      Weve been very pleased with ION solar so far in the process. Starting with our initial meeting with *****, who was super friendly, patient and professional as he explained how the process works, *** has taken care of every step since. The communication has been great and the panels went up relatively quickly and smoothly. We are excited to start using them. I would recommend this company if you are considering solar. Its been a great experience so far.

      I had a really good experience from the time noe C****** the sales representative to the installation of the solar panels. Ion solar kept me informed throughout the process of getting required approvals and permits. I can't upload picture but the panels look great! I highly recommend Ion solar.

      Overall service from *** has been wonderful! From the initial contact by the field rep ***** to ****, Ive had no issues. The best part to date is how much communication Ive received to ensure Im up to date on what is happening behind the scenes.

      Ion Solar has installed our panels and the extra box. They said that our utility company needed extra documents before inspection. I have been told several times that they will expedite our paperwork. I reached out to our utility company and to Pikes Peak Regional, they informed me that they have not heard from Ion since March 7th, it is now the end of May and our Solar is still not hooked up and ready to be used. They also told me that I will have to still pay for the panels. I have told them that they can come and uninstall the equipment and fix any damage to my house. I have not heard back. I do not recommend this company.

      This company is the worst when it comes to service after getting paid. While I was in the process of contracting with them, they reached out frequently. After they were paid, I had to contact them to find out what was going on and usually did not get any answer. Now, four months after the panels were installed on my roof, I still don't have any solar power. Why? Because, the power company said that they notified ION Solar that my meter socket had to upgraded to a 200 amp socket. Consequently, since ION Solar dropped the ball, the engineering drawings have to be redone and submitted to the power company for approval. Then, maybe, I can get the meter installed. I had to call to find all of this out because nobody in the company bothered to notify me. There has been no end to frustration and my having to resolve their issues. This is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. Avoid using them at all costs.

      We hired ION solar ** Oct. of 2022. We paid for the panels in December. Here it is the middle of May and they still have not hooked us up. They have lied to ** at least a dozen times and they won't get back to ** to tell ** what's going on.

      This company LIES!!! They sell you a system they say they will maintain for 30 years. I got a new modem and ION SOLAR equipment WILL NOT reconnect. They want to charge me @250 dollars to repair their faulty system. BEWARE. They lie and cheat and lie some more

      I was sold on the system because my salesperson told me that the inverters would work in switching the power going to the grid to my house in an event of a power outage. Now of course once the system is installed and the first time the power went out around the neighborhood my house still didnt come on. It was a bright and sunny day too so no reason I couldnt power my house. **** was my salesperson and of course now that Im finding this out he wont answer his phone. Its been two weeks now and no solution has been given to me yet. Everyone keeps saying Im escalating it, but still havent heard a thing. And apparently Im not being told theres no backup battery option sold by this company even though he told me otherwise and was 18k. Do not go with this company, this is a headache and nightmare for a $46k setup.

      The *** team has been fantastic. Our installation was completed 2 days ago. The install team was very informative and willing to answer all questions. It was so great to see the digital electric meter showing us feeding the grid during their brief test. Hopefully the rest of the process will be completed very soon (city inspection and utility inspection). Originally we were not going to get solar. When ***** our *** rep stopped by and told us about their program with no money out of pocket we became interested, but let him know that we were leaning to No. However, after reviewing *** and the products they used, in addition to the rising electric rates and now forced to participate in the time of use, it started to make sense to get solar. I did lots of research on the panels and inverters they were going to install. They also provided me with the spec sheets on the equipment being installed that I requested. So far our experience with *** has been great. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking at getting solar to check out *** and see if what they offer fits what you want in a solar installation.
