      I just recently found out that I have a $200 something amount owed and it is on my Credit report. I havent been to **** in over a year I stopped going to VASA due to not feeling safe, I would pull up to the gym and One Time a guy was sitting in the parking watching me and Masturbating. I reported it to the front desk but I never received a follow up from management. I tried calling serveral times to cancel my membership, but could never get a full answer on how to do so. I even went up to the building and asked and they told me it was online, their WiFi had horrible service and wasnt able to do it that way neither. They told me they would take care of it, and I never thought anything about it, until I checked my credit (RECENTLY) and its on my credit Report. I havent been to VASA in over and year, and this is a Fraud/ Scam

      This company is absolute TRASH. They will charge you and charge you for who knows what and when you’re trying to get a resolution no one cares and they throw you around like a football. When I initially set up my membership I had used a Credit Card, a few years later I had them pull directly from my checking account. I was checking my credit score one day and I saw that it dropped 50plus points. After looking into it I realized that VASA was charging small fees to the credit card I had used initially. I inquired so many late fees and the delinquency was reported to the credit bureaus because I had no idea I had a balance on that card. Tried calling in spoke to a Jesus which gave me a pathetic - yeah there’s nothing we can do about it. What a nightmare.

      I enrolled last January online during a $19.99 special. When the contract was emailed to me and every month since, Ive been charged $24.99. When I tried to cancel they stated I didnt enroll in the special and I would be charged $24.99 to cancel. I regret my decision to use their gym as Ive only been there twice.

      This company is stealing from people whonarent satisfied with how dirty and unclean the gym is. I used the gym once and then they are trying to me me pay 350 dollars for breaching a contract I never agreed to. They never fulfilled there promise so why should I pay if they never kept their promise? Their gym is filthy and they are now making me pay 350 for never going back again? This company is making millions off of people who aren't satisfied. They need to be stopped.

      Hi *******,We do require a formal written request to process a cancellation. I am not seeing that we ever received a previous request to cancel on your membership. We did attempt to contact you regarding the past due balance before it was written off. After months of unpaid dues, your membership was written off to our collections agency (****** and Associates). At this point, you would be responsible for the balance owed to them.

      I called the Vasa fitness center to cancel my membership immediately after my 3rd month of membership. This was not done so i called when i noticed it still.coming out of my account asking for the corporate number. I have been calling **** for and no one ever answers and the automated systems asks tells you that they are experiencing a high volume of calls and asks you if you would like to hold place in line please press 1. This has been to no avail. I have not received a call back at all and has been on hold waiting to speak with someone for over 2hrs at a time. What type of company is this? If I could rate a zero star I would.

      This company is dishonest. I cancelled mine and my husband's accounts 6 months ago through the Ap. I assumed it was taken care of. I got charged 200.00 for annual fees and then they continued to charge us each 44.00 dollars a month. I had originally signed up for two 20.00-a-month memberships and without my knowledge, my account was upgraded. Not only was I being charged for something I canceled, but I was charged even more than agreed upon. I asked that they work with me on a refund and I was treated very rudely and then they hung up on me. I was told my account was indeed canceled and I have not received a confirmation of Cancellation. In addition, this gym is dirty and gross.

I do see that you placed your membership on hold via the VASA Fitness app back in March of this year. The membership agreement does state that we need written request to cancel. Unfortunately, without proof of a prior request we are unable to refund any previous payments.

      I love this place. I literally have bucked up, ********** ***********************, *********************** and bunch of famous people watching my gym content. Everything is super clean organized and friendly for people of all ages. ****, *****, **** from ************* all say amazing things about ****** and *******. ******* told me happy birthday in the morning when *********************** came into town. They all use clean language, theyre very respectful of me being a suicide attempt survivor, my Hispanic cousin, family members and they also are super friendly to other and all members. Thanks for fixing the machines, a great safe dance class with ************************ those two are such great teachers and examples. I love being around good examples.

      I started a membership with Vasa on October 31st, during the 0$ down deal. I figured the 1st month should have been free? Anyway, I've been going for 2 weeks now, and all of a sudden I can't go in anymore because they're saying my "payment didn't go through". I checked my Vasa app, and it's saying I owe $81.96, and I'm not understanding how that's possible because 1) I got my membership during the $0 down deal. 2) My membership is only supposed to be $40.98 a month w/ the guest add on. 3) I've only been there 2 weeks, how am I being charged so much already? Please help, I really love this gym and want to stay.

      What a terrible company. I joined Vasa because I wanted an affordable gym that didn't use predatory tactics like EOS but I fell into the same trap. A week ago I got an email saying I could put $0 down and save $99 dollars if I joined the gym. Having done a day pass before, I enjoyed the gym itself and thought it couldn't hurt to try it out for free. READ EVERYTHING THEY PUT IN FRONT OF YOU. I didn't do my due diligence and had friends who go to that gym so I joined right away and of course the "best deal" was the most expensive membership. Well I didn't get any charges until a week later for the full monthly amount. I went back and read everything on the billing page and sure enough in a corner, small as can be it tells you that it will be charged right away. I tried to cut my loses and just cancel the membership so that I wouldn't be charged another month but of course now there's also cancelation fees. As a broke college student it's ridiculous that I'm being forced to pay over $100 to a predatory gym that I literally joined less than a week ago. What a ***** contrast from that "$0 Dollars Down" email I got. I have no idea how this "business" has an A rating but for all that is good and holy please stay away from this company. In the meantime I'll do my best to figure out how to pay off these charges.
