      Im glad I chose ION Solar! ****** was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. Their entire team has been friendly and professional. They were able to get my panels up quickly. I would definitely recommend them!

      Still waiting on utility company to come out and finalize hookup, but so far we are extremely happy! Sales rep was kind and not pushy, everyone from their HOA to design teams were great at helping us get things sorted and approved, and install team were quick, friendly and very knowledgeable to walk us through the new system components.

      I live in ********, ******** retired the ION Solar reps repeatedly knocked on my door convincing me to rethink the importance of installing solar panels. I told them that i was retired & living on a fixed income & that i probably would be selling my property within 5 years. I was told: That the remaining cost of the panels would be transferable to the future occupant of my home. That time has come when I'm thinking about selling my home next year. In working with a lender to refinance my house for the additional funds for repair, i was told by my lender that ION Solar had put a lien on my HOUSE. This means that i would have to pay the entire solar panel installation *********** wouldn't have enough for the required repairs. My question is, "If the remaining cost of the installation is transferable to the future occupant, why, then did they put a lien on my property?" In my opinion, the ION Solar Company is a predatory company. I've heard the exact same complaint by other senior citizens. I was told i had to hire a lawyer to remove the lien. This means more expense, more time and, possibly, a higher interest in refinancing. I do not recommend this company. I will write a on TrustPilot as well.

      s. One person blamed the town of ********* and the other said it was funding issues. At this point, we have golf ball hail damage that damaged our roof and our contractor can't touch our roof because there has been inspection. I share this so you don't have to experience the incompetence and headache.To top it off, my contractor documented all the damage that the crew you sent out did to our roof.Our sales agent lied and said no payments until the solar gets turned on. That is a lie. We were just informed that our first payment is due in a couple of weeks.

      SCAM COMPANY , I DOD NOT CALL NOR REQUEST , AND GETTING CALLS AND TEXT , THEY NEED TO STOP , attached is there fing text Hey, this is Nephi with ION Solar. Im just reaching out because it looks like we built a solar estimate for your home, but we werent able to get that out to you. We just need to schedule a time for our specialist to come bring you that estimate, do mornings or afternoons work better for you?

      I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the Ion personnel. They explained everything in terms a ****** could understand. The did what they said they would do when they said they would. I would recommend this company to anyone .

      Absolutely the worst customer experience and service I have ever received. It started right after I signed the paperwork. They lied. They delayed. They provided misinformation. They ignored my contacts for months. They ignored my requests on installation day. They passed me from person to person for months avoiding addressing my issues. They are by far the worse customer service and communication company I have ever worked with period. I am STILL trying to get them to address issues I called out prior to install. They ignored them and installed against my instructions and now are playing the continued pass-the-ball game with no sigh of addressing or even wanting to address the challenges and issues. Lie after lie after lie and even when I reached a "supervisor" the behavior continued.I would never in my life do business with them again and I have no confidence they will ever address my issues as they now have their $$$. SO I don't matter anymore. They are HORRIBLE!
