosquitos are really only a problem in the summer. Insects only in the spring, summer & fall, yet Im paying these monthly fees year round.Im a senior living in a fixed ********** feel Ive been scammed!

      Still having issues w company. Their products did not work. My yard is covered in fire ant mounds 3-4 days after treatment. Your techs say they did treatment, when in fact they did not (all on camera) my dogs now have fleas & brought them into *********** my indoor cats have fleas. I have spoken to regional rep who tried to fast talk out of the lies I was told or not told when agreeing to contract. He personally came & did an entire yard ************** then scheduled a tech to come back a few days later.( not on my scheduled day of the 22nd) Who only treated one side of my fence line (because you dont want us throwing chemicals on top of chemicals) I Sent message several days later regarding fire ************* no response. Tried calling, disconnected (normal) I have explained to them that for 11 years I have treated the yard myself from products I buy at ********** which actually worked. But due my age & health it had become too much for ****** thought the addtl cost would make life easier. Not so. Not only have I had to change topical *********** treatment for 5 dogs, I now have to treat 2 cats, 1 which is having allergic reaction to fleas. My dogs have also broke out w sores on their legs, paws & back ends since Ive started using Hawx. *** spent hundreds of dollars treating one dog thats 11 yrs old & I simply cannot afford to get treatment for the other 3. I called to cancel my subscription today because of all the issues mentioned & they want to charge me a $399. Cancellation fee! When I asked for a number or email to contact somebody in corporate I was put on hold & disconnected (40 minutes) ************ has caused me great stress & a financial burden. Im a senior living off a fixed income. $89. a month for treatments that did not work. Additional cost to now deal w fleas in house, vet bills & all the physical work I will now have to deal with. They want me to honor said contract, but cannot honor their warranty. Beware

      Extremely pushy salesman came to my house to solicit the service in **********, **, very rude, told him to give me info we were eating dinner we kept on about all the bugs we have, very unprofessional

      I received our first service from ***************************** of Hawx today. He was prompt, professional, and courteous, and he answered all the questions I had about where and why each product was to be applied. He was quick and careful dealing with our interior areas. ******* provided detailed records of the service, including photographs. I am getting a good deal from Hawx whereby the substantial installation fee for termite prevention was waived given a one year commitment.

      We were looking for a reliable Pest Control company as an alternative to our existing provider whose monthly rates have been going up. Hawx presented themselves as reliable and was SUPPOSED to be less expensive for the SAME services. However, THEY LIED! We were promised monthly services by the sales rep. **** did NOT provide a paper contract, they emailed it, and, while specifically told NOT to send e-mail bills they have done so anyway. While we were sold monthly services, and they have been billing our credit card monthly, the contract is for QUARTERLY service. This makes them FAR more expensive than alternate providers. PLUS, they are charging a cancellation fee on top of monthly fees for no service! We are out $249.00 for ONE service in three months!Ignore what the salespeople tell you, DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT TILL YOU READ IT 3 OR 4 TIMES to find all the hidden gotchas. No wonder they push and dont have a paper contract for you!I cannot warn anyone strongly enough, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

      I wish I would've came to the BBB website before agreeing to their service. I've unfortunately had a very similar experience - a slick talking *********** person caught me at a bad time and I agreed to the service without reading the "fine print". I was told I was getting a monthly service for $39/mo only to find out its a quarterly service and they just bill me monthly. My second installment came out without the monthly service I was expecting, so I called to cancel and was charged an additional $211 fee to cancel (I was told that was for the initial $39 I paid and the $211 was the difference in the $250 in fees I agreed to). They then pulled another $39 from my credit card...I called back the next day to get a refund on that additional $39 and was given the run around by the representative on the phone. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they're busy and I would get a call back within ***** hours...needless to say that was three days ago now. Buyer beware.

      Salesman came to us telling me they were having a neighborhood special because someone else signed up. I was told 99 for the summer. I had two charges that added to the 99 and thought that was it. However I am to pay 99 a month for two services for 12 months. Including the winter? So far the ants are not in control, they only knocked down a wasp nest and the yard is full of mosquitos. I was told to call them for more treatments if I needed more. With the price I would think the product would work. The last tech told me not much can be done for the ants. They like moisture and tried to blame it on a leak we had fixed. I feel very mislead by the iPad contract. I thought it was a special one time fee. Not 12 months. Why would anyone need it in the winter. Now to cancel they want cancelation fees. Very misleading for a "special ". We had just moved in and thought it was a good deal.

      I was a customer for 4 years (2018) until today 7/28/2022. Almost every time they sprayed, I called them to spray again because they couldnt get rid of the spiders. I tried to cancel in that first year but the cancellation fees were too high & I gave them a pass because they said they used organic products. The last time they sprayed, the gentleman told me honestly theres nothing they can do for spiders. I paid the $100/quarterly fee faithfully. I called on 7/14 or 7/15 to cancel because their product was ineffective for my needs. The person I spoke to never processed my account. A rep showed up & I had to turn him away. He said that was his 2nd such issue for the day with dispatch not letting him know. I apologized to ******** left. Today I noticed a $49.99 charge on my account that I was billed for on 7/14. I called and they told me my account was not cancelled. ***** in billing then told me I was sent notification that they would start charging a monthly fee of $49.99 & I was supposed to opt out by June 28th. She said they cant reimburse me as a result. 4 years of dealing with a subpar product. 4 years of dealing with hit or miss customer service. For that, I expected understanding and to get my $50 back. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Do better hawx. Be better hawx.
