      Ion solar has been a great experience so far, that have kept me in the loop every step Of the way. **** ******* is the go to guy, very professional, and explained every detail of the process. I would highly recommend if youre looking to add Solar to your home. Glad I chose ION Solar for my solar needs.

      Ion Solar's operations team clearly doesn't value customer time. I am a repeat customer who just added indirect light panels to be added to an existing system. My initial installation was seamless and professional. Since the initial install, my experience has been the exact opposite! 3 of 5 installation/service calls have been no shows or extremely late with no call. The first few weren't a big deal because I had already taken time off from work. Now someone needs to come back out. At the end of the visit window, I got a call from a technician saying he could perform the repair remotely and wouldn't be coming to my home. This really infuriated me since my wife took time off to be home, which cost us money. Well, the technician was incorrect and now someone needs to come back. At this point, I don't trust Ion Solar's operations department at all! I reached out to try and speak to the Operations Manager, but I never received a call back. At this point I don't have a choice but to gut through this incompetence to get my system working properly. Based on my experience to date, I can't in good conscience recommend doing business with Ion Solar because all the evidence suggests they do not value their customer's ************: I was contacted by a customer service representative named *****. The short version of the conversation is that from her perspective, what I am experienced wasn't unreasonable and I am owed nothing. Either I or my wife took time off from work and sat waiting for techs that didn't show on three different occasions. However, because they reached out at the end of the scheduled arrival window to tell us they weren't going to make it they don't count that as a "no call no show." It never ceases to amaze me how people come up with ways to lie to themselves to make them feel better. I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE CONSIDERING A SOLAR INSTALLATION WITH ION SOLAR TO LOOK ELSEWHERE. It is clear they only care about the bottom line.

      **** with Ion Solar came out to our house to go over our solar production and make sure everything was running smoothly and that we understood how everything worked. We had lon solar panels installed without much knowledge about what we were getting into. Installation to turning them on was about two months total. **** was the first lon representative to come to our house and sit down with us. We have been happy with the panels and production so far, but were not so thrilled about **** customer service. **** changed our whole view of lon. It is comforting to know we have someone actually looking out for our best interests and is genuinely concerned about us and where our money is going. We learned more from **** in the hour he was here than we have the entire year we have had solar!Thank you for coming out and reassuring us.

      Half of our solar panels have malfunctioned and not receiving a signal for over a month. It took almost two to finally get someone to address the issue only to have to pay an additional $250 to have someone come out to service us. No one has called or attempted to stop by to check on our panels. They took our money and we cant get a hold of anyone. I regret purchasing the panels. We had great service until something went wrong now no one is helping.

      I give ION Solar 5 stars for the good service from day 1. From **** ****** who explained everything about the panels. The team that came to do the installation, super professional, they came early as planned. They were friendly and responsible in their work. I would really recommend them...

      I previously have a solar system with ion solar and am very happy with it. I was contacted by one of their employees about me not getting everything I can out of my system so we setup a meeting. The meeting involved getting a second solar system on our house to make us "100% solar". We informed the salesman that we really can't afford a second system but the salesman somewhat aggressively pushed us by telling us we would get a guaranteed 75 dollars every 1000 kwh from srec for being 100% solar. We were also told we would get a 10k tax check instead of a rebate. This would allow help bring what we pay by essentially making our new solar bill the same as or Dominion bill. These were lies. Not only was the payment for the loan starting out 50 to 60 dollars more than my average Dominion bill, but **** doesn't offer any incentives for being "100%" solar and we will not be getting a 10k "tax check". So we are taking on a new loan that we really can't afford and of we don't pay 10k to the loan within the first 18 months than our loan payment goes up to 200 dollars a month. I believe that the salesman directly went against the honesty and transparency section of the sales code of ethics which states "Salespeople should be honest and transparent in all customer interactions. They should not stretch the truth or exaggerate." ***** should do any further business with this company if these how they treat their clientle. Also as a side note this salesman brought an employee along with him that he was training, so their future salesman will do the same practice.

      From sales to the final inspection of the ION Solar system everything was smooth. No pressure sales team, professional installation team and great communication from ION personnel that kept me informed through the approval process! If youre considering solar, go with ION

      Ion Solar has made this process easy from start to finish I hadnt even thought about solar before the guy knocked on my door and now Im literally receiving deposits in my account for producing electricity I have zero complaints

      The team at ION are superstars! Not only did they perform an expert installation, but they did it lightning fast with zero interruptions or issues. We are so happy to finally have solar installed at our home. The entire process was transparent, loaded with updates and the team provided excellent customer service. I would recommend ********************** again and again. Thank you guys so much!
