      I was very excited to treat a place like vasa but for a year I only went less than 20 times due to work and health so I called to talk to someone since we have membership my wife and I with care for children and I needed to cancel the care part I told the person to put my wife's membership the same as mine but she didn't do it she leave it as a studio which is more expensive and today I spoke to fix this but the manager candy's smith she was very rude and doesn't know how to treat customers she tell my to do what I wanted I told her that I would have to report with the bbb and the aj for her way of doing service and I have to talk to my bank to block this company doesn't really have customer service my name is josue p*******.

      Unclear terms of *********************** Make sure you document promotions and payment!! BEWARE OF FEES and CHARGES to your checking!I enrolled with **** at the beginning of the year when there was a promotion of ZERO DOWN and FIRST MONTH FREE. I called **** to talk to a team member to understand exactly what I was signing up for - because we all know that there are hidden fees. There is an annual fee charged 90 days after enrollment and a cancellation fee if you cancel within 6 months; this is the info I got and was okay with.Low and behold, an UNEXPECTED CHARGE- I enrolled in FEB and should have been charged in MARCH per the promotion but I was charged in FEB.I called the third party billing and they said that I was wrong and that there was no promotion like that going on when I enrolled and because I didn't have "proof" of that promotion there is nothing that I could do... I felt very swindled. I even my contract/promissory note with **** indicating "$41.83/ month due on the 16 day of each month beginning MARCH 2024" but apparently a contract is not enough evidence for ******************** (****'s Billing) to correct the mistake of being charged on the wrong date. On a side note the billing is also very unpleasant to work with and I feel like they were just bullies and rude.This was a very unpleasant experience and it feels like **** is just trying to pull the wool over our eyes to make a profit. Be careful what you are agreeing to and watch charges to your checking account because they make you sign up for automatic ACH drafts to avoid extra fees... it feels like they do this so we can't dispute the charge with our credit card.

      As frustrating as the industry standard for hidden fees and obligations is in the current gym world, Vasa treated me well. The customer service took a few days to respond but helped me cancel my account and avoid fees. The gym itself was always clean and wasn't too busy compared to other gyms in the area.

      I wish I could give a negative number! When trying to cancel your account they make it nearly impossible. When trying to reach anyone to talk about canceling you have to wait on hold for hours and never get a call back. They talk over you and don’t listen at all. The customer service representatives are rude and impatient. They charged me twice after cancelling did not offer a refund. Horrible experience

If you have written proof of a prior request to cancel, we can review that but we are unable to refund any previous payments at this time. We do have a 30 day notice, so any payments set to draft within the next 30 days of request to cancel are owed.

      I cancelled my membership, due to an illness. I have been really sick for 2 years and I am unable to work out or go to the gym. You can never get a hold of anyone at VASA or to call you back. One year later they sent me to a collection agency and the only way to get hold of someone is email they will remove me from collections if I pay $353.00. They are not getting any money from me they are a scammer and you can never end your membership they will continue to charge you. Worst customer **********************, Worst Gym I have ever been too! Would never recommend **** for a health club membership. The ******* one is All high school kids!

      DO NOT JOIN VASA!!!! Worst gym!!! Money hungry people! The gym is dirty and the staff is not at all knowledgeable or helpful! I had to pay $200.00 to cancel membership to this sorry gym so it wouldn’t go on my credit yes I said they send you to the credit bureau if you don’t cancel your account then charge you 200.00 to cancel!!!! DO NOT JOIN VASA FITNESS

      My wife used to have an account and cancelled 5 years ago. This last week a charge showed up from vasa on our card. My wife spent 2 hours on hold trying to get someone to talk to her about what was going on, she signed up for multiple callbacks. Finally someone called us back a day later and immediately put her on hold for another 30 minutes. We told them that we cancelled years ago but that we had a charge on our card from them and they told us they didn't charge us because we didn't have an account..... even though we had the screenshot of the charge that says "vasa fitness". I would not sign up with this company ever! apparently charging you years later and then saying they didn't do it because you dont have an Account is acceptable customer ***************************** impressed.

      Started being billing me for a membership that I had cancelled four years ago. Paramount Acceptance also agreed that it had been cancelled. They wouldn't refund my charges unless I send them a bank statement with my account, card numbers and activity - which I didn't. If they have the information to bill me, they also have the information to reverse the charges. Paramount also just started billing my wife for a membership that had been cancelled for a year. If you get or have a membership with Vasa, keep your correspondence for seven years because they will try to cheat you at some point.

      Right at the start of covid (vasa lafayette indiana) my daughter's mother passed away so I joined vasa because they had child care while I worked out. Then covid hit when they reopened they did not provide child care for awhile. Yet they kept charging me. I called and explained this to them they closed my account but still charged me up to that point. 300 + dollars was the bill they said I owed. For services they did not provide during the time there was no childcare and covid was the big scare. They sent this to collections and collections has stained my credit repot for some years now and they have yet to clear it. DEMANDING I PAY FOR SERVICE THEY DID NOT PROVIDE. I have called and tried to talk to management and they have done nothing.

      Hello ******,The payments that continued to charge were for payments that were owed in March and April 2020. Those payments repeatedly declined, so they tried to charge until they could clear (even when the club was closed). As those payments were owed before the gym was closed, we were not charging for services that were not provided. After 4 months of those payments not clearing, your membership was written off to collections. At this point, you would be responsible for the balance owed to the collections agency.
