      Ion solar was awesome throughout the whole process of installing solar panels. We were kept informed throughout the whole process and everyone that we had contact with was professional and courteous!

      I have had a wonderful experience with Ion Solar. I received information from a couple other companies before deciding on Ion. ********************* was absolutely amazing and provided me with the knowledge I needed to make the correct decision. I did not feel pressured into making a decision and he has kept the communication open as well as all the other employees. ***** was the lead of the install of the solar panels and he was very efficient and he placed the electrical panel in my garage as requested. So far it has been a perfect install with lots of communication from everyone on the team! Everything has been a very smooth process and I will 100% recommend Ion Solar to my neighbors and friends!

      There have been numerous interactions with their sales people coming to my door where they disregarded the No Solicitors signs and were aggressive after being told no. Today one ignored my attempts at saying to take us off the list and then filmed me while saying I was being aggressive. I have pictures and will gladly report them. The last one I encountered at my sisters house would not leave and said he was not soliciting but just giving information. These pushy sales people who keep coming back are making a very bad name for the company they represent.

      The door-to-door salesperson was nice at the beginning but the things he told me sounded too good to be true. For example, he said that I will get 30% of the total installation cost back on my next tax return as cash. I clarified with him a few times whether or not it will be a full 30% cash back or 30% tax credit, and the salesperson said I will get the full 30% cash back. Upon further research, I confirmed that it will be a credit that will reduce my tax liability and not a refund. The salesperson also told me that *** has a program that provides $1000 for military members. Upon further research, ******, my state, provides $1000 cash for installing solar. This salesperson disguised a refund program available to everyone in ****** as a military benefit that only his company provides. Very unprofessional, very deceiving, and very manipulative.

      Do NOT work with Ion Solar. Their financing partner, Dividend, will not transfer the loan to a new home buyer and they can provide no assistance through the assumption process.

      Salesperson was door to door harassing people who just want to relax in their own homes. Extremely deceptive claiming not selling anything yet pitching a solar panel that requires a payment for 25 years. Very manipulative and take advantage of people who are more gullible. If you have a worthy product, you do not need to door to door. Disrespectful and deceptive business all around. Read Reddit about them.

      Beware: Ion Has Failed to Honor Their Financial Commitments
      I feel compelled to share my recent and deeply disappointing experience with Ion, a company that has left me feeling cheated and undervalued. I was employed by Ion and performed a considerable amount of work that they have yet to compensate me for. Despite repeated requests and ample documentation, Ion has not paid me the $3,985 they owe for the work I completed. This situation has forced me to resign from my position, as I cannot, in good conscience, continue working for a company that does not uphold its financial obligations.
      My experience with Ion has been marked by unfulfilled promises and a lack of accountability. The company’s failure to provide the agreed-upon payment has not only disrupted my financial stability but also eroded my trust in their integrity and professionalism. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue amicably, but my efforts have been met with indifference and delay.
      For those considering doing business with Ion or seeking employment with them, I strongly advise caution. My experience has demonstrated that Ion does not prioritize fair compensation for work performed, and their lack of transparency in addressing payment issues is concerning. If you value your time and effort and expect to be paid for your work, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
      In summary, Ion’s failure to honor their financial commitments is a serious red flag. I am still seeking the $3,985 owed to me and hope that by sharing my experience, I can prevent others from encountering similar issues. Do not engage with this company for your business needs or employment opportunities.

      My experience with ION solar was great! My salesman ***************************** was excellent and very upfront and not pushy. The whole process was easier and quicker than I expected. Great experience!
