      If I could get it at zero I would. They have ads on Facebook and it showed 0% down and first month free, in the small corner it says locations may vary. Sing up was not working on my app or online so I went into a location and showed them the ad. The female agent I was working said yes we can accommodate that and signed me up, I was being charged two days later. Their text message, chat, phone, email system for their customer service is terrible they’re not connected at all and the only ones who have the ability to do anything about refunds or charges is through your emails. It takes about a week to get a response so it’s gonna be a while. And they do not honor the ads that they have. The agent that I am talking to in the email says that it was only certain locations and the location that I went to even though I verified with the employee was not allowed. Also it wasn’t 0% down, it’s 0% for two months I’m gonna get charged the enrollment fee in two months. So technically the ad is a complete lie. Their customer service is awful. And they do not honor their ads. Also if you try to cancel it is $25 before the first six months.

      Zero stars. If you like being double charged, dealing with wet mud on walls without signs to tell you so in a gym not very well lit in that certain area. Also way over crowded, and not enough working equipment to compensate. Also they have ants in the sauna room. I digress. Over all this company is unethical with their charging. Crooks smh. If you don't want a headache. Choose another gym franchise entirely.

      1.You lied to me when I signed up for Personal Training saying I can cancel the Training ANYTIME. When I went to cancel it I was told to pay up front for the entire cost of said Contract. This was NEVER Mentioned in any prior conversation OR in Writing; When I went to cancel my membership.2.I refuse to pay any part of my account until you can prove (In Writing) that there was any sort of discussion or phone call, or statement written otherwise that shows that I had to pay that I've switched my membership to EOS Fitness

      In 2021, I joined VASA FITNESS and everything was fine until I needed to CANCEL my membership; however, once I went to cancel it, they continued to charge me to the extentof $287.48 and sent it over to ****** and Associates. I called to try to settle for less because I know I don't owe that much, but the agency said they couldn't. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this chain and its employees have treated me; they have done nothing to assist me in resolving the problem that they essentially caused.

We did try to contact you regarding the past due balance. After months of unpaid dues, your membership was written off to collections.       Since I cant leave a zero, 1 star will have to suffice. Save your money! ***** business practices are questionable and unethical. I wouldnt be surprised if a lawsuit gets filed against them. Their entire membership sign up is a bait and switch. There are so many hidden fees its ridiculous. You arent even aware of the fees until you receive your contact. When you sign up through the app, you arent made aware or anything! Its is presented as though youll pay, for example, $9.99/mo. On your first payment, youll pay $9.99 plus other fees you had no clue about. You dont know about the annual fee, the downgrade fee, or the cancellation fee. That cant be legal. And their month-to-month membership isnt what you would consider a month-to-month membership. In fact, it isnt month to month at all. If you need to skip a month, you dont have that option. Theyll continue charging you. Month to month gives the impression of pay as you go, each month. Not so with ****. If you try to downgrade or cancel your membership, you will incur a fee if its been less than 6 months. All these things should be told to the customer BEFORE they sign up, not AFTER. The only way to describe **********, unethical, business focused and NOT customer focused.

      9 months ago, I had my locker broken into at the vasa gym at Littleton location. The locker had a lock on the locker. I reported the incident and the assistant manager just filled out a report and told me that we will look at video footage tomorrow with the another assistant manager. The next day, the assistant manager said sorry we cannot help you. I lost my wallet, phone charger, beats headphones, and pencils case.
      I started having PTSD at vasa looking at everyone thinking are you going to steal my stuff? Vasa was able to close my account, so I didn’t have to pay the ending contract fee but I still want my items back mainly my wallet.

      So, why have locks. VASA should have conference tables so hooligans can pick what they want from everybody. A fitness center should be a safe space to workout and know that our items are safe not creating stress or PTSD on thievery.

      I cancelled my membership before my next payment was due and they still billed me for the rate guarantee that I no longer need because Im no longer a member. Its a complete scam and a lousy excuse to steal your money.

      Im 70 years old and wanted to try the fitness out with a personal trainer and was hurried through signing up online and heard him say a month to month contract. I didnt hear 6 months. I did a month & texted trainer, ****, I needed to cancel. My knees hurt from prior meniscus surgery & lifting weights were making it worse. I sent a notification online & they have not responded.

      Hello,I have located your Membership, *************************** - 6418005222122W. It does look like you have 9 remaining contractual Personal Training payments. The two ways to cancel while youre in contract are either due to relocation (if you've moved more than 25 miles from the nearest gym) or if you sell/transfer your membership to someone else. We do not have a medical or financial hardship clause for cancellation.In order to cancel due to relocation we'll need a proof of move, which would be a utility bill or lease/rental agreement in your name. There's also a $100 cancellation fee. Once we receive the proof of move and cancellation fee we can get the account canceled out.If you're not moving you can sell/transfer the account to someone else with a $100 transfer fee. The new person would pick up the contract where you left off. Many people sell their contracts on ksl.com or craigslist.org.

      Thank you for responding with the BBB I appreciate that. It was unfortunate this was not explained to me, and I have researched trying to sell it on craigslist.org & ksl.com and they do not have a way to list a "Personal Training Contract" with them, and you probably know this. The terms of ****'s contracts are unconscionable and appears to be in violation of fairness to public, especially to the elderly, who you (****) have the right to assign, sell or appoint a successor, but instead are making billions of dollars that go unused from your contracts. It is my understanding that 1/2 your members quit within a few months. That being said, wouldn't it be beneficial on ****'s part to consider a medical hardship clause for cancellation? My membership was signed under the ************************** I had at that time and was cancelled and my new insurance does not have a fitness allowance permitted. How is this addressed? Do you contact Unitedhealthcare or should I? Thank you for your consideration.

      One year ago, January 17, 2022, *** ???, the then manager at the 900 ********. *****, Vasa fitness center, wrote me up for a one year membership in Vasa. I paid and everything has been OK, until now. For the past year most of my visits were at the **** S. 800 E. center; that was mainly because they have a swimming pool. Now my biggest problem with them has been, it's 3.4 miles to the **** location. To get there I usually drive and waste gas, and pollute the air. I've been riding a bike on many days, but this winter has been miserable for riding a bike. *** I investigated the Planet Fitness Center at **** ****** ********** in *****, and found it's less than 10 minutes away on my bike, and 1.4 miles. *** 5 days ago I signed up for one month with Planet Fitness to see if I could be happy without a swimming pool. But here's the problem, on January 17, 2023, **** took $26.27 out of my checking account without my permission. I have my bank on it and they say they can get it back. **** never did alert me to the fact that my membership was about to expire and wouldn't I like to sign up for another year? No!, they just took the money out of my Credit Card account which they had on file--without my permission! Isn't that against somebodies law???? Because of this incident, I'll never go back to ****!

      I wouldn't give any stars if that was an option. I used Vasa gym many years ago, when I went to cancel their were several hidden fees. When I tried to dispute the fees with the gym they quit answering my questions. Fast forward 10+ years, thinking I wanted to join the gym again. I was a bit ***** because of my past experience with ****, but thought maybe they've changed their practices. I decided to give them a try again...huge mistake! I tried to cancel my membership in Sept through their website where you put in the membership ID number. They system told me it would charge me $25 cancelation fee, even though I was not currently in a contract. It also required a 30 day cancelation notice. just to cancel my membership cost me over $50. Okay, thought it was taken care of. NOPE! Got charged again in October. I finally opened a chat window with someone in November he assured me it was cancelled (Had to pay the fees yet again). Guess what, I was still charged again in December, but I also charged 3 times the amount I should have been. I have tried several times to reach out to ****, AGAIN...I am done fighting it. I went to my bank, put a stop payment on this account and am in the process of disputing the last 2 months of charges after showing my bank the notes and chat messages from ****. This GYM is Assine with fees and I will NEVER go back. I'll stick with EOS!
