      After trying to cancel a member and being told it would take 2 months which I understood to speaking with a rep not by phone since it only rang and rang. Speaking to a rep through text message they would not waive a charge back that was issued to my account since I had disputed it with the bank since again I was under the impression that one of the accounts was closed. Honestly such horrible service , I have no issue with paying for a membership but paying for a charge back I refuse to pay.

      Vasa customer service is awful! They will take your money and have zero remorse!!!!! Do Not Sign up with Vasa!!! I canceled and still continued to get charged and they WILL NOT refund your money! Don't waste your time!!! It's HORRIBLE!

      After paying the total outstanding amount ($174) and closing my account, VASA FITNESS in ****** ****, reported me to a collections agency for non payment of around $60. I have both spoken with Vasa Fitness headquarters as well as their collection agency in **** to explain and provide evidence of payment of the final amount owing but STILL a month later are receiving emails from their collections agency trying to collect the $60. Even though (the representative that I spoke with at their collection agency, ******************** P.L.L.C. suggested that I go on the "No Contact" list. Which I asked him to do. They still contact me which is a crime in itself I believe. I was an advocate and referral source for Vasa Fitness before this mess began and will no longer be referring anyone to their gym.

      I applied to **** in January, Didn't use my membership as much as I intended so in July i went through the process to cancel. paid the $25 for cancellation and deleted the app. on October 7th I had a reinstate payment processed on my account to "un-freeze" when researching why this was the case the club i went to and applied through told me a member at their club made a notation on my account to freeze instead of cancel. after reaching out to Vasa headquarters they then said that was not the case, and i owed the $46 and change plus the $25 freeze fee before they would process my cancellation for my account. I talked with a Vasa representative through email and got the freeze fee removed from the required payment, paid the left over $46 and thought i would then be able to cancel. come to find out that i then needed to pay the next months payment as well due to the time frame I was trying to cancel in. this all being after i had previously believed my account had already been cancelled. at no point through the process of me reaching out did **** make notations that i requested to cancel so i was then required to give a month notice to cancel, in their terms of service, to cancel my account and pay an additional months payment. I had been in correspondence with ************ through email stating i could pay in cash at the club to clear my account of "owed" fees, i wanted this to prevent **** from having my new payment information for a new card i had to get due to this situation. come to find out that wasn't the case. they then required i add my card information in app to process the cancellation, even though that was never communicated previously through numerous emails. when i finally gave in and wanted this to be over so the would stop pestering me and went to add my card it refused to let me cancel on the app, how i had been instructed to prior. this company will charge you for anything the possibly can and string you along as long as the desire. If i could rate 0 stars

      Hello,I apologize for the frustration you have had regarding your membership. The membership agreement does state that we need written request to process a cancellation. Because we did not have proof of your prior request, we were unable to honor that. At this point, your membership is cancelled and you will not be charged moving forward.

      I and my daughter were the members of VASA fitness, and my 14-year-old daughter wants to get cancel the membership. She tried to push cancel button via app but it was not working for unknow reason and she tried to push the cancellation button again. Later on, they charges 75dollars for three time cancellation. I was trying to explain it but they said " It does not matter, and you should pay the fees all" They took my money 65 dollars from my credit card and I did not know what that is about and tried to call them but very difficult to reach them. calling and waiting for an hour.... finally left my phone number but no returning calls. I still want to speak with them and resolve the problem and want to pay reasonably. It does not make sense. Waiting online for a long time, finally when I reached to them, they said I should pay over 200 dollars for everything with cancellation fees 3 times and annual fee. My daughter went to gym only 3-4 times since this Spring. When she went to gym with me, they rejected her to enter because of past due. I still don't understand why. My daughter has 10 dollars, basic rate per month but they want us to pay over 200 dollars and they rejected my daughter to get in. No accessible customer service and once I reached to them, the lady from customer service just hanged up while I am talking without full explanation. She did not listen to me and she just said what she wanted to say by cutting or blocking what I wanted to say. Whenever I tried to call them, they are not available, and I left phone number to return, never returned call received. It is true that they are dishonest and sneaky with their contracts just to steal money from people wanting to better their lives. They do not want to help or provide a well transparent service. Really it looks like they are in the business of lying and stealing from their customers. Very frustrating!

      Hello,I have located the membership, *************** - 1057005476309W. As a resolve, I have waived 3 of the $25 return fees. It looks like she is past due for 5 monthly membership fees of $13.11 and the Rate Guarantee Fee of $118.04. Since she paying with a credit card, she is subject to the additional $2.50 credit card fee, which is where that increased rate of $13.11 is coming from. That past due balance would be owed before we are able to process a cancellation.

      **** is dishonest and sneaky with their contracts just to steal money from people wanting to better their lives. They will continue to charge and require money from personal training sessions eventhough you are not getting that service. I have paid for multiple personal training sessions and have had personal trainers cancel on me more than half the time. Just because I'm under a contract doesn't mean it's okay to steal money or demand money when I'm not getting what I paid for. On top of that they will continue to charge for your normal membership fee eventhough you can't use the gym until you pay for the personal training sessions you are NOT getting. ****'s sneaky tactics to drain your wallet is extremely unethical and dishonest from a company. They do not want to help or provide a well transparent service instead they are in the business of lying and stealing from their customers.

      Charges you 300+ dollars when you cancel a free trial and have proof you didn't use their gym. They will send your "amount owed" for free trial to an attorney group to make it look like your being sued. I will not be paying anything for a free trial that got canceled. Not to mention they've already taken atleast 100 bucks already. My bank has been warned they are not allowed to charge my account. Will most likely be pursuing legal actions due to the fact the free membership was canceled within the 30 day free trial.

It looks like you signed up with 0 down (waived enrollment fee). Per the membership agreement, any payments set to draft within 30 days are owed as well as a $25 cancellation fee if cancelling within the first 6 months.

      Hanging meet market And a 12 year old seeking to be seen I do believe they should have a womens only section the last thing I want to see is a guy hard up at the gym sealing his next piece , while I was there 2 -12 year olds walked by -wheres your mother ? Some guy looked at my child that way he wouldnt have eyes left Come on vasa the days of sleezy is over

We allow 12+ in our gyms. ***** must have their parent/guardian sign as the responsible party and accompany them in the gym. ***** must have their parent/guardian sign as the responsible party but are not required to be accompanied. We also offer an added amenity of KidCare, where members can bring in their children 6 weeks-11 years.

      Hello, Im Milad, a member at vasa fitness. I was recently involved is a situation that was not handled correctly. The employee involved is *************************, district manager, **************** location. Earlier today as I was warming up for my workout, 2 gentleman joined the area as well for their workout. As I was warming up the 2 men started taking pictures in the mirror ( right next to me). I like workout at vasa, its a respectful environment and one of the main things I like about it- is that there are signs that says to be mindful about taking pictures around other people. In my opinion this is a very respectful way to run a FITNESS, because not everyone is comfortable with being in other peoples pictures which I dont even know. As I was passing to move to my next workout the 2 men continued taking pictures. I stopped for them to finish and they saw me waiting to pass. They continued taking pictures. I stopped and said to them. Please dont take pictures while people are passing because someone people like myself dont want that. And I left. ( you can also see the interaction in the camera).The 2 men complained to the district manager and said I threatened them!About 30 minutes into my workout *************************, the district manager, comes up to me and says can you grab your stuff we need to talk Im the district manager ***** ( very rudely). She sat me on the chair and said Im calling you aside because I want to talk to you like a human.I was shocked. As Im trying to figure out whats going on. Because I did not say anything wrong to anyone. So I had no idea that the men had complained. Then she asked me my side and I explained. She agreed. I was just so ashamed of the way she said Im calling you aside to talk to you like a human Is it because Of the way I look? Im not an animal!!!!!! I also went to shake her hand after the conversation and she just looked at me! I feel discriminate, disrespected, ashamed! Nothowyoutreatpayingmember

      I would advise to not do business with this company. They will tell you no contract, but when you cancel continue to charge. It took 4xs to cancel 4 memberships that they continued to charge for over a year, but in their system they can see no cancel notices. Truly a horrible business if you can go to a different gym and have other options I would definitely do that.
